Both of our dogs go to Lovely pets. We have been using Vanessa for 10 years. She absolutely loves our dogs like her own. Louie doesn't like many people but is happy and not nervous at all going to lovely pets.

I'm so glad I found the groomers at Lovely Pets! They do a wonderful job grooming both of my dogs. I love that I don't have to leave them there all day. They are typically in and out within 1.5 hour . Both dogs seem to love it there too. Thank you for the great service!!Dogs are dressed for a Hawaiian luau :)

Lovely Pets staff was great. Their communication was clear and they were very considerate during the scheduling, drop off, and pick up.My Giant Schnoodle's schnauzer cut came out looking great. They did a fantastic job on the eyebrows too. My Mini Bernedoodle came out kind of butchered though. They missed huge chunks of hair with the clippers. They said he was an easy dog to groom, and his hair is thin and straight (unlike most doodles) so I'm really not sure how it happened. But when he got home I had to trim huge chunks of hair on his left shoulder, right front leg, hip, and around his genitals.

Incredible experience! I have had my dog mildly groomed but never fully. I am blown away at how soft my pup is! She looks so much younger! She even got a little defensive with the groomers (not at all her nature) but they were patient and understanding and let me know so I can look into what might be bothering her. Thank you all so much! We will definitely be back!

Took my two large breed dogs there shortly before Thanksgiving and was so impressed! Rachel and Vanessa were lovely and my dogs were totally at ease when I picked them up. I love that they are able to keep both dogs out of kennels while the other gets groomed- they definitely weren't traumatized like previous groomers we've been to. They looked and smelled so wonderful after their appointment. I can't believe how soft my dog's coat is. I will be bringing my dogs back to this groomer in the future!

These people seem to take care of my little Malshe. Half maltese half shih tzu. The shop is clean and they are very busy. This is in a very nice residential area of Bella Vista. My only complaint.. the sales tax is almost 10 percent… i was a little shocked. There is a restaurant next door to the groomer that is nice but pretty pricey. But the service is good along with the food. I like the manager of lovely pets. He seems nice. There is also a shop for birds in this strip mall. Will go in there at some point prolly.

They've always been great with my dogs and do an excellent job. They even offer some spa like services for your animals at reasonable rates. I definitely plan to contribute using them well into the future.

First time to this groomers and it was a disaster. First off they didn't trim anything below his tail or between his legs. So I took him back the next day and they then proceeded to burn the inside of his legs so bad he had to go to the vet. They paid for the Rx but did not offer to refund my money.

Set up a grooming time for my doggos and everyone was so nice! My dog has bone issues and they help with full lift assist!!! No jumping to hurt him!! Can't wait to come in the future!

I was a walk in customer and took a pit bull here for a nail trim and was in an out the door in under 5 minutes. The staff was professional, friendly, and the price was right. Highly recommended.

Took my Cocker spaniel to get groomed. Groomer completely shaved her. My pet was completely stressed out and looked like a hound instead of a co ckerspaniel. Not happy at all with this groomer. Groomer said it was because of matts, but she had matts before and the groomers never shaved her. We will never use this groomer again.

Maggie loves Vanessa. Maggie is usually so scared of being groomed and absolutely hates baths, but she's always on her best behavior with Vanessa. Maggie always comes home happy and clean.
