Took my dog to Petco for grooming, because other groomers were backed up 6 weeks. This place cost $30 more than the last groomer I used and didn't do as good of a job. I do not recommend Petco for grooming.

I happened to come late to my appointment and I would have rescheduled however the young lady offered to work him in and provide services tomy dog herself. It was greatly appreciated so I wouldn't have to make another trip. I will be back!

Today I took my dog to Vetco (20825 I-30, Benton, AR 72015) to get her yearly shots and heart worm test and her nails cut. It was supposed to be around $130-160 shortly after being there they told me that she needs to be put on anesthesia because she wouldn’t let them cut her nails so I said that’s cool and I would pay the extra $80-$100. It was supposed to take atleast an hour they said. About 15-20 mins later they called me saying that the anesthesia didn’t work and I need to come get her. They cut half her back nails (one of them was broken 😠) , gave her basic shots and that’s it. They didn’t test her for heart worms like I really wanted them to, they didn’t worm her, they didn’t even weigh her. When I got back to the store the man in the blue that was yelling in the video came out and explain the situation. He said basically they can’t do anything else cause she won’t let them and i was very understanding cause i mean that’s my dog trust me i understand. Anyways the man said they was still gonna charge me for everything even tho they didn’t do half of what i needed them to. They literally did the regular $130 yearly shots and they only cut half her nails and that’s only $15. So then we got to arguing about it and he tells me he’s been fighting with my dog the whole time so i’m like hell nah where is my dog and some women said she is in room 3 so i get my dog and them that’s when the video starts... They called the police and i had to pay $245 the only thing they took off was some medicated shampoo i was going to buy for her with it. MORAL OF THE STORY DONT TAKE YOUR DOG TO THIS PETCO.IF YOU WANT TO SEE THE VIDEO OF THE VET YELLING AND PUSHING ME AND MY FRIEND LOOK UP CAMERON HARVEY ON FACEBOOK

They butchered my dogs hair and claimed it was because she was difficult. The left spotty big patches of hair. Looks like she was groomed by a kid. Still charged $46

Everything was great besides the late text. They close at 8 and I got my text at 8:11 saying they were closing at 8 and I needed to pick my dog up. Dog smelled and looked good though.

My dog, a Yorkie, now looks like a rat with a fluffy face! His facial hair, and hair on his ears is uneven and looks AWFUL!!!!!!! NOT HAPPY AT ALL!!!! I even think he was embarrassed because he hid his face for hours afterwards!!!
