We went today to buy some goat feed but weren't sure what we needed. The employees were all very nice and looked friendly. The store was all well stocked and organized. The feed selection was perfect, and we even got a salt block that we needed. The line at checkout was quickly fixed and they treated everyone with the same refreshing attitude.We spent 35$ on everything and it was a great deal, got higher protein food and minerals this time because we were ignorant the first time, and the other store didn't have what we needed, they didn't even suggest it was wrong because of their inexperienced workers. This will definitely fix some of the issues we have with them losing weight.

My favorite store to shop at! Had one unpleasant trip. Manager is a real smart ____. Treats the customer, me like a small child. Not my favorite manager! Other than that it's fabulous!

Delivery! We usually shop in store but when life gets hectic or nasty weather we opt for delivery. They take care of it all. Super nice. Unload where I want it and help save from daily hassles. Life saver in the recent winter weather we had!

TSC has a lot of stuff I need without the hassle of going to the big box stores. There prices are competitive on most things, and they have an ample amount of sales. This location has always had a friendly knowledgeable staff that have helped me with stuff for years. They recently remodeled to accommodate their garden area expansion, I think. But the new layout is more intuitive and works really well . I don't farm or even own a tractor, but this store is always a must-stop for me.

In store shopping is ok. Online ship to store is a mess. I've used them 2 or 3 times now and an issue each time. Can't find my order, can only find partial order, etc. But they'll enter you picked your order up when you didn't because part of it was missing. So, one basically has zero proof of NOT picking it up. Shoddy business. I'll NEVER trust their ship to store again.On top of that they did not have ANY of the circular ad garden center merchandise. None. Had not arrived. 3 days into the current ad as well.UPDATE: The manager said my order would be in the next business day and it was. He apologized. I raised my rating.

I usually wouldn't review a business that isn't local, but we have to give a shout out to one of the employees. Kaul, I believe is how its spelled, is a wonderful guy. He was so helpful and patient with my mom and I and all our questions. He was very kind and efficient as well. He definitely needs some recognition for how awesome he is.

Worst location. I've had nothing but issues with this location. They lost an online special order, but still reported to corporate that they gave it to me. I liked to have never got my money back. And, if you don't like changing your animal's diet regularly, don't count on them to keep a regular supply of feed.

I'm changing my review because of my experience with trying to get propane and your employees!!!! It's always some issue or another and usually just deal with it and move on. Today was different, the employee was completely rude!! Please inform your employees on the rules with filling propane bottles!! The bottle can not be over 12 years old, not 10 as your employee rudely stated and refused to fill my bottle. I frequent this store as it is close and it has the pet food I need but that will change today. Please do better for others!!

Hello tractor supply the employees are pretty decent and whenever I've needed something they've been there. But I do agree with previous reviews and this goes for a lot of other stores. People walking without a mask even though the door says mask required. But I don't think it's the store's fault. It's not like they can police everyone who comes in and out. But they have a little bit of everything for your animals for your yard toys for your kids clothes. And everyone's while they'll have clearance or good sales. So I enjoy those too.

Great place for the bunny food and hay I get wouldn't buy dog food there tho kinda expensive but other then that it's an all around good store as soon as you walk through their doors they ask how your doing today or at the least they welcome you into the store. You can always find what you need easily and the rewards program is good if you spent a large amount of money there then the 10% discount is well worth it.

Just a shout out to the awesome team that was working today (2-16-21) - there was a person stuck in the road and a crew helped my husband push them up the hill and get unstuck. Pretty awesome teamwork there! Oh and we love getting our animal supplies here too!! Keep it up TSC!

Lots of stuff for pets and agriculture. Work clothes and tractor parts. Prices are a tad on the high side but seemingly not by much. Alot of stuff you can't find anywhere else.

I recently placed a curbside pickup order for a single bag of squirrel corn at the Benton, Arkansas location. I arrived when noted and called the number given. The lady who answered said someone would be right out with my order. When no one arrived after 15 minutes, I called again. This time I got no answer so I went inside and waited 15 more minutes to talk with someone. I was sent to another counter at the back of the store where I waited another 15 minutes to talk to a representative who was on the phone there. When he finally spoke with the me, I waited another 15 minutes while he searched for my order. No one ever apologized for the inconvenience or seemed to care I had to come indoors with unmasked, ungloved employees and customers to get the order I had already paid for. I won't make the same mistake shopping here twice.

Every single employee was more worried about a worker that was off clock named Morgan rather than help me with my order of fence post! Then after I check out I go to get my post loaded and still no help all worried about Morgan. I tell manager and all they can say is I hear you. Like they are kin to each other. Worst customer service ever!! Will not go back only go to the farmers co op!!

Small store with limited selection and small parking lot. Thought this would be a good spot to stop being just off the interstate while we travel cross country w horses and mules to replenish feed supplies. They had no hay, said they hadn't had any bales for months so I had to get cubes and pellets. Small selection on grains with nearly all the same fat and protein levels for the most part, 12/10 would be nice. The young man really was trying to be helpful and I appreciated that. If people can't park correctly in the parking lot spots it can be a pain to pull a large lq through it since its a small parking lot.

I love the way this place smells. I can't explain it. It reminds me of following my dad around on the farm. The employees are some of the best retail people I've dealt with and their prices are very fair. I have nothing bad to say about them.

I often go to Tractor Supply in Benton. Yesterday a customer blatantly entered and checked out without wearing a mask. The sign says masks are required. I asked the young brunette sales clerk if anything could be said to a customer who did that. Her answer was she didn’t think anyone should wear a mask and she wouldn’t say anything to anyone who didn’t wear one. Take the sign down and say enter at your own risk if she continues to work there. I won’t be back.

I think this may be my new favorite store! What could be better than getting tool's, pet supplies and jelly beans all at one store.I bought 3 really cute tops on sale. All clothing looks to be of good quality. And the price is very reasonable at regular price.They sell Gimbal's (Fine candies) SOUR Gourmet Jelly Beans. These are just ausome! Best jelly beans I've ever had. They are made with real fruit juice.The employees were all very friendly.What can I say tools, beans, cute clothes and baby chicks you can't beat that

Not a single employee acknowledged us when we walked in nor the whole time we where in the store, we couldn't get any help, and when we walked out we wasn't even acknowledged by the two employees standing at the register gossiping among themselves

Sure has fallen off the cliff went in to Gey some tee post and had to leave them cause there only one cashier and line was half the length of the store. TSC used to be a good place to shop but not anymore all cluttered up and no customer friendly staff

Great place. Nice customer service. There is a wide variety of supplies. I go there for my dog food it's a lot closer than the actual pet store. It just feels cluttered .
