I had to put my beloved Miniature Poodle, Rusty to sleep on January 6, 2024. The staff were very kind and compassionate. They really touched my heart with a condolences card that had Rusty's paw print and nose print on it. I recommend them for all your furbaby's needs.

We had to put our 13 year old beautiful Layla down. They were compassionate and understanding of our situation. (We do not live here) I just want to thank the staff for their experience in handling such a sad time in our life.

You won’t find a better group of vets or techs anywhere else. They are very friendly, explain everything thoroughly and answer any questions you may have. Prices are very reasonable too. I wouldn’t trust the care of my kitty to anyone else.

They are very understanding and provide great service. I had to lay my Yorkie Brenda to sleep because she was not doing well. The vet doc was very nice and treated us like family. He took care and made sure my Brenda didn't feel any pain. She passed away peacefully. Thank you so much vetco. We highly recommend vetco for all your pet health needs. #RIPBrenda

The staff was amazing when we had to put our dog down earlier this year, they even sent us a condolence card to our house, and were equally as good when we brought in our new puppy we got just before Christmas.

Went in and was looking at the ferrets, stuck my finger in to pet it and it about took my finger off. They knew it was aggressive but had no sign up. Kinda dumb on my part too.

Unfortunately this is a very difficult review to write. Bottom line, the vets here are outstanding. We noticed our dog acting extremely out of the ordinary; barely shuffling her feet and walking with her head down. It was a sudden occurrence, literally happening overnight. We thought she had injured herself running down the stairs or something. We normally use a locally owned vet and have done so for close to 40 years, but this was a Sunday afternoon and our vet's office was closed. Luckily Vetco was open that day. A month or so prior to this, we noticed some swelling in our dog's neck and assumed she had been bitten by something and was having a reaction. However, the previous swelling and current condition were related. The vet at Vetco that day, who luckily is also a pathologist, determined that our girl had lymphoma. As devastating as that was to hear, we made the difficult decision to forego costly and uncomfortable treatments that may or may not work, and just make her time left as happy and comfortable as possible. We contacted our personal vet the next day with the news and they assured us when it was time, they would be as accommodating as possible to provide comforting transition for us and our girl. We gave her everything she could ever want over the next few months and knew without a doubt that she felt loved. When her condition finally deteriorated and we made the agonizing decision to call our personal vet, the experience was terrible. Instead of helping us, they gave us the runaround and would not help at all. They finally said they would call Vetco to get the test results and go from there. After agonizing for hours without any word, we called Vetco to see if we could speed the process up so our girl didn't have to suffer one minute longer than necessary. They were appalled at the actions of our vet, said no one had called looking for her records, but went above and beyond to provide us with immediate help. Despite the pain we were feeling at saying goodbye to our girl, the vets and staff at Vetco were nothing short of exceptional. They did everything they could throughout the process to make it as easy and comfortable as something like that can be. The entire office catered to our every need and the whole staff loved on our dog until the very end. The kindness, professionalism, and compassion of the Vetco staff was the ONLY things that made this experience even somewhat bearable and we will be forever grateful to them for that. We will forever miss our Sadie, but we know that Vetco made her transition as peaceful as possible.

I took my cat here to get his flea meds because where I normally go they didn't have available this week and my cay needed it and they charger us 93 dollars for it and exam we didn't even need it because I get it every two months and then the doctor called my cat a girl even tho it a boy I will never go there again

This team was very helpful! Our cat ended up having some swelling on Saturday, called Vetco and a couple other places. They allowed me to drop him off at 9 the next morning and ended up with an allergic reaction/bite/sting. Gave him some antibiotics, steroid and benadryl to cover all the bases and a bill of good health aside from some allergies. I was so glad to have a place to go over the weekend and not be charged an arm and a leg!!! Team was very helpful, friendly and the vet explained everything she did and answered all my questions. They also gave me cost upfront so I could ok everything before anything was done. Thank you to the Vetco team!

I just adopted the puppy and he's scared of everything and everyone. He went to everyone there to be petted. It was as if he had known everyone his whole life. People are extremely friendly and helpful.

Dr. Walton and the staff are especially good listeners, demonstrate a caring attitude toward client and patient, and are excellent in their communications to keep client informed. Advance disclosure of fees for diagnostic testing was done in a timely fashion so there was always advance approval by client re: fees.

Was able to get very sick dog in immediately. The vet & the staff were outstanding! Very patient, very caring, explained everything in detail. Charge was quite reasonable - FAR less than any emergency vet clinic for the same services on a weekend. Vetco is open 7 days a week.

The nicest staff ever!My puppy had an eye issue that seemed urgent and I called all vets in the area and no one was able to get me in the same day, I called here early the next day which was a Saturday and they were able to see my puppy! So they are open on Saturdays which is amazing, specially if your work schedule is from Monday to Friday kind of thing. The place is super clean, they take care of your pet fast and they are happy to answer all of your questions! I have decided to switch both of my pups here because of their excellent service, thank you Vet and staff!

It was great like normal. The staff was great and made me feel like they truly cared and listened! Offered me what they thought I needed and and set me up for my next appointment right there. They even kept the puppy for me while I went and bought puppy food to make it an easier day for me! Awesome staff and spot!!!!!! Dr. Hutter is also amazing!!!

I had an emergency for both of my pups and they took me right away and their prices are very reasonable. I didn’t have to wait long at all. The staff and doc are very nice and they genuinely care about the animals! I highly recommend them!

We were able to get in same day on a Saturday. When we got there, the service was quick! They took very good care of my dog and the staff was very friendly. The doc and her staff were very helpful and broke everything down that we need to know. Definitely recommend and would go back!

In the middle of tornado sirens going Vetco and their staff were able to provide emergency surgery to save not only my dog "Bear" but a family member in our hearts. Their staff is remarkable even in a storm, and we are so very grateful for them, as "Bear is in a full recovery." I would recommend Vetco and the services to anyone who is in need of basic services or in our case emergency surgery. Our family is forever grateful for saving our "Bear!!!" Thank You For Everything!!!

They constantly have my both my cats birth dates incorrect on the paperwork. I call each time and ask them to correct it. My cat is a boy and they constantly call him a she. Little things like that usually aren’t a big deal but I’ve been using this vet for 2 years. Will be finding a more personable vet.

I originally had an appointment Thursday with Dr Walton, which was made on Tuesday. I woke up Wednesday morning however & noticed Ace seemed to be feeling worse & wasn't walking! I called Petco in Benton & they told me to bring him on in. When we arrived I Spoke with Blake about what was going on. He informed me that they will examine him which is covered thru the vital care I have however the Dr. may need to do x-rays which could be about $230 or maybe a little more. My mouth dropped & I said oh No....lets just begin with the exam & go from there because he's here to get vaccinations also which he said would be about $140 previously. We then began speaking about insurance (which he said Petco offers but for some reason that location doesn't except it?), shelters that might help with expenses,etc. I was telling Blake the only reason we have Ace is because unfortunately his owner had planned to just abandon him. I said "I had no idea pet's were This expensive Geeesh...he laughed & said well we'll get Ace on back to be Examined. After a while the Dr. Came out in the store where we were telling me they did not only 1 but 2 X rays But they'll only charge for 1... she then stated Ace had developed a condition (can't think of the name right now) bc he needed to be neutered. She went on to tell me Blake would get me or fill a prescription for antibiotics & pain relief. Ultimately when Blake came out, I asked him why was the exam done before my approval & his exact words were "well you came in with a sick dog so it would have needed to be done anyway, we're only charging you half price". I asked to speak with a supervisor or manager at that point. This is when Alicia came out with Ace in hand very rudely, (with my children witnessing) saying she doesn't know who to believe so I can just just take my dog & go! I told her we were here for vaccinations & also have prescriptions to pick up. This is when she said "We have already wasted over an hour dealing with you & the Dr. has surgery soon". She then looked over at Blake & said don't even ring her up for the exam she can just go Then she walked out. It was astonishing, unbelievable & Very upsetting to myself & children who witnessed this. I'd went into the store to purchase items in hand since I was denied service in the vet area. I informed the cashier in store of what had just happened & asked her both of their names. My boys were constantly asking how will Ace get what he needs to get better, why are they not letting us buy what he needs for pain, etc. The cashier apologized...I told her it wasn't your fault but thank you. I then asked if she happened to know the number to corporate which she gave me & said she was sorry this happened to us. I told her me too then thanked her for her help before we left.

My dog was attacked by another & had one very serious wound. Only was an issue & they kept that in mind while treating Laci. They gave Very clear instructions, verbally & written on the medicine given to me. I was very pleased with the entire experience. I was also able to a same day appointment which in my case was very important.

Everyone was very nice and they took the time to explain everything to us and tell us our options and how much each procedure cost. The only problem we had was the wait time even though we had an appointment but it was worth the wait. I highly recommend this place!

Greeted immediately. Was told it would be a couple of minutes. Was given a room for my baby and myself. They came promptly to take my girl for examination. Came back with diagnosis and things to do for the future.

Have nothing bad to say about the treatment I've received here. The staff treats your baby as their own. They're helpful in going over all medications and how to dispense them and say to call them if you have any problems or questions.
