My go-to for quality craft supplies. My visit yesterday was not worth the 5 star review I would normally give.... The store was very cluttered and disorganized. The person at the register was not well-trained/possibly very new and did not ring two items up for the clearance price which was very disappointing.

Love to come just to look at all their beautiful decor! They always have things on sale and if the items are not on sale they ALWAYS have a 40% off coupon you can use. The decor is very current to the times and always has awesome biblical verses to display in art which is a plus. Clean, great customer service.

Hobby lobby is life, super busy right now, even weekday mornings, due to Christmas decor shoppers. Go with that in mind and patience! We found exactly what we needed and more!

Another standard Hobby Lobby with cliche crafts and the "Live, Laugh, Love" signs that you can find in any middle class suburban home these days. However, they do have a pretty good and knowledgeable framing shop. I have had several vintage signed wildlife prints + stamps framed at this shop. They take care of all of the original documents that come with it and aren't terrible in price. Framing is expensive regardless who you use. But I continue to use the framing shop when I obtain more of these prints/stamps.

Always enjoy going with the wife here. Need anything for Christmas decorations? Well....they are looking forward to Easter at this point (one week before Christmas). But, that happens when they have good quality items combined with their amazing prices. Staff is usually very friendly and helpful.There is one negative aspect, though. I have had at times, a severe allergic reaction to glitter...and this place is ate up with glitter. It does make things look prettier, though.

I bought four boxes of Christmas cards here, and three of the boxes have missing cards or envelopes. There were no extra envelopes given. So I had to throw out 12 cards total when a box comes with 15. A loss of my tike and money.

Love to visit Hobby Lobby when in Hot Springs. Good selection of everything arts and crafts along with home decor. Follow their sales.

I love that Benton/Bryant have a Hobby Lobby here now for the past few years. They entire staff is always very wonderful too.

This review isn't given one star because of the store, merchandise or cashiers. As we were checking out, my daughter asked if they were hiring. One of the cashiers attempted to get her an application. The front end manager was very hatedul to the woman trying to help us. I will never recommend HL for employment. I would have put this complaint on the website but there wasn't anywhere for comments .

I wish I had caught the name of the employee who helped my mom. She is 82 years old and was tired. She was leaning against the cutting table. The sweet employee went and got her a chair to sit in. I can't thank them enough!!! This store always has nice employees, but this lady was beyond friendly.

What is there to say? Hobby Lobby is a wonderful place with all kinds of made items for sale to decorate your home for whatever you need to decorate for. We love their Christmas stuff

The store was fine; however, the lady in the fabric department was rude and unwelcoming. Unfortunately, I didn't get her name but she had dark short hair and look like she may have been Hispanic. If she doesn't want to work with the public she need to work in the back.

Stopped in, with my wife, on our lunch hour so she could shop for a few small home décor items. Wide variety of merchandise and the store is clean and well kept. The merchandise is categorized pretty well which is nice because it doesn't send a shopper to all parts of the store to find what they've come in to buy.

Always loooove this store! There was an employee helping me at the craft counter, I needed sheer fabric to create some ocean themed decoration in my classroom. I showed her a Pinterest photo and she led me right to the perfect materials!

Hobby Lobby is amazing. Wonderful products and service. Their staff is helpful and accommodating. Specifically, a management personnel by the name of Margaret. She went out of the norm to be helpful and kind. Her professionalism was extraordinary. It keeps me coming back to spend dollars and dollars willingly.It is so refreshing to be treated with respect and appreciation. I hope that the company realizes her character and integrity. It is far above the rest. Thanks Margaret, we love the ottomans!!!
