Meet “Christina” an employee of Walgreens in Bella Vista AR. Not only is she slow and lacking in any customer service skills, she openly permits HIPPA protected information to be displayed on the customer facing credit card screen; at least this is what she so rudely claimed when I stepped up the the counter after having waited for 20 minutes in line. She barked “step back” to me as I stood at the counter waiting for her to acknowledge my existence. I did step back, at least 10 feet only to watch Christina allow two other new customers to cue up in line, the first of which stood immediately in front of the counter as I had. Of course, she said nothing to them. When she attempted to stumble through an explanation of her previous command to me to step back, she tells me that Walgreens allows HIPPA protected information to be displayed on the credit card machine facing the public a really? While I don’t believe this to be true, this is who they employ? Wow, the ineptitude of those in customer service is staggering - especially at Walgreens - just check out the other reviews!

If I could only give no stars I would. The staff here is so rude, not helpful at all. No compassion whatsoever.I was told They are not required to send a refill to a doctor it is a courtesy. There is a problem every time. Only went here because of convenience but I'm switching because kindness is more important to me.

Good lord the drive through takes 4 score and 73 days to do anything. Sat in line for 30 minutes, gave up and went inside and walked right up to the counter and was immediately served. Why have a drive through if you don't attend to it?

The employees at the pharmacy are beyond rude. Always an issue with something at this location. I’ve been trying to get one medication for 3 WEEKS and they keep filling the wrong supplement. One girl who works in the pharmacy was so awful to me that I immediately switched my meds to a new pharmacy after I spoke to her on the phone yesterday. I would highly recommend you go elsewhere for your pharmacy needs because these people aren’t it.

hello, i have only had positive experiences so far at this walgreens pharmacy and in store shopping. Tera is a great manager at this store and puts forth an appreciated effort.

If you value your time, don't bother calling this place. I was placed on hold for 20 minutes. Three times the young lady picked up and said please hold before I could say a word. Then after 20 minutes it disconnected.

After waiting over 45 minutes for a scheduled flu shot they had failed to give us paperwork. We had completed it online but their computer system was ‘down’ and we needed to ‘complete’ it again. We decided to go elsewhere to find competent employees and avoid another long wait.

The pharmacy clerk ( older lady) in Bella Vista , AR is very rude with no training on customer service.There were no other customers waiting yet she was very impatient in explaining the process of vaccination.Walgreen’s should provide adequate training on their staff at this pharmacy location.

Second time here in two weeks for scheduled flu shots. What a nightmare! Something is incredibly wrong with their systems and processes, because both times the pharmacy and the vaccine appointments are severely backed up. Over an hour wait for a scheduled shot!! Go somewhere else.

I would suggest anywhere but here. Although the location is convenient there has never been a time when I picked up a prescription that there wasn’t an issue and I can’t recall a single time when I’ve been helped by a friendly person.

I’ve had my medication filled here for the last couple of years but for some reason or another the last couple months, the pharmacy has gone completely downhill. They say my meds are ready and when I go to pick them up, they aren’t or there’s a billing issue. Time to change pharmacies.

The young lady working the drive thru pharmacy is very rude. I won’t share her name and details but I do not recommend that pharmacy and will be changing to another. I will say that maybe she should put the phone all the way down before making smart comments pertaining to her customers.

The pharmacy and it's customer service has really gone down hill.The older lady behind the counter is rude and obnoxious. They have a lot of problems filling a prescription it's time to go somewhere else

The workers at pharmacy are nice, but having to wait in a long line is becoming all the time now. I can't get mine delivered anymore like I used to. Don't understand they have two lines but one pharmacist.

The young man at customer service was incredibly rude, short and doesn’t seem to be trained on any level of customer service or common curtesy. I never seem to have any issues during the day time but whenever I come to this store at night, the crew has been very short.I usually let things like this go but, I felt so awful after my experience tonight that I won’t be returning. I will have my husband pickup our order and I will NEVER be going back to this location.

1 o clock in the afternoon and the pharmacy is completely closed, drive through and all. It's ridiculous that people can't access their prescriptions.

The girl on the phone was rude. Didn't have my prescription. I asked if she could order it and she made it sound like they wouldn't be able to get the brand I always get from here. She didn't want to take the time to help.
