Have recently moved from Bella Vista to Georgetown, Texas. Love Highland Pet Company and hope to find a store like it here. Enjoyed being able to bring my dog in and use the dog wash. Shatay always greeted us with a smile and a treat for my dog. She is a great help picking out food and treats for my dog. Her advice helped me change him to a much better dog food. He loved coming to the "treat store" . You have a great store and fabulous customer service. Will miss it.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐We had a fantastic experience at Highland Pet thanks to the exceptional service from Shatay. She went above and beyond to help us find the perfect products and provided us with valuable information. We left the store completely satisfied and well-informed. We'll definitely be returning for our pets needs. He’s obsessed with that Greek yogurt treat that’s in the fridge. It’s like ice cream to him but it’s healthy! Can’t wait for the Christmas photo shoot. Thanks to Shatay and the entire team for their excellent service!

A gem for pet lovers! I just stumbled upon Highland Pet Company, and I couldn't wait to share how awesome this place is! They've got everything from fancy kibble to the coolest frozen treats and food. I have not seen another local pet store with the supply they have!What really won me over are the people. The staff there are like pet whisperers – they know their stuff and genuinely care. I bombarded them with questions, and they didn't even bat an eye. They hooked me up with the perfect stuff for my furball, Sylvia. I was probably in there for almost an hour picking their brain.Shoutout to the Highland Pet Company crew for being so kind and so wonderful. You've gained a customer for life!

This is the cleanest and cutest dog wash I've ever been to, the owner takes great care of her facility and equipment. The blow dryer is amazing, as a poodle owner I really appreciate a good blow dryer.

The self wash itself was very useful and the equipment they have is great. The customer service not so great. I booked an hour to wash my 100+lb long haired dog and was told after 45 min that I needed to finish so they could clean before the next wash scheduled. I understood what the employee was saying but her attitude and communication style was terrible customer service. She was condescending and not understanding at all when I said the website made it seem like I had an hour and that I was confused why that was not clear. Even though it is an extremely convenient location I will think twice before going here again because customer service and communicating kindly is important to me.

Excellent shopping experience all around! Jordan was super helpful in finding food my dog (Jameson) would like and also assisting me with the bath for Jameson . They have everything you need and the ability to move the bath up and down does wonders for your back.

Excellent place to take your pets. They had everything you need to bathe your dog. Really appreciate the bay you raise and lower to help save your back. The only reason 4 stars is because they didn't have 2 of the 4 shampoo options and we were really needing the de-shedding option. Everyone was nice and the store was very clean. Love the rewards program as well. Thank you for having this service

The prices are a little higher than online, but what drew me in was the ability to use the dog wash and give my puppy a bath. This alone was a GREAT find. Space, tub, water, four kinds of soap, use of three towels, and an hour for $15 plus a reward program!! YES But then to have help for someone who is knowledgeable and has dogs himself was great. And he was very kind and helpful with a pleasant smile. Just a great store. I will be back often!

Leo and I had a great experience with the dog wash. It was our first time to visit and Jordan was very helpful and showed us where everything was and how it worked. $15 for an hour (only took us 30 minutes) and includes towels and wash cloths. The blow dryer works great.After his bath Leo got to pick out a new toy bear. $20 and the quality is much better than other retail or pet stores in the area.Thanks Jordan. We will be back.

Absolutely horrible customer serve. Does not keep foods in stock so you have to special order every time and does not honor straight from the manufacturer coupons. Go to 3 Dog in Bentonville instead.

We took Ruby for a bath this morning, and what a cute place! Such a great service that they provide, allowing us to bathe our pets for a reasonable price. They provide all of the shampoo, brushes, and towels that you need to get your pet spiffy clean!

This is a great locally owned pet store. The owner and her staff are extremely knowledgable about the pet foods they carry. For example, when I tried a food with chicken for our very picky cat and he started having diarrhea, Jordan knew immediately the problem was the chicken in the food, as our cat now had a sensitivity to that ingredient. I changed to a food with tuna in it, and it immediately took care of the problem.

My friend and I took my dog to this self wash service to wash her which took us nearly 30 minutes. Everything went well, and we enjoyed the provided products and equipment for most of the time. Toward the end of the experience, I had the need to use the restroom. Unfortunately, I was told that their restroom is not for customers. If this business was an in and out type service, that wouldn’t have been an issue, but because it’s necessary for customers to spend a significant amount of time to appropriately utilize this service, it is unreasonable for customers to not be welcome to use the restroom facilities. Likewise, had I been there alone with my dog it would be understandable to have a policy that she could not be left unattended. However this was not the situation. For a service-based business, this policy is really disappointing and somewhat disrespectful. Hopefully they recognize this and change their policy.PS I was only going to do #1!

We went for a weekend trip from Kansas City Mo down to Arkansas with our new puppy Lola and when we ran out of her food on our way back home we found this little place that carried it. Not only was I relieved to find they had the kind we needed but the lady that was working was so welcoming and polite! And the pricing was right around what we are used to paying as well! We plan on stopping back in on every trip from now on to get our little Lola's food!
