This is a great Home Depot location. Love that we have it nearby for everything that pops up on projects. Shout out to Tricia in the paint Dept.. she is awesome with customer service and does a great job! She deserves a raise

Came in from out of town for the April 8th 2024 eclipse. We found a nice, quite corner in the back parking lot to setup some imaging equipment. The staff was all very polite, the store was very clean, we were lucky they were cool with us being there all morning and afternoon.So thank you all that were there, and if you unfortunately did not make it outside because of your job duties to look up, I will leave you with these two photos of my experience there.

Recently I took my Mother to get a new washer and dryer. She made the purchase and scheduled the delivery date. The associate that helped us assured us that they would hook it up. The day of the delivery, the guy refused to hook it up - even though we had purchased new hoses. Mom refused the order and asked that her account be credited. The next day, we went to Lowe’s in Mountain home and purchased our washer and dryer.

Customer service seems to be almost non existent. The people that are working here are trying but seem to not even have enough help. Products are constantly not in stock and no one seems to know why, or where anything is at.

Overall a fantastic experience and most everyone was helpful. Employees were mostly approachable and helped me get what i needed quickly. The first employee at self check out, however, Female on shorter side with glasses and short hair. Didnt care to catch her name. Was Not helpful in any way and only stood there shaking her head when I had an issue checking out. Because I already need you to make me feel more embarrassed than i do. The other girl with slightly colored hair (faded) and glasses was so kind and sweet and helped me get checked out quickly. Maybe a bad day. I dunno. Still 5 stars because everyone else outshined the dud.

I never get offered help here, and the employees always seem depressed. I don't know what's going on behind the scenes with management. There was an elderly gentleman near the appliance section doing personal shopping on the computer who seemed totally annoyed and put out that I would dare interrupt him so I could get a freezer from one of the upper shelves. The lady near self checkout seemed miserable and threw dirty looks at me while I tried to figure out how to use my veteran discount with the scanner (no offer of help). Now I go here (when I'm not near Mountain Home) with the mindset that I'm on my own. ⭐️⭐️because they usually have what I'm looking for.

Every time I come here, there are hardly any employees in sight who are ready to assist customers. Those you do end up finding don't put the effort into trying to help a customer find what they're looking for.

This review is specifically for the paint department. Tricia was so calm even though there was a line and she was doing the whole paint department by herself. She called for help multiple times but no one ever came to help. She was sweet and never lost her cool! I could tell she was very stressed but she didn't take it out on the customers! This girl deserves a bonus or something! The Behr paint is always great to work with! So glad they sell that brand.

Love this store!! Managers are very helpful and they have the best assortment of tools, plants, paint, grills.. everything you need in one place 👍 We also purchased our tank here for rainwater catch system.

Thanks to Bridget, Susan, Blake, Ashlyn, Tammy and all of the super helpful associates in the Batesville store. I'm doing a renovation, so I need just about everything. Whether it was paint, toilets, flooring or countertops, someone was right there ready to help. Thank you for being great at what you do.

Had a dilemma, needed some rock to finish a project and asked an employee near the appliances for help they didn’t know much about the garden section. They had another employee come and assist me and his name was Israel, boy oh boy was he funny as well as his attitude and demeanor was amazing! Also the manager Stacy I believe her name was, was very informative, friendly, and personable!

I hate coming to this store, there is never no one that is willing to help you out. I literally sat for an hour waiting to get help in ordering a window and nobody ever showed up. I eventually got tired of waiting and left.

I’m not sure why all the employees here are so angry and rude, but somebody in management really needs to start retraining. If you want to be treated like garbage or ignored for the entirety of your shopping experience, this is the place for you.

Looked up my item on their app before going to shop. Showed inventory, aisle and bin. Nothing correct. Then took 30 mins to get help and their inventory was incorrect. Wasted time.

In-store shopping, as well as, Online purchase and in-store pickup/ home delivery. They have some great prices, everything has been great great quality so far, though I don't shop here every week or anything. Employees were friendly and respectful, had no trouble pointing out where the pickup was located for me. I was actually asked if I needed assistance several times in the first two minutes of being in the store. No need to go looking for an employee, they are ready and waiting to assist the customers. They also offer set up and installation for certain purchases though there is a fee for them to do so I believe.

We shop there a lot! I love Home Depot! We have some rental property and order appliances and electrical, etc. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because you can hardly ever get any help there. I've seen other customers in store having a hard time finding what they need! The employees are always in the back corner of the store, hiding, and on their phones. I don't think management takes this seriously. It's a shame, because customers always need help. They would buy a lot more, if they could find what they needed!

I have found that generally everyone in this store is friendly and helpful. What I need is usually in stock. Sometimes, the store pickup option goes very slowly, but I usually do my own shopping, either in-store or online anyway. One time they really messed me up (like 2y ago) & I had to speak to the manager, who quickly settled everything and made it better than what I was supposed to get, going above and beyond.

It’s not too often that I have such a pleasant experience that I feel the need to give a google review, however after this late evening adventure to repair our hot water heater I was met with the best experience I’ve ever had within a hardware/home improvement store. From the moment I walked in and made my way to the plumbing isle I was met by a very kind older gentleman that guided me to every part I needed to fix my issue and even given advice that would help make this job quick and done right the first time (I feel like I should’ve payed him for his expertise because he was right about everything) and when I made my way to the counter the young lady behind the customer service desk was so sweet and professional that it just made for the best shopping experience a homeowner could have. I live between two Home Depot’s so it’s just as much of a journey to drive to one as it is the other but I will always come back to batesville simply for the workers and smooth experience I know I will have.

Shout out to Sierra Britten!! She is an outstanding appliance saleswoman! Most salesman don’t know their stuff but she knew literally everything about any appliance we asked about without looking it up. She was very passionate and nice with us each time we came in! Please give her a raise!

Probably the best Home Depot I’ve ever been to. Alfred in the paint section took the time to mix us up the most awesome colors. He was very patient, helpful, knowledgeable and funny too! The store is well laid out. Things are not too hard to find. Management is very nice and goes out of their way to help when an associate wasn’t able to locate what we were looking for. Plumbing selections are not as good as Tripp supply here in Batesville, but Home Depot is better in other departments.

Went to Home Depot today for some treated lumber and the lumber was in stock so that isn't my complaint. My complaint is that 3 employees watched me load over 60 boards and the guy next to me load 20 bags of quick create and never bothered to ask us if we needed some help. I think I'll go to Lowes for the rest of my lumber and supplies.

I'm completely gutting and remodeling a home and have a lot of questions. The employees at Lowe's in Searcy or any FL Davis haven't once acted put out by a request for help. With that, a very nice guy from the paint section has helped me in plumbing and electrical more than once.. gold star for him and basically only him.
