Local small hardware store. Easy to get in and get what you need. The service has always been polite and courteous. I would recommend for small projects or just a quick in and out service. Some of there brass individual wood screws are not worth it. The screws strip out way too easy.

What was the name of the broken AC. You can't condition the air if u don't know what brand, yr, model or if it is to be installed outside of the building if the AC could withstand the rain, the thunder, or any category of tornado, fire or vandalism. A window unit also works to cool the exact area needed. Guess would need a AC technician that's AC DC certified to get it done right. I'm only CCDC schooled so the only thing I can do is bring a captain save a h#@ from las vegas...lol well CCDC is Clark County Detention Center in Las Vegas, nv and that's where I came from so BB, AR u stuck with just me. Underoos included. Yipppeee.

Stopped at a competitor in town for some plumbing supplies not only was Ace Hardware cheaper but Stacy that works in this store was BEYOND helpful. At one point my husband didn’t know the name of what he was looking for so she had him describe it and she went right to it. Great shopping experience.

They have a lot of things that I have been wanting for me to get my tools stocked up again. I was there for a tail pipe nut for the drain pipe on a kitchen sink. I'm not leaving before I go look at the tools and stuff that I am hoping to be able to get one day.

Never have I been treated so rudely. I have bought a product from them several times before an when I asked if they had any I was told they never carried it. I explained in fact you have you actually recommended it to me, I was told no we never have, when I asked the young lady if she was calling me a liar she said well we never carried that. wow so I put down what I had in my hand and said guess I'll find another place to shop, she commented feel free to shop anywhere you like. Attitude, you bet, friendly place to shop nope, hardware down the road will suit me just fine. Guess they have more customers than they need.

I’m glad they are in my town when I need them. The staff isn’t as good as they once were. Nobody asks if you need help, they will just watch you wonder around. I was looking for a chain saw chain and ended up driving to cabot to another store.

Go here for all home improvements. They are helpful & outside the box thinkers to solve costly repairs for a minimal price. Love this place. Makes house, car, & other speciality keys. Sells, grills, yard tools, paint, hummingbird feeders w/ nectar, filters for vacuums, cleaning supplies, even some household items like trash bags, brooms, & mops. We go here before we go anywhere. Organized & clean always with great customer service & care.

They are quick to sell you their incomplete displays if they dont have what you are wanting. Purchased a Milwaukee drill only to get home and find out parts had been exchanged in a seemingly new product. In a world of con artists and hacks, you'd hope to at least be able to trust your local hardware store.

Impressive key service. I had broken my key to my 2012 Ford F-150 and if you've had that happen to you, you know it is a frustrating ordeal. Ace Hardware was able to program a new, replacement key for me and it works as good as new. I recommend them for your automotive key issues.

Had a particular hasp I needed when others did not. Place is clean and well stocked. Employees friendly and helpful. Prices are a tad higher than the big box stores. Closed Sunday.

Gentleman at the key station was super helpful, but the young lady at the counter was indifferent. That being said, they had what I needed when Home Depot, Lowe's, Tractor Supply and Wal-Mart did not. I needed a microwave fuse of 20 amp 250 volts, and could not find them in store anywhere. Way to go ACE!!
