Have bought bad meat there before this time it was hamburger meat and I understand it happens from time to time at all stores I called and they said bring receipt my husband goes to bring the receipt and they said they can’t read the receipt they need the package so he made two trips to get back $12.00, the other time was chicken that was freezer burnt and it was so tough inedible.. won’t be shopping at harps anymore it would be nice because it’s close to home but with bad food/meat and bad service, no we will not!

It's always an enjoyable visit to this store. It's clean. Great variety of items. The staff is always pleasant & very helpful. They treat you like family & you never see an unfriendly face. Highly recommend. Their gas prices are often the lowest in the area.

Some employees aren't very friendly, especially first thing in the morning..I love going here because it is always the cheapest gas ⛽ in Southside

Overpriced and the teen employees are super rude always. Always check expiration dates here I have gotten lunch meat and hot dogs as well as miracle whip out of date here. Hate this is the only grocery store in Southside.

Constantly having problems here. Once upon a time it was a great store.Last time I was there I got a piece of meat that was rotten in the package. This time the cashier rang someone else's food up with mine then the CSM on duty could not figure out how to take the food that wasn't mine off. I gave up and just paid for the food and left.

Pricing shocked me meats, veggies and packaged meats were higher than walmart and Kroger.. Maybe I went at a bad time. I did buy 2 loaves of bread for 99cents each.. The employees were nice and very clean..I have to shop where I get good pricing..

Not that clean. Okay to grab a few items when you're in a hurry. A few organic items but not much. Things do not seem very fresh here. Teenagers stocking shelves will not move out of your way and are busy having their own personal conversations rather than helping customers. I felt like an intruder trying to get my food. Then their boss came and shouted orders at them with me right in the middle, like I was in his way too. Uncomfortable. Pointless member card because they don't even scan it unless you spend $50 in one shopping trip. I still don't get having a card system if that is all it is for. I only go here when I'm desperate because it is a bit closer than the Kroger or Walmart (which are both much nicer stores).

Love their small store, great produce and meat (though I tend to have difficulty getting chicken so I am assuming it's because it sales quickly 🙂). It's sort of out of my way but when I am on that end of town I do stop in.

I shop here weekly and it's always been a pleasant experience for me. A few long time employees always ask me if I'm finding what I'm looking for. The lady in produce, the gentleman in meat dept and checkout. All very kind.

Everyone is so helpful. I shop there exclusively. It is a privalige to have such a great store in our community. Love the gas cards too just one more helpful discount offered.

I love this store. Employees are always very friendly. They provide great customer service, and they always have a wonderful inventory selection to choose from. Definitely one of my favorite places to shop.

They don't carry OUI yogurt ! I drive 30 minutes every week to buy it. I would do my grocery shopping there but since they don't carry it, I don't! I shop at Kroger twice a week and spend around $80 for yogurt and snacks. I also buy my staples and food for a couple weeks there. For just me last month, I spent around $700. I also spent money on gas to drive into town. Please, start carrying OUI yogurt Harps!

Food is ok but if you have to use the rest room I would not even go in you know its bad when even a 3 year old says its bad and not clean and when told they dont have and TP and pee is all over the floor they dont care will not be back will go to mountin home for my stuff

Nice, clean smaller sized grocery. They have the basics. And some luxury items. Their own named brands Best Choice is highly visible in most categories. The fruit is very fresh. Their prices are higher than Walmart and Kroger, the meat and fruit is worth it, everything else check out Walmart. There is also a gas station. The prices are very good, lower than the name brand gas stations. The only place that might beat their price would be Walmart using their gift card for 3¢ off per gallon.

Good place to shop but I'm only giving 1 star because I'm an instacarter and I wish they had wifi for us to use because cell service is terrible.
