If I could rate zero stars I would. I am beyond pissed. I ordered a Minecraft cake and cupcakes for my sons birthday. I ordered a couple days before so they wouldn’t have to rush. My order was confirmed for 830am 04/25/2024 which is today and the day of my sons birthday and his party. They did NOT have his cake or cupcakes. They pretended like they did not receive any information on the cake. I asked to speak to the manager. The assistant manager came and asked if I had the correct store so I showed him my email confirmation with all of it and he confirmed it was correct. All he did was take a photo of my email confirmation and say he will look into it. That’s it. No apology, no cake comped, no “have a good day”, nothing. Never ordering a cake here again. I went to Walmart for a birthday cake after. They could’ve called me today or a couple days before saying they won’t have it or something as a heads up.1410 military road, Benton, ar 72015

To start out the young lady at you scan was very nice she let me exchange the Purina one tender cuts dog food that was busted. That being said the supervisor lady with glasses older with red vest made a comment of why didn't I say something when I bought it. It was wrapped in plastic do people have x ray vision so stupid.

Tonight, my husband and I went in to buy some chairs. The person at the customer service desk called for someone. The young man (Alex) was super nice, and he even put out 2 of each chair we were interested in so that my mother in law, my husband, my toddler, and I can test them.I usually have great interactions with the people that work at Kroger, but tonight, he definitely went above and beyond.

If you are going to have an item on sale than you have enough to keep it stocked. Kroger and other chains have been taking advantage of the people that shop there that expect to be able to get an item on sale through out the sale period, not with Kroger they run out on the first day of sale!

Sucks you can not give 0 stars. This is the worst pharmacy I have ever used. I have never been told so many times I have to wait on my meds 2 times in the same week. Then was told I should have gotten it 2 days ago. Then it will be a 50 minute wait bc it wasn't ready. I was coming here bc it's by my job and a little cheaper. I'll pay more for better quality people.

Outstanding service from the pharmacy. I went looking for the newest Covid vaccine and found a no wait at the Kroger on Military Rd in Benton. They had plenty of serum, no waiting list, no issues at all. Kimberly was very helpful and informative, gave me my shot, and waited 15 minutes. I definitely recommend.

The selections are staggering. Both my sons wanted sushi for dinner and they were able to get exactly what they wanted. We also picked up marked down bakery goods. The meat selection is remarkable and we decided on the delicious looking pork chops for tomorrow nights dinner. They also had a sale on sodas which both boys choose for themselves and had w great variety. Check out was a breeze with the friendliest and sweetest check out lady ever!

I have loved shopping at this store in the past but lately they have been lacking. It seems as if every trip to this location (on Military in Benton, AR) I leave with half of my list incomplete because they don’t have it and don’t know when they will get it in. Now, working in retail myself i understand that sometimes demand outweighs supply and we are all dependent on the warehouses and suppliers to have sufficient amounts of products but this is becoming a habit. Lately, I have been traveling out of my way either to the next city or to the location further away (and in the opposite direction of my home) from this one when i get off work in the mornings. Deciding to give this location another shot this morning (5/19/23) I walked in to find the first 4 items on my list out of stock. I just turned around and walked out without wasting my time. Kroger Marketplace here I come and apparently will be anytime I need to shop after work. Still leaving an average review rather than a negative one bc I know this store can do better and the employees are doing what they can on their end to make everyone’s shopping experience a positive one.

Do Not use their grocery pick-up service, the quality of items isn't there, or care for your items isn't there. It's terrible to say, but their competitor's pick-up is way better and smoother, and if they're out of stock in the aisle there's substitution process is a lot smoother and more aligned with what an item should be sub for. I gave this service three different chances before I did any review.

Drive thru Pharmacy personnel is very rude. They also have poor communication skills. I will never use them to fill prescriptions for my family again!! When I told the lady she said ok and shrugged her shoulders. They could definitely use some professionalism training.

I/WE ALL expect better from Kroger. When I/we order online and half the items aren't available, WHY AM I/WE ABLE TO ORDER IT ONLINE, as if it is NOT* in stock?This has become a huge issue! Items available online should be items available in the store, else it defeats the entire purpose of online ordering services.

Be careful when going to website that Kroger sends you to do a evaluation of the store. They send you a third party that is giving cameras away free from china. The camera wants to connect to a Chinese server.Shame on you Kroger for promoting and being part of china.GO USA…….. DON’T FALL FOR KROGER’S TRICKS. THEY ARE PROMOTING CHINA THAT CAN STEEL YOU PERSONAL INFORMATION.

I was stolen from by an employee. Found a Manger and explained everything to him, he took my information and said he would handle it and give me a call back to fix the situation. That was 3 weeks ago and I have not heard back from that manager. I have always loved Kroger, but I will never go back. As a Manger of a business, I would never allow a thief to continue to be an employee.

I love this store but it has one major problem. The people that work slicing lunch meat. A lady from the bakery sliced my lunch meat. Two customers and three employees and one was visiting with someone she knew.

This store is very nice and clean. And you can also order groceries and pick them up sometimes even the same day! I love this option. They also have a nice variety of foods and even some decent foods from other cultures. and I always love to look at their clearance and see if there's anything I could use. The only thing I don't like is having to use an app to use coupons. I don't like having to walk around the store staring at my phone trying to find the right coupon for the right product. But otherwise I still like using the coupons and saving money!

I hate to be dissatisfied! I only wanted to rent a rug cleaner. Unfortunately there was only one place to rent on the store and they were not interested in helping one more customer. I waited in line for thirty minutes while the lady behind the desk gossiped with the customer in front of me. Really? 30 minutes?

Great staff, good selection, loving the vegan options. Totally killed the store with one checker and the rest self checkouts. Loss of jobs, one very stressed cashier and the robot vocies that scream out of the self checks is annoying. Won't be back Kroger. -A 10 year customer.
