I’ve gone time after time to this location. Every time I go, I see dirty floors, almost tripping over trash and being visibly disgusted by the poor state of this establishment. However, what I can say is that lately I have noticed a great improvement.One notable experience is the employee Brayden, I was trying to buy some vitamins which are critical for me in my old age, normally this is incredibly stressfull, sometimes it brings me to the brink of tears. It made my day that when I accidentally spilt several items on the floor reaching for what I needed, the associate Brayden jumped into action to help me. I’ve never seen anyone at a retail business jump to help me like that. Thanks to that polite and gentle young man, and the excellent management that is training new employees, an experience that I normally stress about has finally improved. Not only was I helped, but the store was not left in the messy condition I’ve seen in the past, things at the Batesville Supercenter are changing for the better. And I couldn’t be happier.6 stars!!!

There was this one associate in the medicine, I think his name was braiden, I can’t remember well. Anyways. I needed to find ibuprofen, and I couldn’t find it, terrible navigation skills. Thanks to them, I found what I needed.

This store was in bad shape,The store I was in was in on that day is, or was the model store for the rest of the United States.The floors were dirty, and the employees were not helpful, most looked as though they hated their jobI wasn't greeted at the door, and as I left I was stopped by the receipt police.Do better.

I believe they could do much better keeping shelves from being empty. And service workers attitude was terrible. I showed rotten apples to a male worker in the produce area, "So?!" Not my area just set them on the floor, someone will get them" I set them on a corner of a pallet. I'm not impressed with the attitude there. I've decided I'll take problem items to customer service from now on and not deal with p.p.attitudes.

It's hard to find good parking or good employees to help you. I'll never do pickup there again since they messed mine up last time. The only reason I go here is when they have items I can't find elsewhere

My prescriptions were all messed up ,not because of Walmart. Grace took control of the situation and I left there at 703 pm with my medicine. Thanks Grace your awesome.

I'm being nice rating it a 2. It's always over crowded, the workers stalk you at the self checkout than harass you at the door wanting your receipt. Sadly I try to use the pick up option but usually 7 out of 10 times I have missing items. So overall it sucks.

My husband and I have been Walmart+ members for over 3 years now! We absolutely LOVE the FREE delivery, FREE shipping, and saving at least 10 cents of a gallon of gas! Everyone at Walmart is so kind. We always get a kind greater, and the employees go beyond to help their customers!

I rated to high. I avoid Batesville Walmart like the plague! My anxiety can't handle it. When it was 24 hours I could just go late at night. Now there are so many people in their over half don't speak English and 80 percent of everyone in the store are rude! Highly suggest a different solution if you need to visit this Walmart!

Batesville walmart is always low on stock or dont have the items needed. Their prices have also increased which i inderstand because of the economy. However i noticed they are charging more for some items and decreased the size of the products. I would advise going somewhere else to shop.

Every time I come to Wally World, the store is out of something I need. I ended up going to another Wally World somewhere else that is usually farther, but they have the items I need. I have learned to shop there only in emergency cases, which is not too often.

Store 0119. Their associate Walmart shoppers comes very close to run us over while we are shopping. I hate going to Walmart because of being afraid of being ran over my an employee.

This is the worst Walmart I have ever been too ! The shelves are always empty and they never have anything on my list . Now if I go to Searcy or Heber .Basically any other store besides Batesville or Newport will have everything I am looking for. Shame on you Batesville management for not doing a good job!

Not good. The automotive dept had my car on the rack for at least 3 hrs to put 4 tires on and finally after sitting there forever they came and told me they only had 3 of the tires I needed. I went to mt. Home to get 4 tires the next day ,was there when I was told to be only to be told they didn't have my tires when the day before they said they had them and they gave me a time to be there.So no tires then either.Then Saturday I sat n waited. for my car and automotive had put my keys in a bag instead of the pan where the keys are usually when there finished putting the tires I ordered on line on. All the while my car was outside ready. They saw me sitting there waiting and never told me . So yeah I'm not to happy with any of your Walmarts at the moment.

What used to be a great place to shop has turned out to be a headache for the last several years. You've got to check out your own carts, bag everything, and most of the time you can't find one open, or they don't take what you need to pay with. The self checkouts are not close at all to the right entrance door. Lots of extra walking! Forget about asking an associate for help. They will take off so fast, it will make your head spin. And they are always on their cell phones. I don't shop there unless I have to!

The situation with the self-checkout machines has become insufferable. While I understand theft is a problem, that is no excuse to treat honest customers like criminals. The other day I had about $200 worth of items, and the NEW machines kept having "scan errors" which requires an associate to come over, badge in and review overhead security footage to determine whether or not the customer is doing something illicit. Its ridiculous. Either they need to improve the self-checkout system, or remove it until they can.This is made worse when you consider that more often than not, Walmart doesn't even investigate the matters and has the customer arrested. A woman was recently arrested, falsely accused of theft. Walmarts lawyers harassed her to settle until the court date, which they didn't show up for. The judge dismissed the case. This is ridiculous.Sam Walton has to be rolling in his grave.

Go to self checkout and there is a camera watching you. 2 employees 1 at each end watching you. Then there was a guy at the entrance wanting to see your receipt. I don't like being called a theft. You need to make Hughes bags to put big items in. Will not go thru self checkout. Will make them work for there money.

I haven't been here in a while and they changed the layout of the store so, I was lost. There were plenty of checkouts open and the employee attending mine was pleasant. No complaints.
