Love this store; however, I had $23 of merchandise and told my grandson to get something else for $2 so I could use my digital coupons ($5 off $25) and the cashier said the coupon was for next week and there weren't any coupons for today. I asked if he was sure and he said he was. Looked it up on my tablet when I got to my car and the coupon was for today. Cashier offered to make it good but i didn't have time to mess with it

Nice people behind the counter. Clean store. The place was rather packed. A little hard for people to get around if you're handicapped. Like I said there was a lot of stuff packed in a little store. Still a good visit. We went to pick out a few items and we were in and out fast. We did have fast friendly service at the counter that's a plus.

Been coming here over a year, and the staff is always pretty rude. Especially if you come in between 9-10 for a quick pickup before they close. Might as well drive the extra 5 minutes to Walmart. Open later and better customer service!

What can I say? It's Dollar General. A great little store to stop buy to pick up some essentials. Great prices and service. Staff is very friendly and helpful. They even have some products that even the large grocery stores do not. They carry Eckrich smoked turkey and ham that I can't buy anywhere else. A good selection of beer, chips and other party items. Also, quick in and out. I shop there quite often.

The staff are some of the friendliest cashier's had the pleasure to meet, if you're the kind who likes to chat a bit. It's a Dollar General, so I was surprised at the range of seletions. They usually have whatever I need on those "Forgot the milk" trips.

They appear to work hard keeping the shelves stocked... especially considering the current Covid circumstances! I've asked the manager for help a couple times and she has always been polite and able to answer right away!

More convenient than Walmart and competitive prices. Wide selection of items for such a small store. We found Campbell's tomato soup here while other markets were out of stock. It's disappointing that the store doesn't carry any fresh vegetables as there is no supermarket nearby.

The store is always very cluttered. Isles blocked with carts full of empty boxes or things to put on shelves. Many times I have had to move a cart to get what I need. Items from off the shelf lying in the isles. Also, no one at checkout counter and I have to yell or go look for a clerk. I shop in four different Dollar general stores and they're all the same.

Highly recommend the Dollar General Managers very professional very polite they remember their regular customers extremely friendly and will do special favors for regular customers particularly I use only their brand of stevia they know I buy at least 10 boxes every time I come in they know just about what day I'm going to be in and they always make sure that they have my stevia they even went as far as holding a case of stevia under the counter for me because they know I get at least a case on a regular basis and they did not have any on their shipment and wanted to make sure I did not go without the managers know I'm a diabetic They Know You by name I can't say enough good things about this store I highly recommend it

I shop there about once a week. Batteries, Bistec, gift Card, Fritos, Cheetos, greeting cards, 409, etc. Wish the store were bigger. Seems like they are always re-stocking. It’s convenient and the staff is friendly! Go Dollar General Go!

That is a very nice Dollar General!! Very neat and organized. They had even just got their truck. Very friendly Mgr and employee. It's probably the best one I've been in.

A lot of items aren't marked with the price. I had to carry things back and forth to the register to get the cashier to call the manager to go up front and scan every item with the hand scanner.It's insanely time consuming and annoying.

Digital coupons never work.. Waste of my time.. Walmart has better prices unless you use your digital coupons which I wasn't able too! So won't be wasting my time in the DG anymore!!

EDIT !!! Why is it 97 degrees in this store !! The sweet clerk called corporate and they said that’s a acceptable temperature ! FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS ! It was a Sunday about 12:15 pm and the store was a mess. Carts full of stock waiting to be placed on shelves were blocking multiple isles. Had to leave and shop for stocking stuffers at a nearby Dollar Tree.Won't be going back, except for emergency.

Confusing layout and often dirty. Prices are hit and miss. But it's close to the house so I end up here almost every day. Often out of basics like milk, eggs, bread. Checkout line is frequently long.

Go to the Dollar General in Bellavista all the time the people that work there are some very nice people. And a clean store. The ones in Springdale are very dirty.

Dollar General is a good place to go if you need something in a hurry, but their name is not fitting on most items if you compare cost to packaging.

Because they're the closest store to most the population "within" Bella Vista, they carry MUCH more than any other Dollar General I have known in the past. Usually my go-to for most quick items between grocery shopping visits.

Management has items in iles on floor cant get to items as it is in the way ,no concern about customer service or satisfaction, piss poor service, alott of items was not on shelfs or our of stock !!!!- bad !!!
