Best grocery store with outstanding customer service. We always find unique food, that we can't find else where. They also have a lot of locally sourced products. I love that they still have baggers/ courtesy clerks to take bags out to the car and return the carts. Everyone who works here is so polite.

The managers were super friendly and came up to us when we entered the store and told us about the store and the history. It was our first time to be there. The produce manager shared where he had some clearance items. Very nice produce and prices. Great specials and the meats were beautiful. Will certainly be returning to this store if not only for the customer service! Thanks

This store is a wonderful alternative to both the local standard and some of the other higher-end stores in the area. The selection of specialty products is amazing, the produce and meat sections are my go to for quality ingredients and the staff are always friendly and helpful.

They have the best fresh foods and veggies. You pay a little more, but it's worth it!!They have quite the variety in almost any food. They even have a health foods department with a lot of variety. The staff is very helpful. What's really cool is that all the can goods are turned forward to the front of their labels!!!

Top Rate. This family owned market is a find and a treasure for locals. If you are nearby staying in the Blowing Springs RV park, you are in for a treat. The meats are outstanding, custom cut meats and a complete Deli to go along with it. The other side of the store has a complete Health Food section. The produce is fresh, even in winter. The market has plenty of health items, local food items and specialized products for that hard to make recipe. Loving this store. Go for the Ahi Tuna steaks in the frozen section. We live in San Diego and Bangkok Thailand, we are foodies and want top end. Alan's delivers. Staff are accommodating and friendly.

allen’s has always been convenient. the fresh meat in the back is great and the guys back there are great as well. guess you can’t get away from the fact that the kids they hire are bound to have some lazy ones. listen genuinely i’m sorry for attempting to come in with a few minutes to spare i know it’s annoying but so is a general store closing at 8. but if im walking up to the door, please don’t rush to the door to lock it on me when the clock hasn’t hit 8. honestly just wanted some sodas for the family. cry a river for me next time you have to stay 5 minutes later than expected

Love this local grocer! They have hard to find vegan items and such friendly staff! My 2 year old grandson loves pushing the little grocery cart around and getting a lollipop when we're all done shopping

The best grocery store in the history of grocery stores. I have a vacation house here so I always come to Allen's when we are in town. You will pay a little bit more on a few items, but it is really worth it. Service is fabulous, this is a treasure!!!

Carter, Chandler, and alex are who helped me. Amazing team so polite and they even offer to take your items to your car even if you only have 2 items. The staff are polite and say hello even when in passing. They aren't much more expensive then Walmart and in my opinion it's worth it! I absolutely love this grocery store and totally worth the drive. I have a Walmart right by my house but I'd drive one town over Everytime in order to get the service they offer. this store offers a lot for a small town grocery store. Definitely don't miss Walmart.

love Allens. Great store with so much selection and love the local things like honey, salsa, produce. in summer they have pre-cooked ribs that is so easy to just put on the oven or be a main dish or even picnic. I also love that they still have someone thats take my groceries to my car. It sure takes the task of grocery shopping, an enjoyable experience.

All of the good reviews are right on the money!We moved to Bella Vista from Austin Texas a year ago and this has been our go to grocery store. Granted, I miss the mega grocery store HEB, but Allen's has a small town grocery store feel that can't be beat. Their friendly staff and uncrowded aisles are worth a trip just to :check them out".Unlike Walmart, where shelves are empty due to their on line pick up service which consists of pick up service employees blocking aisle with their carts and picking through all the items until the shelves are practically bare, Allen's has a great selection of hard to find items at reasonable prices.Granted, some items don't compare in cost vs Walmart, but we aren't talking outrageous prices like Harps. Several items are actually cheaper than Walmart and their specials displayed at the front when you walk in are unbeatable and worth the trip for those alone.For example, where can you get a full pound of GOOD bacon for 3.99? Only Allen's. Their vegetable and fruit section has FRESH vegetables, many from small area growers. This is one of the few places where I can find serrano peppers.If you can't find a particular item, they go out of their way to order it for you, or at least try to order it.Every employee I have dealt with here has been outstanding and very friendly.I love shopping at this store and encourage everyone to give this store a try and see what stress free grocery shopping feels like. I guarantee you won't be driving around the parking lot for 20 minutes trying to find a place to park.

Large selection of specialty dietary needs items, produce is good , meat is fantastic, and staff is super nice. Never a wait in line- as soon as another person gets in line they open another register, bag your items AND take it to your car and load for you. I am glad we still have an old school, local owned grocery like this in our area. I make it a point to run over at least once a week for the amazing manager specials they have up front. Lots of small local business love here. From the local honey, produce, baked goods, and snacks. Even a whole specialty freezer section up front. LOVE This place. My son loves the small batch bottled soda selection here too! Totally worth a stop. Much love for y'all. Keep it up.

Allen's Food Market is a godsend if you are like me, intolerant to dairy and miserable about missing out on so much good food. I go to Allen's specifically for all of their lactose free options, but I always end up finding other special items in the store, whether it is a great deal on snack foods or the bottle pop they have near checkout. The employees here are always super friendly and helpful. More than once they have offered to load my groceries into my car for me. I find their check out lines a tad confusing, but I am pretty sure that is on me and not on them. If you want a variety of foods because of food sensitivities like me, or just in the mood for fresher and healthier fare, than Allen's is the place to go. Oh, and they also have a delightful little card section in the back with the best variety of funny and sweet cards!

From out of town and I love small town grocery stores. Such a hidden gem! The staff is incredible and the acknowledgement over the loud speaker was very amusing. Let’s be honest who walks out with you and pushes your cart and unloads your groceries for you. Allen’s does!

We live in Bellevue, Nebraska. Our parents live in Bella Vista, and we visit them often. We usually make a stop at Allen's once or twice per trip. We are impressed with this store. It is clean, nicely stocked, and easy to get around in. Prices are good, with excellent meat and produce departments. Freshness standards are high and seem standard. Great specials as well, and a friendly staff. I have worked in the grocery business for over 24 years, but I am retired now, and I love this store. We definitely will be back.

This is one of the most pleasant grocery stores I've ever experienced. It feels like the workers are so genuine and are super helpful. It's one of the few places where I will speak up if I wasn't able to find something because they make an effort to see if they can get it! (Thank you for stocking pink peppercorns!).
