I have taken my furbaby here since he was 8 weeks old. I had a check-up done, fixed & micro chipped. I really enjoy the service I receive here. And my furbaby loves to come in so he can sniff around and see what's going on.I love this place and strongly suggest them to anyone who's looking for a wide range of what they have available. I only wished they had more people (volunteers) so they don't have to be so short-handed and in a rush.

They don’t answer the phone AT ALL. I live almost an hour away and need my shot records for my dog who I got vaccinated there. I tried calling them MULTIPLE times to which they’d either let it ring or decline it, until ultimately they blocked my number. EXTREMELY unprofessional and zero care for customers. I do NOT recommend if you’re looking for customer care and professionalism.

You'll meet a kind and compassionate staff. We got our dog there, and return to get her annual shots, and heart and flea medication. They are more reasonably priced than going to the local vet for these needs. Zelda Riley

Staff was nice, helpful, and friendly. They treated us and our animals with respect. Prices are great! They are a great place to go if you need it done a little cheaper. They do a wonderful job at taking care of your animals.

Such a welcoming visit! The staff was so nice and answered all my questions about the vaccines for my dog .. with me being a first time puppy owner I wanted to make sure I’m doing everything right ! AlsoThere was no wait!! I highly recommend! 10/10 Thank you again!!

The woman at the front desk was SO rude, I adopted a puppy & the foster family made the appointment, I would’ve gone anywhere else. She spoke to me so rudely when I got there, they obviously don’t care about you or your pet & when I came to pick him up she spoke to me as if I was stupid because I was unaware they were cash only wanted to make a point by saying they let everyone to know that, although I didn’t make the appointment & didn’t give me my dog until I went to an ATM. I live 30 min away & drove around to find an atm. She also cut me off after asking me where I got my dog & said “I promise I don’t need to know” I’m sorry you asked? I will NEVER use their services again. I’d rather pay $400 for a more personal experience rather than $100 to have them treat you like they only care about quantity over quality.

They took care of my boy. Neuter,rabies shot, heartworm test,computer tracking chip hrtworm meds at a very reasonable price. About $100, saved me at least $300. The surgery healed perfectly with no complications. Their service allowed me to be a respnsible pet owner and have a healthy dog. Im thankful.

Most staff is friendly and caring. Good place to take pets. After my dog had surgery, I asked to buy a collar. The main lady told me "if you cannot lick your belly button neither can she" I debated that my Doxie, COULD lick her belly button. She argued. And I bought the collar. Guess who was licking her incision all the home until I got the collar on her. Thats right! The Doxie that JUST had surgery.. Im sure her job is very stressful.. BUT she could be nicer to the customers. Just a suggestion. And the rest of staff was great! Very caring and friendly

Affordable animal shots and reasonable. I take both of my fur babies here and the staff is real nice and actually act like they want to be there and don’t rush you. I’m happy me and the rest of my family take them here for annual shots even if I live in Sherwood. Every vet clinic wants to over charge you which is pathetic. Thank you so much for this place!!

They did a great job spaying/neutering our cats. I did not quite like the way that they handled my cat when transferring her between kennels, but I also understand that they are busy and must handle animals quickly. Overall, great service to taking care of animals! Keep up the good work!

These folks don’t get the credit due to them! They are amazing people! The staffing issues should NEVER be a concern for them! There are plenty of able body’s in the Saline County Jail!!! Our tax money supports those inmates… MAKE THEM PAY IT FORWARD SHERIFF!!! PUT OUR TAX MONEY TO GOOD USE AND GET THESE FOLKS SOME HELP!!! To many volunteer organizations are floundering because they have zero help! Give inmates something to do that is productive!

Went to a low cost shot clinic on Sunday. Excellent work getting people in and out in a snap. However, the Vet did seem to engage well about my pets health and not just rush us through.

Absolutely horrendous visit today trying to help the humane society and animals. We stopped by to drop off a large kennel and food that we had leftover from our Cavalier Spaniel that passed away before Christmas. Met at the door by a very rude white lady, dark hair and maybe 40ish. Very rude and condescending and because of this we will no longer support this organization. So sad, we were just trying to help.

Went to the shot clinic today. We were literally in and out. This is a very clean facility. The staff was wonderful and understanding. We will definitely go again. And we'll also be making a donation every time we can.

Pleasant informative caring staff. Truly a blessing to my family and fur babies (Oreo and Journey) I was welcomed in from the parking lot. Neuter and shot clinic were a God send during the season of Covid. Everything was explained to me in detail, no long wait. My dogs were cared for and loved on during their visit!! Thank you for all you do.

We had our dog fixed here. Surgery seemed to go well and it was a much cheaper option then a vet. They updated his shots and process was easy overall. Well worth coming to them for this. Otherwise have never adopted from here or had another interaction. They weren't very friendly with the animals at all but not mean either. Just busy which I understand they see a ton of pets. I'd bring another dog here again and thank you for having this option available for people!
