Be careful doing pickup. I keep getting items that are past expiration or a day or two from expiring. I did a pickup last week. Once we got 3 hours away we noticed the hamburger buns were molded.

Beware of using delivery times after 6pm. Pretty sad when you receive better service from the corporate customer service vs. store agents. Delivery driver unavailable for 8pm. Called me to reschedule. Asked for a time the next day. 6pm. Delivered them at 8am while I'm at work with refrigerated items sitting outside. Called to inquire about why it wasn't delivered at the scheduled time of 6pm. Asked if items could be re-delivered at that time. Stated they could do nothing. Call 1800 for refund. Refund issued and groceries picked up. You can get a driver to pick them up if they are refunded, but can't get them picked up to be redelivered at the time you requested I choose? Will be having my groceries delivered to my work place in Little Rock in future or picked up from Cabot supercenter. Store agents in pick-up need phone etiquette and training on follow through.

??? WHAT? Needed a car battery. Visited Walmart Beebe Arkansas store to purchase a car battery Sunday, January 21, 2024. Attending "acting manager" states she does NOT have the key to unlock the new battery storage cabinet. This is unsatisfactory. I have to go to work the next morning, Monday, with a dead battery and a car that won't start. WHY does this " manager?" not have access to Walmart battery products? EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED 😒

Its a Walmart. Doesn't have as much of a selection as the Cabot store. All in all not bad. My only complaint with all Walmarts is there are more staff shopping for pick up orders than there are customers. While they're shopping they're reluctant to assist you.

Wal-Mart has fallen out of favor with me, considering their customer service is practically non-existent. It's hard to find an associate to help you. You are often times almost run over from associates shopping for online customers. If they are in an aisle you need to shop they will not move and make you wait while they shop. They make it hard to check out and want customers to check themselves out and if you make an honest mistake (even though you are an untrained and unpaid cashier) you are subject to arrest for theft. Prices are through the roof. I could go on and on.

I drive 16 miles to come to this store because the employees are always helpful and very nice. The store is very clean and always well stocked. Thecresyrooms are always clean.

This must be the Beebe supercenter where I bought a pair of 👞 shoes and some other needed items. At my request I was checked out by an associate. She was polite and efficient. The store was not crowded and there were acres of parking available. The shelves were well stocked and I found everything that I needed. Great place to shop. 👌

Just hate going there. If you need any help, good luck finding someone. And they are usually so disrespectful. And the self check out are usually broke down. Walmart has no respect for the customer anymore. Mr. Walton would be mad.

If I had another store to go to, I would. CSMs are bad and always stop us to check our basket. If they don't trust us to self check, then get rid of them.Update: It seems that no matter what, even talking to corporate, this female wants to continue to harass me. I try to shop the neighborhood market, but there are some things they don't carry. We have to travel to the next town 20 minutes away to avoid that female.Downgraded to one star.

I like this Walmart because most of employees are very helpful and welcomed. Inside the store and shelves are always clean and tidy up. Very comfortable and happy to shopping here. I recommend this Walmart!

January 31st was charged twice for 12/200 fil $1.86 and I can't find anything I purchased with the UPC number. Beware of this, always watch the register for scams or thieves working small amounts as this. Most pissed. Had better luck this visit. Still watch every item scanned. 🤔 Don't shop here. 👎

It's a Walmart. They do ok with what they sell. If they don't have it, oh well. Want something special? Not the place. If you eat generic foods, they do ok.

I like using Beebe Walmart's pickup because they let you order later and pick up much later than Searcy's does.

We picked up cookies that had a coupon on them that offered $1.50 off if we bought a gallon of milk. Unfortunately, we did just that and Walmart refused to honor the coupon they so prominently displayed. They said it was out of date. They should have honored the coupon since they intentionally displayed the cookies in front of the milk to get people to buy that combination under false pretenses.

This is the local Walmart supercenter and easy to get to. This location has what we need most of the time. Have a hard time finding help because all the employees seem busy pulling to go orders or strung out in a dozen different places.This is still better than some of the other Walmart locations near my location. This is the Walmart I use the most.

Walmart is a terrible corporation unfortunately for some communities it is the only place to go. The majority of your employees should not be on government assistance. Pay them more!
