We have purchased two Snowy Pines White Labs within the past year and we could not be happier with our decision. From the first inquiry, talking with Gary about our lifestyle, the matching process, the excitement of watching our pups grow and progress through training, and finally bringing them home, every step was a wonderful experience. We brought home Aspen last February, and Breck in December when Aspen was about a year old. They are best friends already, but still very bonded with us. We got the beautiful, intelligent, sweet-natured cuddlers we wanted! They bring us so much joy! Thank you, Snowy Pines!

I have been looking at Snowy Pines and The English White Labs for a couple of years. Their reputation for breeding a high quality white lab is excellent and I can say they live up to that reputation. My story begins with me and the wife wanting to visit the kennels and check out their facilities and trainers first hand. Our plan was not to get a puppy until after I retire in two years however, when we got to Snowy Pines, Emma greeted us, gave us a tour of the facilities and then introduced us to Pink Star, a 6 month old female. We instantly fell in love and brought her home with us. Unfortunately I travel weekly due to my job and we struggled with getting her to adapt to our environment. We worked with Gary and ended up returning her to Snowy Pines. It was a heartbreaking moment for us but I will say it was best for Pink Star and her emotional well being. In two years or less, we will work with Gary and staff and get the right pairing. We are looking forward to that time and I will leave you with this, Gary and the staff at Snowy Pines are committed to making sure their labs are the right fit and we’re very accommodating to help us and to make sure Pink Stars best interests were first and foremost. I can’t praise the Snowy Pines staff enough. Definitely a five star facility.

I can’t say enough about Snowy Pines and how wonderful they are - and they sent us the most amazing, sweet and fun dog, our Luna. Luna is almost a year old and she’s exceeded all our expectations. She did the wagology program which was totally worth it, and came home to us with an already great start on her training. She also came home with a step by step guide from Snowy Pines on how to continue her training - it was super helpful. Luna is very obedient, great with our kids (and cats!) and the perfect addition to our family. Snowy Pines was super responsive and helpful throughout the entire process, I can’t say enough about them. If we ever get another dog it will absolutely be from Snowy Pines.

We love Snowy Pines White Labs they are the best!! From birth until our Bailey Girl was ready to come home they were there with us all the way sending us weekly updates and pictures always there for us with any questions. We love our sweet puppy!!🐾❤️🐶 We now have 2 Snowy Pines White Labs and we could not be happier. We highly recommend anyone that is looking for a polar/super white lab to consider Snowy Pines White Labs. Their experience in breeding and training their dogs is excellent. Not to mention the communication the entire process until our little baby came home was excellent too!! They responded to ever single email I sent with questions, there were several as well. They're extremely professional and send you home with great tools to continue with your puppies training foundation they started. Our little boy is perfect, he's very smart, super sweet and has a wonderful temperament!! If we ever consider getting another pup it will be from Snowy Pines.

We had the best experience with Snowy Pines. From the first email to pick up day, their communication was top notch! Our little lady, Snowy Pumpkin, is a sweet girl and was expertly trained. It's obvious that she was handled by staff from a few weeks old and was loved beyond measure. She truly is the ideal puppy (even with all the shark teeth!). I would highly recommend Snowy Pines to anyone looking for a beautiful Labrador Retriever to add to their family.

We have mixed feelings about Snowy Pines. Started planning for Luna about 6 months in advance. Communication between us and Snowy Pines was excellent and Gary was super attentive. However, when our puppy Luna finally arrived she was in subpar condition. She had a gash on her nose and appeared to have not been bathed. Luna also had a rash on her belly and her ears were full of debris. We did use our own transport, but purchased a carrier for $50.00 from Gary on top of purchase price so she would have her own kennel for transport. Transport took around 20 hrs. and her poor condition was noticeable at time of pick-up through photos sent by the transport service and were immediately observed upon her arrival. When she got here she was suffering from a severe urinary tract infection which was treated with 2, 10 day courses of antibiotics and we have since discovered fleas as well as worms. Luna is absolutely amazing and has a wonderful temperament, but from our experience was poorly cared for. She is well trained, but only works for food. I expected more from Snowy Pines! I will not be purchasing another puppy from Snowy Pines as was originally planned. Maybe our experience was just a fluke, but it was our experience. The picture below was taken at time of pick-up from Snowy Pines. Luna was also transported alone with no other dogs. Our transport driver was amazing and made the drive as fast as possible. I do not believe any of the issues that Luna has had were because of the driver or transport. The transport service was excellent and the time spent in transport was minimal. Some of the issues were observed before she was put into the transport vehicle. No records of any kind have been provided to prove that she was properly vaccinated or de-wormed accordingly. She was seen at a veterinary clinic prior to pick-up from Snowy Pines, but only for a physical checkup and nothing else. I am only posting this review so others can make an informed decision and DO NOT want compensation of any kind!!! My concern is only for Luna and other potential buyers. I hope this review helps ensure no one else receives their puppy in the same condition as we did.UPDATE: Luna is now 9 months old and we recently decided to register her with AKC, during this process we discovered Luna has unknown ancestry. Luna was $7500 and we believe we should have been made aware of this unknown ancestry at the time of the picking of our litter. We may have decided on a different litter if this information had been provided, but were unaware until speaking with AKC. AKC registration #'s that start with Q are conditional and have unknown ancestry in their lineage. This ancestry makes Luna's registration conditional and limits her participation in Conformation events and Field Trials. It is by AKC considered to be a downgraded registration. Yet another disappointment from Snowy Pines! She also came without a contract, and limited registration. A AKC limited registration dog cannot be entered into a breed competition in a licensed or member dog show. They are eligible for the following: Obedience, Rally, Agility, Tracking, Field Trials, Hunting Tests, Herding, Lure Coursing, Earthdog, Fast Cat, CAT, Scentwork, Junior Showmanship, Trick Dog and CGC. Luna is also limited by her conditional status, so make sure you do your research and I would definitely recommend a contract. I am positive for the price ($7500) you can find the same thing Snowy Pines is offering with full registration and no unknown ancestry/conditional registration. They will tell you they never offer full registration, but they easily could with a spay/neuter contract. I think the picture of her pick-up says a lot about her condition at the time, coupled with everything else, I would NEVER PURCHASE another dog from SHADY PINES!!!!!

I couldn’t recommend Snowy Pines enough! The entire process is very smooth and easy. As soon as the litter is born they keep you informed with weekly pictures and then they select your puppy according to your requests and needs. They absolutely nailed it with our Mango. I’ve had labs for over 30 years. After a week with my puppy, I can say she is the calmest and most beautiful lab ever!She has been a delight and so eager to please.My entire experience with Snowy Pines has been wonderful. They kept me up to date on how Aspen was doing in training and were very responsive to all my questions.Dogs like this do not happen by accident or luck of the draw. This is excellent breeding and love from each and every person involved with caring and training the puppies, dams, and sires. I don’t usually write reviews but I’m am obsessed with my English Cream golden retriever pup Loki! Gary has been a pleasure to do business with. Sydnet, his trainer is amazing as well. They are very knowledgeable and professional and after we received our baby last week, they have followed up with us twice and have answered any questions I have had and have given me valuable advice. My pup is the sweetest, most gentle and well trained baby I have ever had. I can’t believe he’s only 5 months old! We are in love.

I reached out to Snowy Pines well over a year ago. They were incredible in helping me understand about their breeding as well as the particulars of the breed. A Labrador is a BIG commitment and Snowy Pines makes sure that you are properly prepared to succeed as a parent to these magnificent Labs! Their training program is exceptional. They hand delivered our puppy to our door with a "Nanny" who flew with the puppy on the airplane to our home airport. She has been a dream come true and Snowy Pines made this possible! Their staff are the utmost professionals and they provide advice as often as needed even when our puppy has arrived and is settling in to her new home. We live in North Carolina but drove to Arkansas to pick up not one, but two puppies. Prior to Snow delivering these beautiful babies, Tom and Jessie answered every and all the questions that I had asked. We were not only excited to meet our little guys but excited to tour Snowy Pines facility. You can tell that all of their dogs are treated like family. The facility is very clean, safe, and the dogs's health is their top priority. We were sent home with a wealth of information as well as the opportunity to call upon Snowy Pines if we had any additional questions. Having two little puppies is very much like having toddlers with sharp teeth, but they are adorable. Tom at Snowy Pines has stayed in touch and continued to be very supportive with our new family members, Jo and Riley. We have been so happy with our puppy Stella. She is 4 months old and has adjusted very well to our family and our 1 year old Labrador retriever. Stella is stunningly beautiful, calm, smart, easy to train, social and as many people have pointed out well mannered at such a young age. Snowy Pines White Labs has provided an exceptional experience. They answered every question I have had in a timely manner. The selection method utilizing our responses was spot on! It was very fun and beneficial to view the puppy live videos and photos. We live in Wisconsin and as much as we wanted to see the Snowy Pines home in Arkansas it was much more time efficient and economical to utilize their nanny airline service instead of driving or flying 5 people. It worked out wonderfully and I knew when I saw her and met her Snowy Pines escort, Rodney, she was well taken care of. Stella is our first from Snowy Pines out of 4 Labrador retrievers from breeders over the past 30 years. I would be grateful to welcome another Snowy Pines dog into our home. I highly recommend Snowy Pines White Labs!

Our new puppy is wonderful! We’ve owned many dogs throughout our life, and have been skeptical of the training that many breeders offer (at a not insignificant expense), but we’ve been very happy with the training our puppy received. She basically arrived on our doorstep with “sit” and “stay” pre-installed, which established the basic syntax of the in-home training we provide. Her breed characteristics are on-point, and her personality is a solid match to what we requested. Snowy Pines has been a helpful and responsive partner throughout the transition to home, and we would recommend them highly to anyone looking for a wonderful lab.

Snowy Pines is a great facility we visited them in person thrice. We loved the layout, it was very open and vast for all the resident puppies/ dogs I am a believer that openness leads to creative/ confident puppies. The facility is well designed and puppies get great exposure to their would be home set up. Needless to say the hygiene overall is amazing. As visitor I had to always put on shoes cover to keep it germs free. The whole team at Snowy Pines is very helpful and passionate about raising and training the puppies. Our Sid is now 3 months old and for 3 week with us at home. We are loving his stay with us. Thank God he came prepared with basic skills trained at Snowy Pines, we are teaching him more and also learning from him :). We have just become so much more popular in our neighborhood. And then Snowy Pines team keeps on checking and give us guidance along the way. So I am extremely pleased with my experience and would recommend Snowy Pines to any new English White lab lovers.
