Vanna the manager helped me get my items out of shelves and was very nice to me and my sister she was very busy with customers but was very pleasant to be around today, I had some pretty mean customers in front of me and she went above and beyond to put smile on the face of the people and make them happy thats good customer service if you ask me. She was also stocking shelves while helping in other places in the store. I am thankful to have such caring people in my home town community. Hope she continues to work there need more employees like the Manager.

I've visited this store numerous times in the past. There's always somebody putting stock away. That tells me they're busy. This is a good place to find the basics and you don't have to walk 2 football fields to get them like the other place.

Manager is very rude and lazy. She swears in front of customers including kids, never helps her cashiers when they've got a long line, is outside smoking most of the time, recently started opening the store an hour later, store is dirty and unorganized, stuff that's supposed to go in the refrigerated section sits out half the day before being stocked, they went months without even stocking the refrigerators, told me they weren't working so I checked and they were working fine the whole time, she was just too lazy to stock them and lied to my face.

I know the manger personally, the manager has no high school diploma or GED. There for she dose not met the requirements for the position. There are other who are more qualified. On top of that she had a sexual harassment case on her jus months ago. she has non employees in the office with money out and leaves early almost daily! Needless to say there should be a shake up in management!!

Was in here shopping yesterday and there was two older guys cashiers. I get in line with my niece and one said the other cashier can help yall. Standing line behind two others in front me and the cashier told me that he couldn't help me began to beckon me to come over. Giving me a condescending look and tried to act like he didn't just tell me that he couldn't help me and gaslight me. I said what in the hell. I didn't go over there but I guess if they continue to get weirder I might have to call their corporate and complain.

Very nice employees. If I could rate just the employees, I’d have done a 5 star. Store is extremely dirty. Isles were cluttered with torn up boxes. I won’t be back…. Sorry to say.

This is one of my very few monthly stops. They used to have some real problems keeping adequate stock on the shelves and were constantly running out of necessary and basic items you would expect to have always available. But they are really improving with their stock and have added a nice little refrigerated/freezer section which I am glad to see added to our location. Honestly, I rely on this store to get many items I just wouldn't be able to afford otherwise. I am really thankful for this store.

Loved finding the unique items for my preschool class, the super friendly cashier, but she sure could have used some help. There were 6 people in line and no one came to lighten her load. She kept a friendly smile and spoke to each customer!!! Now....that IS friendly service!!😁

Seems to be plenty of employees, they just all decide to take their smoke breaks at the same time leaving only one person inside to man the whole store and that is NOT enough for this large and busy of a store. I spend a lot of money here, not that the employees care because they all seem extremely put out if I have more than a few things in my buggy. I've even had to ask a few if they were having a bad day since they only roll their eyes and don't speak. This store needs a more present positive roll model to keep up morale and self pride in their work!

The one who checked me out was very friendly. Looked me in the eye, smiling. Often this is my experience and why I love shopping there. Great Halloween decorations to choose from. Even the customers were happy. (Was that because of the store or fall? Lol)

They have some good stuff. You just have to pay attention to what you are buying. Remember it's only a dollar. Just like any other store. They always have a great deal. The cashier's are polite and friendly. No matter how busy they are.

I purchased an item late at night at this dollar store on hwy 67 on 1/13/2021. A young boy who didn’t look old enough to drive was at the register and sold me the wrong item... He put it in the bag and once I opened the bag when I got home I noticed he had gave me the wrong pack of cigarettes... I live 45 mins away and didn’t have the gas or energy to drive back that late and dark and I would just return in the morning with my receipt surely within 24 hours they would let me change my purchase for the correct pack since the pack they gave me cost 2 dollars more and I have the receipt of my purchase which wasn’t touched opened or used.. So I went back the next morning and the blonde lady at the counter told me she would have to ask her manager she came back and said no I can’t even change the pack.... What pisses me off is 3 months prior I saw them do it for another customer... These people literally use one register and walk around talking in the store every time I’m there. Needless to say watch out for what u buy bc depending on their mood you won’t get to exchange it even with receipts... Worst dollar store ever I will for now on go to the one in Glen Rose they give much better service than this pathetic store.. 0 stars for me bc I had a receipt not even 24 hours after a purchase and they wouldn’t even let me fix THEIR MISTAKE. Don’t come to this junk whole staff does not care and are not friendly. Also don’t wear masks.

I shop here often and love the selection when it's stocked. I love the fact I know the cost of everything and you can find really great deals and it's quick in and out. Workers are very friendly and helpful, seem to enjoy their jobs.

Horrible ... just Horrible.! Wouldnt take my card. Seems that had been the case all day. Randomly denying. Said they would hold my things for me cause who has time to pick out 50 items all over again..but 1 hour later they had already restocked my things. It was rush hour and i had places to be other than going out of my way to give them my business. Wont be going back. I feel they could of kept my things until closer to closing at least. And maybe a sign on the door when u come in saying maybe we will take your card... maybe we wont.

I'm so happy to have a dollar tree, love it. Every season is just great. My son is 29, every year I get him one Halloween gift. Most of his favorite's have come from Dollar Tree.

Was told by an obviously new cashier "I don't know how to ring that up so it's free if you know how to work the helium machine" she had tried to get her managers help but unfortunately she was left alone in the store the manager came back from a smoke break and told us that they couldn't even air the balloons up at all .... she was also very condescending and rude store also kinda stinks of cigarettes and mold

Everything is a dollar. You would be surprised to find cleaning products, candy, holiday decorations. Birthday balloons. Lots of cards for every accession. They carry some dog food and cat food. Utinsels for the kitchen ,lots of plastic bowls with lids. Toilet paper towels, Kleenex, stryfome plates, bowles, and plastic spoons, forks and knives. Everything to throw a birthday party. There is so much in that store, you spend more than you intend to spend. But look at all the sacks and money saved by not buying it at Walmart. But don't get me wrong, you can't beat a dollar for everything,but you will always have to go to Walmart.
