I went to buy flowers, and AMBER was AMAZING! She walked through with me looking for the gardenias- for like 20 min.! We talked about different flowers and gardening. She was EXTREMELY HELPFUL! (We didn’t find em, but I found them up near the register♥️). Wleday was also great! She checked me out and answered a lot of my questions, too!!

I like Home Depot for all the things you can buy but service is terrible. You can never find anyone to help you and finding certain things is difficult for the average customer even with their app. Sometimes they don't carry things I consider a hardware staple like fittings to reduce gas lines to fit certain sizes. For buying common things is good but speciality items are hard to find.

I have purchased big and small items from this location for over two years now. Because I live in Hot Springs, and have very limited time; I have always had purchases delivered, and have always been very pleased with service and product. Most recently I made an error and purchased a wrong item, unknowingly of course. It was a heavy order, and unfortunately unaware (my fault) that delivery indoors were an additional charge to the standard delivery charge. Just FYI. Later that day, it was brought to my attention the item was incorrect. I called to find out about an exchange and was transferred to Wil in the Shipping Dept. It was late in the day and I believe on the weekend. He was so understanding, checked on the cost of the return and assured me that the item would be picked up, and to go ahead and place a new order. This time I saw the delivery inside add on, and ordered the correct item. I was pleasantly surprised that William called me the day of delivery to let me know of ETA of new product and some details of the delivery. I was prepared for the correct item to be delivered and anticipated a pick up of incorrect item later in the day. The indoor delivery and return pick up were all handled by William and his co-worker, with a smile and understanding of how I could make such an error. It then dawned on me perhaps William and Wil might be the same person and sure enough he was one and the same. I praised him and his co-worker for their effort and understanding. It is becoming rarer and rarer to receive such personable and reliable service these days. I wish to recognize Wil for his high standards and golden level of service.

HOME DEPOT ROCKS!!Every time and I mean EVERY TIME I’ve stepped into this store there are staff members available to help and even asking me if they could help! Not sure about you but looking for help at Lowes is like being on a safari hoping to even get a glimpse of the mystical vanishing staff.

90923 & 921232 shopping trips… 2 completely different shopping experiences…A shout out to Diane, Lynn and Meg all three assisted me, there individual customer service showed just how much they appreciate my patronage. One told me she had left a competitor due to the management issues, they didn’t like not assisting customer’s when they knew they had the knowledge and experience a customer would not have about an item or if it was actually in the store. Some items, to my understanding might still be waiting to be place “in-stock”, the system might just not be able to be updated.I found if the system is not updated, it is only due to the customer’s is being taken care of first. If the product is in the back a customer satisfaction first… will have the employee checking to see what is in stock or waiting to be put on the shelf.2nd trip… what happened to customer focused satisfaction? This store has always shown improvements in customer-care, this is why I left a competitor who is much closer to my home?Jamari who was the only employee at the Customer Pick-Up section was on a personal call unless “babe and honey” are terms used to address a customer… I never was called this when Jose was called by Vivian who seemed to have an issue with me asking for a manager to be called up to help me.I had waited for Jamari to end his personal call, needed to get my order I placed early in the morning, this was my last stop I had scheduled before I left to go out on my shopping trip.I’m shocked “Tracy Dollar General Spring Hill Road, Bryant” was refused an interview when he went searching for a new job. He has so many qualities I believe this store is looking for in an employee. When I asked him why he hadn’t applied here, “I just said I work at Dollar General currently, and the hiring manager stopped the interview and told me they weren’t hiring after all!”Hmm.. then why is there a “Now Hiring” sign out front. Certainly Tracy wasn’t being discriminated against due to being employed currently by Dollar General. He has all the qualities and characteristic Home Depot looks for when hiring a new employee. I have no doubt he has the potential to perhaps take Meg’s position, once she transfer out to the corporate level. Maybe she can open her own store, become a competitor. If she does, take all the people I have given a shout out to, including hiring Tracy, I will definitely transfer my money to your store.HOME DEPOT RUNAWAY CUSTOMER SERVICEHome Depot it is time to get off of this runaway ride. The customer service that was on an upswing at this store has moved in the wrong direction, it has now spiraled downward…Employees have an I don’t care attitude, find assist the customer to be inconvenient, places merchandise that has been returned and missing contents to be sold again as new.It is time to raise my standards, it is time to revisit Lowe’s hardware and home improvement store in Bryant, Arkansas.The Lowe’s has made such significant improvements compared to this store, and it keeps listening to the customer so that it can continue to improve the atmosphere, selection of product and appropriate customer service behavior by their employees.Unlike Home Depot, the management at Lowe’s is not afraid to listen to positive constructive feedback. I spent too many hours explaining to Home Depot how to improve its customer service. It’s time for management to do their job only I won’t be around to see how it works out.

One of the product pickers had to use the forklift to get the product I needed for a customer off the top shelf(20ft up!) He was a forklift NINJA. I watched in amazement as he (with the help of a manager who gave direction from the side of the pallet he couldn’t see) safely pulled 300+ pounds of product loaded onto a pallet that was wedged in between two others pallets! When he safely got the pallet to the floor, I was actually so impressed that I yelled “Way to go Forklift Ninja!!”and “high fived” him like I would a famous Pro athlete!! I feel privileged to have the Home Depot Crews on my team. YALL ROCK👊🏻💪🏻

Benton Location - Customer service staff are helpful, polite, and fast! The random workers you catch walking around the floor are incredibly helpful. However, more than once, I've asked for help in the hardware department to pinpoint a specific item and the best service I've gotten is it should be on the right-just look until you find it. I realize they are busy and a lot of people ask for help, but I generally attempt to find items myself before asking for help. I did not purchase what I needed either day this happened because I had already exhausted my search.

Really good service from Amber. I was looking at vinyl plank flooring and backsplash material. She was helpful and suggested the best way to choose and match the tiles for a backsplash. I've now narrowed my choices to two to show my husband.

Excellent customer service. I went looking for a specific water heater. When I got yo the plumbing department I encountered a worker there. They greeted me almost immediately, and asked if I needed help. I told him what I was after, and he pointed it out, and helped me load it onto a cart. I'm sorry I didn't read his name tag now, but keep up the good work!

I spend thousands a year at this store but as of today they've lost my business. Both the clerk and the manager claimed they've never heard of "the first responder discount" and charged me full price. Even after I told them I've always used the first responder discount and told them THE HOME DEPOT WEBSITE confirms there's a first responder discount they STILL refused to give me my discount. You've just lost a customer and thousands of dollars. Well done.

They had the grill marked as 169$ we went to get the box to check out and it rung up over 250$ we talked to manager I believe Lee, we explained and showed him where as you can see the grill was sitting on top of the price tag along with other grills in picture. And he said he could do 10$ off the original price and we told him it was marked for $169 and that's what we was getting it for, as they was the one who made a mistake, manager Lee refused to give us the price it was marked for and was real rude about it. We will not ever be going back there again.

Lumber isn’t stocked correctly. Takes over a hour to get someone from lumber to put more on the shelf. The way they Restock things in general here, suck. Extremely hard to get somebody to come help you with making keys. Employees here aren’t trained correctly. Nor do they have knowledge on making keys, lumber sizes or know how to read a tape measure when you need something cut. Cashiers aren’t taught that damaged things can be discounted, so it makes things so much more difficult here.

Very incompetent staff.$8,000 in appliances were ordered for delivery in another state. We were told this was NO PROBLEM.Same with $6,000 in Pergo flooring.The flooring installation could not have been worse and is still not complete after 5 weeks and many broken promises and incompetent staff.Appliances partially arrived today but the dishwasher door was dented, the microwave was scratched and the pedestals for the washer and dryer never came.The delivery crew damaged the countertop and never mentioned it. (See photo.)They didn’t level any of the appliances nor switch the doors to the correct position.We were told it would be 48 hours before we would know anything about replacing the damaged appliances. NOT ACCEPTABLE! Make a call to the supplier and find out how to satisfy this customer! I was told the “incident ticket” was an email, no call would be made.In summary, 6 weeks after purchasing expensive flooring and new appliances, we have neither.I will NEVER buy another thing from Home Depot.This would be a 0 star review, but that is not possible

I was building a multi level deck in my backyard and sourced all of my supplies from this HD location. With the exception of Saturday mornings which is extremely hectic and busy, the staff was always available to help with pulling lumber from the higher racks, directing me to the correct wood to use, and offering helpful advice for my project. The cashiers were always pleasant and smiling and got me checked out quickly.I was able to use my Military discount on everything but wood, which saved me a substantial amount of money keeping me under budget. (I advise setting the military discount up in advance on the app, then it is easily available for scanning at checkout.)And I will add that if you go on Saturday mornings prepare to be patient because every DIYer in town is shopping here. Help is stretched thin, but they do the very best they can.

I visit this Home Depot quite often usually for paint as I restore older homes. I always get great service from Joy in the paint dept. She is always smiling and seems to know exactly what I want as far as color of paint I need for certain rooms. She is always spot on matching the colors perfectly so I don' have to bother returning to the store. . Her paint suggestions are awesome and one of the reason I return to this store. Need more like Joy that care about her job and customer service. She is awesome .
