I mean they were nice and all just definitely don't use their app to make payments. I made one and when I went in store they said they didn't receive it and made me pay it again, they said I would have to dispute it with my bank but my bank wouldn't let me since I admitted to authorizing it.

This place is above the typical pawn shop. They are friendly and helpful as can be expected. They also keep a good selection of of merchandise on the shelves for customers to peruse. The staff was willing to help me with whatever I wanted to look at and make me an offer quickly. I will stop in again when I'm in town.

They were so rude to me. Anytime I tried to ask a question they would start to talk over me and never answered the question. When one of the employees finally started helping me the other employee would come over there and have him do stuff for her. Even tho they say that they take electronics, they will lowball you and they don’t take all electronics. Looks like they only take computers.

Honestly when I ordered online I was stressed that I was ordering to late to get the only thing my 9 year old son wanted for Christmas. I don't remember the man's name that took my call so I could pay but I will say that this man was wonderful. We have some slight difficulties with the process but he was so calm patient nice and easy to talk to. Just the best customer service. He promised it would be here before Christmas and I got it the very next day. Please let him know I appreciate him so much and thank him for making my son's Christmas the best it could be!!

Names Alejandro sure they will remember me onces they see I rated them.I should done done it alot time ago but I havent been doing as well as I use to pawnshops do help alot speally theses days now days gas and food prices going up making it a crises thanks to the presidents and government nothing but rats and leeches if you ask me when have y'all herd them talk about god,or going to church or even hearing them say something positive about him only use the word god to say god bless America knowing they don't love or believe in him and yeah there going to be more comments like theses now so if you one of them sleep walker best to wake up cuz we stepping in the days that are going to get worst. These are great people to work with! We did some Christmas shopping for our kids there and scored big with the newest PlayStation and some games with the best memory and saved a LOT! They aren’t the stereotypical pawn shop. Super clean, well organized and only top shelf items. We will definitely be back! And...Televisions!! Wow! They rock!

Spencer was great! I bought an Xbox Series S from his pawn shop that he works at that he had listed on Facebook Marketplace. He was willing to negotiate. Boll Weevil had plenty of other merchandise to browse as well!

I've stopped here a few times when we're out bargain hunting and I never feel that welcomed. I have observed a couple pawn transactions and the customers were being treated fairly well but since we were bargain hunting they didn't really care we were there. When I tried to start up a conversation and I might as well had been talking to a rock. I wasn't going to leave this review but after my last visit I decided I should . I'll try one more time soon and hopefully there's an improvement. I'll come back and update.

We called asked if they accepted our item we were told they would we drove from Malvern to Benton to be turned away and told come back in 5 days if you still want to sell it! So unprofessional! Employees talking about “wild women” behind the counter while customers have to wait for someone to come back to the store to wait on them! Never again!

Fair prices on merchandise. But not at the marked price. You make them a fair offer and you can get the marked price reduced a considerable amount. They loan fair value on items as well. Loan interest is high but its a pawn loan so its standard. The employees are professional and knowledgeable.It's a slightly above average pawn shop. 3.5/5.0 stars.
