Says it is open, drove 15 miles out of my way specially for fish, and got all the way there and the place is not even open. I went on a Tues @1145am hours it's supposed to b open, and it's not. Disappointed

My boyfriend wanted to buy some companion fish to go with his betta so we went to complete pet about 3 weeks ago and now all three of his fish have what seems to be ich and it turns out the placo they sold us is going to be way too big for our 10 gallon tank. Wish I could give 0 star. Also the lady had us meet her at their house to pick up the fish and told us her house was too dirty to go inside and she would pick out the fish for us.

From other reviews I expected a million times worse. Yes it's a bit dirty but those birds throw stuff all day. Looks like they are doing with what they have and that's not a bad thing. The employees were extremely nice and helpful. If you are expecting a big pet store chain don't go here. Kinda like if you go to a country store and expect it to be like Walmart. Will go back!

Better than the review picks lead one to believe. Kind of small fish selection but did have a decent supply variety. Did have other animals for sale which I honestly didn't really look at. It does seem like a store that is trying to get better and I will be going.there again and will update accordingly

I moved to the area from seattle. Was so sad no stores had any aquarium supplies or fish, except a few half dead bettas at pet sense. This store made me so happy, they have an actual fish store with supplies and a man who knows his stuff. I will be back again and again. Thank you

I bought a hamster here. There are good things and bad things about this store. Let's start with the good. The animals are very friendly and mostly good pricing. The bad is it's nasty, the smell of dead animal rot is strong, and animals are not kept in good condition. Staff is about like anywhere else some good some ok. I went to another pet store before here and at that store it was supper clean, u couldnt touch the animals, animals where super skittish. I bought two guinea pigs that a impossible skittish and staff was rude and high priced. So I prefer friendly animals and decent price. So I would go back.

Ok I would give it a 4 and a half but I can’t, they had great fish!!! And everything I got was fine I got a filter a lid a heater and some fish 🐠 although the maintenance wasn’t the best the tanks weren’t as clean as I would have liked them to be and some cages weren’t very clean it was still great to bring them home and have no problems with them!! And the prices are great!! Everything is fairly cheap wayyyy cheaper then pet sense.

We bought a goat that was pregnant, took her to the vet in Mountain View. We found out she had a virus that was contagious to other goats and humans. She was also blind in one eye. I also had bought a Chihuahua from them and took her to the vet she is sick. She had to have All her teeth pulled and has congestion with a short time to live. One of our goats died that we purchased 1 week later. I won't purchase anything else from them. Chihuahua died on December 27. Really upsetting.

Have bought many fish here and always love seeing their selections. The fish I have gotten from them are happy and healthy and would never think of going anywhere else. Just a wonderful pet shop

Looks as though it could use some maintenance but decent stock of supplies and foods for lots of creatures. Some improvements since I was last there so hopefully keeps getting better.

Chuck and Ally are amazing and willing to help with any and all pet needs. If they don't have it just ask and it will be ordered. Dog grooming was fast, proficient and very affordable!

Wouldn’t even give this place 1 star, it’s honestly disgusting. I know that pets like the ones here are gross animals anyway, but this is actually sad. As soon as you walk in the door it smells so strong and gross it almost gags you, there was a dead hamster in a cage with bugs flying around it, all the animals had dirty water and a ton of poop in their cages, all the fish had water so dirty that it was literally brown and had stuff growing on the glass. There was a little pig walking around freely pooping all over the floor. None of the animals looked happy. It was sad. They need shut down.

Rude...There wad one new worker, she was trying her best. The regular worker, just walked off ... proceeded to go outside to smoke and sat on the gossipping and complaining. Will not be returning.

Abandoned puppies out back and some of them passed away from starvation. Others were luckily rescued in time.

The people are so nice I love ally and chuck is super nice he makes great deals but it is not there Daly that sometimes the animals are sick. But on the other hand I❤️❤️❤️ This place.

The place is disgusting. NO animal should be there. The cages were filthy. They had puppies outside soak & wet (it had just rained earlier that morning) with no food or water. The fish tanks were nasty.
