I really like harps and I go there for the deli meat. Lately there is an older lady with white hair that is apparently not happy working there and shows it when I ask her what meat I need. I heard her one time saying to an employee she was late and didn't care if she got in trouble. If you don't like your job than find another one that makes you happy. Harps is going to lose a great customer that likes their deli meat.

I appreciate the offering of what they can with organic produce and other organic items. Usually smaller stores don’t carry anything. The store is Very clean , well organized and is equipped with friendly staff.I picked up some decent sandwich’s from the deli. Their Fried chicken was good too.

Very nice & clean store. But the deli could use some work. I try to get their fried chicken, but they seem to be out of it every time I go. Yes, I know the chicken is popular, but when they are getting low, they need to start cooking more when they are low & not when they are out. Other than that everyone is friendly.

We were so happy to find these Harp stores on our visit to NWA. Everything was very clean and organized and the isles were very wide and lit well. Selections were better than we expected too!! If we were to ever move to the area, we would definitely shop here!

Rose has been our cakes for approximately 3 years now. I use her for all occasions, and every cake is on point! Her prices are great too!! I paid 32.00 for this cake. I provided the monkey and a few palms. As well as the choc wafer sticks and ribbon. Thank you rose, you did yet another beautiful creation!

Staff is almost always super friendly. There, as anywhere, are always the grumpy folks, but they are cancelled out by the nice employees. Store is really clean and put together well

This morning I went in to look for something in particular. Nobody stopped to help me even though you could tell I was looking for something. When I came across a worker and asked her if they had said product, she said no they don’t carry it. Then, she turned to her coworker and talked about me like I wasn’t even there. I usually don’t post reviews, but this was extremely rude.

TOP NOTCH BAKERY SKILLS! The bakery at this location specifically is really amazing with decorating. I got a custom cookie cake with minimal instructions, and they did a fabulous job creating it! And the prices don't break the bank like a boutique bakery would. The cookie cake is also delicious! I really hope the decorators get paid really well because they deserve it.

A local employee owned grocery chain in AR. and MO. Deli counter and bakery offer fresh foods and baked goods. Good selection and variety of products in all departments. Meat Dept has prepared ingredients for an easy meal. Hand cut choice Meats and Seafood. Clean and friendly atmosphere to shop in.

My daughter's birthday cake this year. Absolutely beautiful. They added icing details on top of the printed image, which I've not seen anyone else do. This is the second year in a row I've used Harps for birthday cakes and I'm always pleased. Thank you, bakery department, for making the perfect cake for my daughter!

The staff of the store is always super friendly and helpful this is really the best place to stop in if you want to get your shopping done and you don't have to go over the border to Walmart or down to Allen's. They have pretty regular sales that are worth stopping in for if you know when they are always check their weekly ads.

The best HARPS I've been in and I've been to quite a few. I loved it before the remodel years ago... but, afterward WOW!! They carry huge variety of products and brands and odds and ends.The store is always ALWAYS always clean and ALWAYS stocked. Prices are comparable to other stores... sometimes even lower priced than Walmart. The stockers/cashiers/meat department employees are always willing to help you find something or help you attain what you need to buy.I've always had a positive shopping experience at this HARPS!! I highly recommend this grocery store!! They are the best!!!I have used instacart shopping for the past few years and still my products arrive fresh and in excellent condition.

I love the personal feel and service this store provides, from the manager, Don, to the rest of the employees I have encountered. Thank you for making me feel welcome to your store and to this area. The choices are good for a store of this size making it very convenient to shop.

They are always out of things. Particularly in the bakery. Today they were out of 10 different kinds of bakery bread, and when I asked if they might have some more back tomorrow, or the next day, or next week… They just shrugged and said sorry. Lots of people were there shopping on lunch hour and they were only two checkers. Four other people were on break smoking out front. The two lines had six people each. The biggest problem is that none of the employees seem to actually care.

The best locally owned grocery store in Bella Vista AR. They are all friendly and helpful. If you need anything, they will definitely surprise you how they go out of their way to make sure that you get what you want. The bakery is my favorite place to get something special for dessert. Oh, the temptation of walking past all the wonderful delights in the glass cases.

This is a good store I go here quite a bit. Everything is always in stock. Friendly folks.Update: Still a good little store but I only go here because it's nearby, prices are way to high to do the whole grocery list compared to Walmart. But helpful if I need an item or two or three instead of going further away to Walmart.

A trip to Harps is always on our radar when we visit Bella Vista. One of the nicest and easiest grocery stores to shop at in the area. Need help finding something? Just ask. Staff are friendly and patient.

I love my local Harps! The service is friendly and they have everything I need! I enjoy going to a store where I don't have to check out my own groceries :) My favorite things at Harps....the bakery. I can order a cake with 24 hour notice. The wine selection....lots to choose from. The meat department....quality meat and live . Produce is fresh. Great prices on floral arrangements.

The store has a wide variety of things. The quality of the meat and vegetables was very good. I found everything I needed except a smile. The employees aren't very friendly. With the cost of food skyrocketing, after quality I look for a pleasant atmosphere.
