Took Jack same day I.called. I thought he'd be traumatized by being around so many dogs and strangers, he was just fine. He was clean. His coat shiny and his nails cut and buffed. He was rather handsome. Have already told some friends. The cost was extremely fair.

We took our airdale in Tuesday to be groomed told them to trim her cane back to pick her up and they had shaved her! She looked like she had the mange! They clearly do not know how to cut an airdale! Her hair was cut so short you could see her skin! She ended up with a bad case of razor burn and we had to take her to the vet today! Just want others to know how awful they did on our baby! The vet said it was a bad grooming!

Marley loves going to Ms Jennifer:s kennel. It has been the only place that we haven't had to drag our 130 lb lab. Great groomer as well

The facilities are clean and the animals seem happy enough but my baby came home with abrasions on her nose and a sore back leg that she was protecting. I will probably use them again and see how it goes.
