Great, a little unorganized but I literally have clinical OCD, soooo..... good prices especially try their own beauty brand called belive beauty, there micro brow pencil is so comparable to any $25 high end one for 4 DOLLARS, WHAT? SHADOWS, BLUSHES AND BRONXER SO PIGMEMTED. haven't tried the mascara or lip stuff but the foundation is supposed to be like very very good. Even comes in a glass bottle. YouTube has ton of raves on it. I just don't wear foundation, but I'm going to try the concealer soooon, love beauty lover

This very specific elderly man seemed nice till I had to put a few things in my buggy back! When i say a few there were less than 10 items:( please remember I have three children and doing math is already hard me! I apologized several times as he rolled his eyes at me and told his co worker you have a whole buggy of stuff to now put up!!! :( I will never return because I already felt bad I could not afford everything till tomorrow!!! Horrible customer service!

Granted it's the one closest to me, but Dollar General at the end of Alcoa across from the train tracks, has always been fantastic. Very friendly management and staff, always very helpful. Def one of the more cleaner and organized ones, as some can be "did a bomb go off?" They love taking my change, and since I make tips I have a lot of it!

Absolutely filthy location. You cant look ANYWHERE on the floor in this building and not see trash, debree, and product on the floor.Its like being in the back of a warehouse. Absolutely filthy and so embarrasing to see. What slobs must work there to never pick up a broom. (Parking lot not much better)When the store was first put there i was happy it was less than half a mile from home but its quickly become a horribly seedy place. I dont go after dark and since its so filthy here I'd rather just drive down to the gas station. As least its clean.Sorry not sorry! Pick up a broom and work. Its not that hard.

For some reason I think its honestly cheaper to buy your items here...i have no idea why but yeah. Customer service could use some work. They're not mean tho. I find everything super easy.

I really like this place, they have everything I needto buy in between my big shopping trips I do twice a month. I just moved from california, they didn't have this store where I lived. So, to my suprise the name brand bodywash, hair products, makeup and medicines and facial washs, and even pillows and dog food and batteries and milk are all in this pace, for atleast 3 dollars or more cheaper than walmart. Its like your favorite drugstore, without the pharmacy and everything is on sale all the time. Because the prices are so cheap. Extremely convienient!

I like it but this store is huge but the others things are very much of the things are good. The personal store is humongous without any aggression. These are the much popular store in town but is more likely.

People that know me understand that things have to be pretty bad to speak ill of a person or place. That said, the Dollar General located at 3801 Benton Pkwy. Benton, AR. 72015 and its employees are a disopointment to the corporation. The store stays a mess as well as poorly stocked. You can hear dirt and grime crunching on the floor whenever you walk. The isles are so cluttered that shoppers are literally walking on top of merchandise. The customer service is nonexistent. I had to go out in the parking lot and interrupt the cashiers smoking break. The employees have horrible hygiene and their work uniforms are wrinkled and dirty. This store is in a growing commercial area and I'm disopointed that it's being managed like its in a 3rd world country.

I will not be back to Dollar General until the pandemic is over. Not one person including employees had a mask. I got what I wanted and left. I doubt you care, but I do.

You think you are saving time but what youdont realize is the time is gonna make itself up when you get into line. 15 min checkout Is not uncommon
