HUGE selection of freshwater and saltwater fish as well as living aquarium plants and real living coral! Extremely nice and knowledgeable owner as well as staff. Highly recommend this business! Beats Petsmart and Petco by a long shot!!!

This is the only pet store that we love! The owner is very knowledgeable and really takes care of his store! He also helped some local businesses with their fish tanks! He keeps his fish (which we've bought a lot of lol) & pets very well taken care of! recently went to go get some Turtle stuff too (we added a new member 😍) and every time we go, it's a great visit! We are very lucky to have this place in Benton because there aren't many stores like it at all! My kids love it too! Keep it up Paradise Pets!!

I love this place! Great products and affordable! I purchased my cockatiels here. After purchasing the cockatiels, I realized I love birds. Therefore, I have South American Pineapple Conures now. I buy all my bird food here! It’s fresh and reasonably priced! Owner is very knowledgeable about birds as well as other pets!

Absolutely love this little store it's the only place that I've been able to find ferrets at which I would love to have and when I can and I absolutely love the people and it's a great place to get food for any reptiles or things of that nature as well so great place to go and visit.

THEY HAVE EVERYTHING YOU NEED! Petsfart won't answer the phone, or help you in person, but this place is great. I got a few fish and snails for a freshwater setup, and she had great recommendations for plants too! Their selection is impressive! They have all the supplies in-store for a great setup, but also have fast online orders for special items. If you need furry cute things or wet cute things, or flying cuties, this is a good place to start the hobby, or grow your hoard.Thanks

The store is always clean and we'll kept when my kids and I go there. Recently we bought a Netherland dwarf rabbit he seemed healthy and all we purchased his food there as well we named him Prince. A week later we bought a lop rabbit dwarf as well they were both so tiny never seen anything more cuter and our whole we gave them the best brand of food along with Timothy Hay. We researched online because we never owned dwarf rabbits.. we named them Prince and Carmen Electra. One day princess stopped eating and the next day just died when we noticed he stopped eating we forced Pedialyte and called a veterinarian. I live in Benton there's not many vets around that take rabbits we found a veterinary hospital in Little Rock it was $300 but he died before we could get him there... My kids our heartbroken. And now less than a week later the same exact thing happened to our Carmen... They were loved and cared for . Given the best food and hay and still died. My kids are so upset. We tried our best. Both rabbits were Dwarf rabbits. I just don't understand what is causing them too die so suddenly. We paid $65.99 for each of them. I feel like there giving them away too soon because they shouldn't have died. These babies were gently taking care of and fed correctly. We did everything right to keep them healthy. This is just so upsetting and I hope others don't have to experience this.😓

Love this place I've been going to this pet store for ten years. Staff is great they have a great selection. Their rats are always so sweet, reptiles look great and the fish are always clean and active.

I would not even give this store a single star if it was possible to leave a review without it! I purchased a saltwater from this establishment and informed them I didn’t live nearby…long story short the fish died 2 days later and the store refuses refund or credit on saltwater fish. They don’t have this posted anywhere in the store and I was told at check out that I could bring it back if it didn’t live within 5-7 days. I was also told this over the phone before driving all the way to Benton to take the dead fish back! DO NOT PURCHASE SALTWATER FISH from this establishment. The manager was also very unprofessional and told me I’m pretty much out of $69.99. Update my partner spoke with the store owner who said he would only replace since were going to do google review etc but he doesn’t have to post in his store that refunds for saltwater fish aren’t given because that’s how he makes his money! DO NOT SHOP HERE.

I love going to this pet store. They have a lot of unique and well cared for fish. Staff is very knowledgeable and helps you with any questions you may have. Love the cleanliness at this pet store. They have a great selection of animals and everything is so neat and clean. I drive from Little Rock to visit this store. They also have great pricing on most of their products. Freshwater and saltwater tanks are unique and beautiful selection all around.

It's a very nice store. Customer service is eh okay at best. Was there for 20 minutes or so and no one greeted me or asked if I needed help until I checked out and I was the only customer in there at the time. But anyway. Good selection of fish fresh and salt water. I love the selection of fish food and chemicals. And the fact that I can buy API test tubes there is fantastic. I love the selection of filtration equipment and algae removal items. This store for filtration and general maintenance for aquariums is great. Sure I can go on Amazon and get them in a few days. But I like to know that there's a place an hour away that I can go to and get it same day.

This place is awesome! I got a guinea pig baby there and it was in great health and is very nice. This place is small, but has what you need. You will not find animal clothes here though. Love the cats that they have roaming the store! Honestly favorite pet store ever!

Very friendly and knowledgeable. I'm here at least once every two weeks. They usually have rabbits and Guinea pigs for sale as wells as mice, hamsters. Sometimes they have ferrets. They have birds like parakeets and conures. They have a large selection of fresh and saltwater fish. They can set you up with everything you need if you wanted to get into the fish hobby. Again this place is wonderful and the employees are very knowledgeable! Come see them!

Whether you are an experienced fish-keeper or are just starting out, Paradise Pets is the place to go! Great selection of fish, both marine and fresh, as well as tank, chemicals, food etc. The prices are great as well!!! I recently stocked my tank with their fish and have been so happy with it! The knowledge and know-how is not comparable! Paradise Pets, you have a lifetime customer (at least as long as I live in the area) I will be back for more!!!

Best place to shop for fish items in town! Only place that carries the food my oscar eats. Honestly it's the best pet store in town. It beats out both of the big box pet stores as far as quality product goes.
