I gave one star because there was one sweet lady at self checkout out that was nice and helpful. ANITA on the other hand was not, she was very rude and unprofessional. She was repeatedly making a big deal about my mom changing her mind about a blanket. My son had used it just to cover himself bc he was cold. My mom returned it back to the shelf undamaged, but Anita stated no one will buy it since it was used. I stated to her then they can reduce the price on it. She continued to say how no one would buy it but wouldn't help me when I needed her to clear the message. I looked at her and told her to have a nice day as I began to move my cart out the way. She was standing in the way of other customers trying to leave out as she continuously complained. As I am moving my cart she sees a 'ball' and asked if I scanned it. I told her " it's not a ball, it's a balloon ma'am!" As I pushed my cart out of the way, she's yelling at me to pay for my items. I snapped at her and said "can I please move my things so people can get by since your just standing there?" Then I go back to the self check out still waiting on her to clear me due to me having more than 26 items. She then demands again for me to pay for my things. Then pointing at the screen I tell her "it's waiting on you to clear me so I can. Maybe if you paid attention instead of being on your high horse trip you can see that!" Anita needs training on how to properly treat customers, not hover over them and accuse them! Needless to say I love Kroger but this kind of treatment makes me not want to ever return. I rather drive a few extra miles to go to military or deal with going to Walmart!!

The produce is always terrible. I have shopped Kroger over 40 years but I’m tired of leaving and having to go somewhere else to get produce. Seems like this location is the worse. This is just a few pics.

Flowers are terrible. Do not waste your money. This is the third time, after getting home and unwrapping them, they are already halfway dead, and they are not cheap.

Great selection of items, but it seems like prices could be better. 3 steaks for $77.85 seems very high. Only 1 person checking out customers and a big line waiting at the self checkouts.

After some growing pains and creative rearranging of their store layout, Kroger have finally settled into a decent location for me to shop. In fact, this is my preferred grocery store now. It's not the closest or most convenient, but it has more to offer. There is a better selection of products than other stores in the area. Some of the staff can be off-putting and almost stand offish at times, but it can be an advantage when I want to be left alone.Be careful driving in the parking lot or adjacent frontage road. For years, the folks driving here act like this is their personal property, and you are an inconvenience who happens to be in their way.

This review is for kroger in general not this specific store. On March 3rd I made a pickup order purchase that totaled 160 dollars. On weekends you get 2x fuel points and I had a digital coupon for 300 bonus points. It takes a few days for points to register to the account so I didn't check till the next week and saw that zero fuel points had been added to my account. I called kroger customer service and after a 45 minute call I still did not get the full amount of points I was owed.

Favorite Kroger to shop in store. Don't love the click list. They often say stuff is out of stock but then I go in and find it. They make weird substitutions when the requested product is available. They are slow. But in store shopping is great. Always has what we are looking for and easy to find.

Produce department is totally out of control. Lettuce and cabbage are brown, very little decent selection. Asked Produce guy to bring out new lettuce and it was as bad as before. Produce in this store is poor and I then go and spend my money at Walmart.

The self checkout is ridiculously sensitive. Hold process was stopped because the tape didn't weigh enough, then waiting for someone to come restart the process. It's literally been something always. Stopped going altogether. Walmart 100 now.

On April 21, 2024 at approximately 1:00 PM I placed an online order with Kroger to pick up at 8:00 pm later the same evening. Later around 5:30, my wife had received a email stating the order had been cancelled. When I called back to inquire about a refund after listening to a voice message telling me to do so.. I was met with Kristian Smith (store manager). I expressed my concerns to Kristian advising him that this was the second time Kroger had cancelled my order last minute..and the first time this happened it resulted in me not receiving a refund of approximately $300.00 for 3 weeks to a month. Krisitian proceeded to hang up in my face after I stated that I wanted an explanation. Due to not receiving resolution I went to the store. Before I could even speak to a member of management I was told by a young lady name Cassidy that the store manager Kristian had called the police on my wife, two year old child and I without any contact with me or explanation to me as to why. After contact with the police was made.. the police stated that the reason for the call was the store manager Kristian told him that we had stolen from the store. Not only that but the police threatened my wife stating that if she did not provide any information that she would be thrown in the back of the police car .. so Kristian had called the police and made a false police report stating that we had stolen to get the police to come up to the store... Not only do I not have my money, but I don't have my groceries either and that is actually the definition of theft! Kristian put my family in one of the most dangerous positions, being investigated for any amount of time by the police on a false claim of theft. Kristian never even tried to resolve the issue. He could've at least issued a gift card or allowed us to just get the items from the store that we had purchased but we could not explore those options because Kristian acted unethically, immorally and cowardly. The police had also stated that we are banned from that Kroger.. where we have spent 10's of thousands of dollars..

Not only does this SUPER Kroger have everything under the sun they also have a distinct advantage over most competitors. They have a ton of checkout clerks to keep things moving nicely and also have two giant areas of self checkout registers so that you never find yourself really waiting to checkout which has become such a great benefit these days. While in the store I also had two separate people ask me if I needed help finding a product which almost never happens in stores anymore. Highly recommend location!

This is a super Kroger with expanded inventory. They have clothing, home goods, a huge pet section, and a lot of high quality, low prices fairy products. As with all Kroger stores, the quality is excellent in meat, vegetables, and dairy. This store specifically was very clean, well lit, and the employees were so friendly. I also noted clean bathrooms! Parking was tight but I needed the exercise. It was busy due to the holiday season and being the weekend.

This particular Kroger Marketplace in Bryant, AR makes 1 heck of an impression, it really ROX!Take the haul that I just am still driving home from; being that it’s not only a Sunday where here in the South, y’all best b just b comin’ straight outta church, every market/grocery store b PACKED! Don’t mind me but I didn’t quite rite make 2 Sunday preachin’ dis morn’.[my bad.]Anyways, we got to KMP @ 3:30pm; so, go anywhere else, {say • uhhm • u b picking’ 🆙 what I b layin’ ⬇️} ... As, doors open, we're expecting Total Chaos to have ensued: w/ bare shelves, things tossed around & things thrown about Everywhere, yada-yada....Nope, always clean /fresh cool air, even smelled clean w/ aisles tidy, even almost not quite ripe but the perfect green,'bout rite nanas plenty. WOW, I even been WM Corporate Office (HQR'S/Home Office as a headhunter, stealing WM main competitors' key talent /natural-born leaders / 2 leave & ‘👀’ 2 days 💡

My past 3 experiences with Kroger pick up have been absolutely awful. 2 times I sat for over an hour for my order. This time I set a pick up time 30 hours in advance. Showed up during my time slot and was told I needed to come back 2 hours later. I am running out of excuses for why they can't get orders together on time or in timely manner out to the car. This will be my last time shopping at Kroger.

Only ever do pick up, and the employees who do pick up are always great but it literally takes forever. Need more employees doing pick up at least during peak hours. Also, need more parking spaces as well. The employees are great, just need a better system at least during peak hours. Waiting 30min to an hour is ridiculous.

If I could give this store zero stars I would! Be careful what you pick up because half of the items I picked up were past date. And I don’t mean a week past date….literally months past date. Plus, I was rudely treated after purchasing $200 worth of groceries by an employee when the thing at the door locked the wheels on my cart as if I had stolen the groceries. It was totally ridiculous! Management in this store is MIA!

The Bryant Kroger is my favorite place to shop. They have everything you need. Sushi bar, floral, Starbucks, an outstanding wine department, seafood and so on. You can get your prescriptions filled without having to wait for more than 10 minutes. They do have a drive thru. I have had several cakes made for parties and I get above and beyond what I want. If you like organic fruits and vegetables this is the place to go. This Kroger has a fuel stop also.

Florals are sooo not good. Got these TWO DAYS ago for mother's day. Yall need to do a little better, dang. Prices are high everywhere and kroger had better produce 2 or 3 years ago. We still go to Kroger but not 100% like before.

Almost every employee at checkout acts like you're shoplifting. Don't even try to do the self checkout unless you want some young kid standing over you making sure. I'm not sure if it's because we have tattoos or look young but it's rather annoying especially when I've actually seen people shop lift and they don't even bother them. The one on Military is a lot better and friendlier.

Quick sale don t mean one bad onion in a bag and price it $1 ,or 2 bad aples and boom priced $1 who ever work there they don t know the value of a dollar if you need to do a quick salesman be reasonable or you will have to make a trip to the dumpster, also your carts most of them don t work, the automatic little door at the entrance don t work ,,thus store it's not well managed at all,hard bread on the shelves I assume expired sold at high price,expired produce and bad looking ,this store its really going dawn...

This Kroger is HORRIBLE. this is the second time I’ve sat in pickup waiting for my order for over an hour. Why am I paying the fee for pickup if I could’ve shopped for my items within 10 minutes? Completely ridiculous. Also all of their fruit is moldy or squished.

Hidden,prices imposing customers the amount of items to buy in order to get em at advertising price ,looks like they loosing customers because of their unethical policies..be careful when you see bag of cheetos $2,29 because it's NOT,you gave to buy 5 if em in order to pay that price.....

This location for Kroger is awesome when the weather is great! They have an olive bar, Star bucks, and a sushi bar. I'm impressed with the meat and seafood selection. Now for the bad.. when it rains, it pours. This store leaks thru the roof just about on every asile. They have buckets, pee pads and they have to cover merchandise with black trash bags when it rains. I went to get a Valentine's card and the greetings card section appear to be completely destroyed from the rain. This store it's a fairly new store and I don't understand why it has so many leaks. The other bad is... When you come in the main entrance on the right side where the pharmacy is at, there is hardly any scan as you go scanners available. This has happened to me personally at least four different times. You have to walk all the way to the left side entrance where all of them are stacked up. Not to mention when you shop in their skinny Isles you have to compete with the scan as you go monster carts that take up the entire Lane. most of them will leave the carts there while they go pick out items even on different tiles forcing you to move the giant carts.

I love this place to get groceries! It’s great having a Kroger’s card to save money! Variety of products including name brands and generic brands. Pick your choice! Love the options of organic vegetables! Fantastic prices and deals! Clean store! Get points toward gas purchase! Still prefer Edwards Food Giant for my meats!
