I would love to give this dog groomer a five start rating. I've been going here for years, and they have always taken great care of my dogs and they have always smelled amazing and looked even better after I pick them up.That being said..Up until recently, they have made "breed" restrictions on which dogs that they groom. Unfortunately, my dog falls into that category, she is a Husky MIX and they told me that they no longer groom huskies as they don't "make enough money on them".As a very loyal customer and this being my second dog that I've taken to them. I am absolutely appalled by how I was treated. I always tipped them and I always told them how much I appreciated them taking such great care of my dogs. I've recommended friends and family to them because of how well they've treated me and my pets.When I told them that I've been going to them for years and I really don't want to go anywhere else they said "we're sorry". I also to them I would be willing to pay them a higher price, again; I was told "sorry".It's a tough pill to swallow because of how long I've been going. So, if you want to go to a great place to get your dog groomed then definitely go here.. but you better go quickly as they might put a restriction on your pet's breed next.

I love these ladies!!! I have been taking my Standard Poodle Chase here for awhile and he always looks so good...but today these ladies went above and beyond...I just rescued a severely matted and filthy Shitzu....Max was so scared the first time they tried to groom we had to get a pill from the vet to relax him...They were so patient with him and Max looks amazing....I love his haircut!!! Thank you guys so much I know he wasn't easy.

This was my first visit and I am very happy with the job they did with my dog. Apparently, my dog was pretty happy too-she actually wanted to go back to the groomer instead of coming with me! This is unusual for my dog and says a lot about how they feel about dogs.

I called today to find out if they had any appointments open, none till wed. I explained that my dog had fallen in the water and got matted around his behind and couldnt go to the restroom so Deveral had my bring my dog in immediately and took care of his backend and we book the official appoitment for wed. great service really cares about dogs.

Very rude and poor customer service. If you’re thinking of trying them as new client don’t bother, because they’re no longer taking new clients (and they won’t hesitate to tell you). Save your time and money, because they clearly don’t care about their business or service.

A special thanks to all the ladies at Deverals Dog House for grooming my special little angel, Chloe all these years.. You all were excellent groomers, but also sweet friends...a sad time for us but she is in a special place.
