The groomers are crazy! So I had an appointment to get my rescued dog groomed. The lady says I can't because she has an ear infection. She says they can’t work on a dog with an ear infection, They can’t work on a dog that’s Possibly pregnant and I need to go to the vet and it will take a long time for me to get this dog straight. I go to the vet have a complete workup spend $500. The dog only has allergies. The dog Was palpated was not pregnant. So I make my appointment. The lady calls me and wants my vets number to call my vet and verify. Like I'm lying and tries to make a case to my vet that they shouldn't groom my dog since they are in capable of keeping water out of dogs ear… petco calls me back and says until I get proof that she’s not pregnant I can’t come in and they can’t work on dogs with earaches. I am not paying for an x-ray to prove my dog is not pregnant. When my vet told me she’s not. If they can’t figure out that cotton keeps water out of the dogs ears, they need to hang it up And retire. I will not be using Petco grooming. I can’t believe they tried to diagnose my dogs with problems they do not have and then want me to pay for X-rays To prove that they’re not pregnant. I want to see her vet license! I’m pretty sure you can’t practice vetting without a license. They probably need to start Given attitude test to these people, they hire. Common sense doesn’t seem to be something they possess... I just wanna know if all the other dogs have to come in with x-rays to prove their dogs aren’t pregnant? I’m gonna upload pictures of this not pregnant. Y’all look at this dog and tell me if she looks pregnant.I called my vets office to see what this crazy lady asked them and come to find out when she called me back and said my vet said She shouldn’t get groomed That was a complete lie. My vet just answered the question that she was in She had a heartworm test and heartworm medicine, Flea medicine etc.It’s clear this place just didn’t want to work on this rescued dog and wanted to do everything in their power not too. if you don’t like dogs, especially rescue dogs get a new job.

Clean and well stocked store. The thing that I want to highlight is customer service. I dealt with a guy named Terry. The level of customer service that he provided was outstanding. Terry is a true professional who knows everything related to fish. Terry's level of customer service is impossible to find elsewhere. I would highly recommend visiting this store due to the level of customer service you get from Terry. This is a must visit location.

I don't think I've ever felt that cared about anywhere I've ever been. Every single person that helped us was very warm and caring, and very informative and made me feel like they really cared about my puppy. They couldn't have done any better of a job.

Good location! This store has a "Vetco"! It's very nice. I was looking for some specific products for my kitty cat. They had a good variety of products, easy to get every time I came here!

I had to put my beloved Rusty to sleep. Everyone was very kind and compassionate and they allowed me plenty of time to mourn my best friend. They provided me with all the information I needed to get his ashes back so I can memorialize him. Thank you Petco for your kindness during a very difficult time.

This is a gem of a Petco. I drIve from Hot Springs Village just to go here in Benton. The Staff makes this store, plus great product... Dryvar my weenie loves it too. They are Helpful and walk you to the product your looking for. Very knowledgeable about their products. Plus, Everyone, even if busy Stops says HI & asks if they can assist you, it's Amazing. The store is Clean, Organized, and well stocked. The clearance is Right up by the doors, so No Searching for the deals we all love. Heather, who was AWESOME even helped me try a PJ outfit on Dryvar(he loves clothes.. What a heart warming, calm place.. Dryvar says See you next time!!

I took my fur baby in to get his rabies shot. Check in was online so drop off was painless & quick. They answered all my questions & didn't make me feel bothersome for asking them. The whole process was very efficient & friendly.

Really nice people.. we've had success so far with our new guinea pig babies Dorito and Cheeto but be cautious when buying hermit crabs. Idk why but it took us a few times returning dead ones before we finally got some that wouldn't croak within a few days. Overall I've had a good experience. I went previously for vet advice for our dog and I would NOT recommend them for that. They were trying to say my dog had to lose her eye. The next vet gave her drops and it was fine.

Variety of pet products here! Clean store! Received coupons for Whole Hearted Cat food in the mail! Was able to find products with ease! Coupons gave me a free 2.5 lb. of dry cat food and one can of wet cat food for free! Saved over $11! No longer carries Doctors Foster cat food because it has bn discontinued. Prices are getting more expensive!

I love Petco and their dog food options. Having a background in animal science and having been in the veterinary industry I definitely believe nutrition is key to good health and longevity in our pets that and the toys including puzzle games and stocking a wide variety of treats. Staff is always helpful and friendly

My kitty was very ill overnight and I called them on a Sunday they were completely booked and yet they worked him in!! They truly care about the animals there I have never seen such loyalty to animals in my life most vets and I’ve been around many years have never shown such compassion as these people. I appreciate you all so much! My kitty is almost back to his normal self thank you from the bottom of my heart ❤️

Wow! My daughters puppie was very sick. She could not get him into any vet in Benton ( not even her on vet in town), she called, and they took him right in. Staff is very friendly and caring. She probably will be taking her puppies there
