I used their cat boarding service. My cat was healthy when she was taken in. When I received her a month later, she had developed feline jaundice (a condition that does not develop overnight) and had to be put down the next day.When asked for a refund, they refused, stating they did the best they could when they clearly didn't.Steer clear of this place if you care for your pets.

Bronco loves coming here! Cameron and the crew do a great job. The facility is clean and very well maintained. I feel very secure having my dog stay there during the days and boarding overnight too.

Our dog absolutely loves it here. He loves the people so much he whines with excitement every time we pull into the parking lot, jumps out of the car , runs to the door tail wagging. Highly recommend. The staff are fantastic.

JC is my cat. He stayed for 8 days while I was on a vacation. The care he received was great. They trimmed his nails and bathed him. JC was looking good when I picked him up.The cost was very reasonable. The employees seem to care a lot about the pets left in their care. This will be my go to place for pet products, vet care and boarding.

You can look at my profile and see that I don’t usually give bad reviews, but I have to give an honest opinion of my experience in hopes that their customer service will improve for other customers in the future. I’m not from the area, but my dogs attend daycare regularly back home so I’m used to this process. The first day (Thursday) I checked in was for assessment for two days of daycare. I had all of their vaccination and medical paperwork with me but no registration forms as I thought these would be completed when I arrived. I was told that they were busy and I would have to go to a computer to print the forms. I didn’t have access to a computer and asked if they could be printed and she printed the forms and I signed them but only after asking. We then talked about food and she told me it was ok to bring food the next day and it wouldn’t be an issue. Friday I checked them in with a different lady other than the one who helped us one day prior. I handed her the dog food and she asked “What is this for?” I told her it was their food. She then asked me if they had eaten and told me they only feed puppies. I told her they had eaten early that morning and explained to her that both of my dogs are still puppies, and had to tell her their birthdates just for her to take the food. I completely understand rules and regulations. However, it would’ve been nice if all the staff were on the same page when it comes to policies as well as a little more polite and friendly. It also would’ve been nice to tour the facility, but it seems as if no one has time or it’s just not something they do here. A positive is that they seem to be very nice to dogs. It served its purpose for two days but to be honest if I was a resident here, I wouldn’t send my dogs back.

Excellent service and wonderful staff! Everyone is friendly and accomodating. Most importantly, my dogs come home super happy and exhausted. I use DogWatch for both boarding and daycare. Additionally, the online reservation tool is fantastic. I will not take my pets anywhere else :-). Keep up the fantastic work, DogWatch!

We have been to other day areas in the area and Bella cried all day and sat in the corner. I brought her here and she loves it she plays all day and cant wait to go back!! The staff is loving and call her by name!! Thank you so much for a safe loving place to leave her. She also had issues eating and they helped us find a good nutritious meal and now she eats!! Thank you so much!!

We love dogwatch! I brought River here when he was just puppy! He started out as such a shy puppy but the workers at dogwatch did an amazing job in helping with this! He has now been going over a year and he loves to go and gets excited as soon as we pull into the parking lot. We are always welcomed when we enter the door and River gets so excited to see the employees there. This place is amazing!

Long story short I was long time employee for ten years for the clients dogs and known alot of them sine pup . I miss my Dogwatch friends dog crew . I had loved and sacrificed my time and effort with this company and ten years I showed up because my experience working here was hard but I stayed because of the dogs and cats there I will miss you .

I have not boarded my puppy here, but had seen good reviews so when my sitter fell through I called to make a reservation. My dog is very small- 6lbs and gets hurt very easily. I asked if they would be able to keep him separate from larger dogs for his safety and the woman on the phone literally laughed at me! She said repeatedly “no he’s just going to have to ‘figure out’ how to be with larger dogs, they will show him who is in charge- that’s just how it’s going to be” she also emphasized if he acts aggressively (which he NEVER has) he will be disciplined. she couldn’t comprehend that the concern was MY dog getting accidentally hurt while playing with a larger dog. Not a problem of aggression at all. I can’t say anything for or against the boarding environment as I haven’t visited there. But going by the customer service experience I had, I very much felt like the priority was whatever was more convenient for them- NOT my dogs SAFETY! Would not recommend- at least not for small or fragile dogs.

I have used dog watch in Fayetteville with no issues since moving to the area a year ago. I recently moved to Rogers and needed to use the Bentonville location to purchase my dogs food. The woman working was initially nice until she herself messed up the transaction, for which she ended up double charging me. Instead of taking responsibility and fixing her mistake, she looked to me to fix it. As someone who works with the general public daily, that's simply unacceptable. I will be avoiding the Bentonville location from now on.

You always know that the dogs are well taken care of and loved at DogWatch. It is also great to see pictures of the “family” on Facebook and Instagram while we are away, they always look so happy!

The smell is so bad it will blow you over. The dog is brought out to you so you are not able to see the conditions the dogs are in during the day. I picked up a friends dog several times here and each time the dog smelled so bad it needed a major bath before it could even come into the house. Even though the dog was in a container in the car the car smelled so bad I had to febreeze it and keep the windows open for several days to get rid of the smell. Something is just not right with this business.
