My husband and i are independent contractors & mainly deal with windows. This store is in our "top choice" category hands down. They have VERY competitive prices ans ALWAYS have what we need !! A bonus is the staff. Very professional, helpful & they even help us load our windows when we get our haul. I highly recommend & cannot say enough good things!!

They’re lying on their website about services and products. They only have prefab cabinets. They can not and will not repair or replace cabinet doors as they advertise on the website

My husband and I went in to look at flooring for our new house and right upon opening the door we had amazing service. Everyone welcomed us and asked how they could help. The assistant store manager, Lydia, actually ended up being the one to help us and she was PHENOMENAL. She answered all of our questions and was very educated on all of the products and helped us make the best decision for what we wanted. We will be repeat customers and refer any and everyone we know to the store, just because of how amazing the customer service and our experience was!

Bought counter topsGood price but they where mittered wrong for the bolts. We will see how good their customer service is behind their products.UpdateOk here is the deal I will absolutely buy here again. I went in an ordered my countertops a couple weeks ago. The had one in stock but not the other. They saved me some time by bringing in one from another store. As stated above got home cut everything out an go to bolt up an the bolt holes don't line up. I call them this morning. They said the other countertop is made by a different manufacturer an they didn't catch it. An they stood up on their end an getting me the right piece I need even thought this one has a sink hole cut in it. I would give 10 stars if I could.

Went to the Johnson City store and couldn't get the salesman to wait on us. We have kitchen cabinets, two bathroom cabinets, and door's for our new home. Don't know if it was the masks we had on or if they thought we had no buying power lol. I gave them 3 stars because I don't want to be mean but have never been treated that way in my life. Good luck getting waited on!

Great place for renovation supplies for kitchens and bathrooms. They can show you digital images of cabinets you want in different layouts. Highly responsive and very helpful staff.

They dropped the ball and were rather rude to me about it. They didn't have the order pulled when it was supposed be. I went back the next day and they weren't open at 8:25am. They were rude when I picked them up I only spent $3k, no worries I will not be back. No wonder nobody was in their store.

This is a great place to go especially if you're on a budget. The guys here are friendly and helpful. Plus, they'll load it in your car. I am buying all of my cabinets and countertops from them.

had a door damaged by neighbors kids ... everywhere we looked (big boxed stores) were told nothing could be replaced nothing could be fixed .... went to Barton's store in Benton ... not only did they have what i needed ... but one item was a return and MGR help out with price ... most defiantly going back to them with repairs or updates first
