Brought our 4 month old Sheepadoodle in for his first grooming. They were very polite and explained what a "puppy package" consists of. Charleston looks great! Will definitely go back for his next cut.

Hands down, the best dog groomers in NWA. We love Mindy (their Head Groomer) and book with her as much as possible, but everyone there is really great! Cute little pet boutique up front, convenient scheduling, and friendly staff make the experience even better!

Wow! I can't say enough good things about this place. After a bad run of groomers I had found one finally, but they shut down and Crystal sPAWs was recommended. I thought I had scheduled an appointment online, come to find out I did not. My dog was in rough shape though and they were able to squeeze him in and did a fantastic job. I've continued to take Watson there and have had no issues. Would definitely recommend!

Moose always loves to go. I have always been very happy with the services offered and love all the products offered at the new location and the fact that he loves it. The staff is wonderful! All the dogs in my NWA family go here for grooming.

Dickens had his first ever grooming appointment at Crystal sPaws today for his Puppy grooming appointment. I loved that they offer a service to get pups comfortable with the groomer and take all the time they need so that they can learn to enjoy getting pampered. They took the time to tell me where he did great and other areas where we can work on things at home in between grooms to be sure he’s even more comfortable. Also, Dickens looks very dapper!

Kelsey is fantastic. I have a sheepadoodle that I struggle with mats. She listens to me, doesn’t make me feel like a terrible person for my girl having a few mats, and always gets her looking good without forcing a shave down! Super impressed and pleased with the staff and Kelsey as a groomer. 100% recommend!

Took my boy here for the first time as our regular groomer was busy and didn’t have open appointments. Got him a bath, paw/potty area trimmed, gland expression and this is how he looked post appointment. Received good service than I expected.

My Cocker Spaniel puppy, Ralphie, was in need of his first puppy cut. I was really wanted his first experience to be a good one. The people at Crystal sPAWS not only gave him a wonderful cut, he seemed to really enjoy himself! They were so good with him and their “human” customer service was superb! As a REALTOR in Northwest Arkansas, customer service is something that is very important to me and they surpassed my expectations! Ralphie and I will be back!

Their new location is awesome! I love the retail space, they have great products! My lab mix loves the fish skin chews and yak chews! They have the best prices. I love how amazing he smells and how clean he is after his bath!

My recent experience with Crystal sPAWs wasn’t aligned with what I had hoped for in a grooming service for my dog, and unfortunately, things didn’t go as planned. Without delving into specifics about what didn’t work, what deepened my disappointment was the way the owner handled the situation.As someone who values good customer service and fair resolutions, I couldn’t help but feel let down. The insistence on a store credit gave me the impression that I was being forced to return, despite my reservations and my simple desire to receive a refund (which isn’t an unreasonable request) and opt for a different provider.Given my experience, I find it difficult to recommend Crystal sPAWs to others.Note: Reflecting on my review of this business, I find myself pondering… What if a refund had been granted? This scenario would have led to this alternate conclusion:As someone who values good customer service and fair resolutions, I must acknowledge the owner’s understanding and willingness to issue a cash refund. Although I may not choose to return, this gesture significantly improved my perception of their commitment to customer satisfaction.

I wish I could give them 100 stars. There is no doubt that the groomers love their job and that the business is run by a local family, maybe even owned by one. The customer service is very personal and caring and my dog loves it here. Plus they have a lot of healthy treats and fun toys that my dogs loves. So happy to have found them!

I have a mini schnauzer, and haven’t been 100% happy with multiple groomers I’ve tried, before taking her to Crystal sPAWs. We finally found our groomer! Everyone is always great with Gracie. They make her feel very comfortable, and are always attentive! Her hair cut is on par! Highly recommend!

My little dog has been groomed twice at Crystal Spaws. Fitst, note that they have a no cancellation policy. My first visit the welcoming person at the counter took alot of detailed instructions and then the groomer didn't follow those instructions, including cutting the hair on my dog that I asked not to be cut. My second visit i requested a mini groom, and for a 5 pound dog that was $60 dollars and she was there for 4 hours each time. Pros: My dog had never smelled fresher or been fluffier. Conns: after 2 visits I still am not completely comfortable leaving my dog there.

The shop they have is great to look at with a nice variety of items for dogs, I didn't spend enough time browsing to find cat items.I came here to utilize their groomer though, and specifically mentioned I was there in hopes they could help resolve a broken nail. Instead of looking at it and letting me know they couldn't do it, they took my dog and did the nail trim and returned him to me without saying a word. I got in the car, realized it was still cracked, had to go back in, and then they confirmed they couldn't do anything. So instead of spending only 85$ at my vet I spent an extra 20$ at Crystal spaws here for fun apparently, because the vet also told me that all of my dogs nails needed to be trimmed back further less then 20 minutes after my appointment here, so this felt like a total failure for my needs. Was considering returning, but would rather find a place with better communication and more respect for my time and money.

This place is FANTASTIC! Our dog had a horrible experience with a previous groomer, resulting in her hair not being cut. We explained this when we dropped her off and they said it was no problem and they would take their time with her. We really figured she would be there at least 3 hours. When they sent the text that she was ready, I thought she probably was an issue again because there was no way they were done in an hour and a half. Much to our surprise when we picked her up, she was fully cleaned and groomed and they even were able to get bows in her hair! Bows that matched my sons baseball team colors which was so awesome! They said she was perfect and easy to cut! She has another appointment in 6 weeks and we will continue to use them. They clearly took the time to win her over.
