Not as clean as other dollar trees due to outdated and worn carpets and fixtures. Somewhat crowded on the shelves but that means more at reach. They try their best but the store needs an overhaul.

Lots of item selections but very disorganized. The lines can get very long and slow. The aisles are tight and many things are tossed back on the shelves in random locations. Staff is very friendly but they always seem understaffed. Clean up the store and add a couple more staff on hand so the lines are more reasonable. Waiting 20+ minutes to check out on more than one occasion.

Good selection of products. Staff aren't rude but there never seems to be enough of them so they're always rushed. Don't go at lunch the wait to check out is way too long.

Usually pretty good finds. Today was just walk in walk out, no long line, friendly staff & we were greeted coming & going out. Didn't find what I was looking for but still always stocked.

We all love Dollar Tree. It can be a little cluttered and they're usually short handed but they always help. The store needs a remodel. The stores in Mtn.View and Mtn Home are so much bigger,more modern. The one at West Plains is amazing. Just give the ol girl a chance. She's been around a lot longer than than the rest

Was in store today and cashier was so rude! Slamming my stuff around! Told my sister not to touch my merchandise on the counter. Then stormed off and said she wasnt doing my transaction. Then went to a different register and talked bad about my sister and i to other costomers while the manager checked us out.

One employee was very rude disrespectful he had no good customer service skills no knowledge of how to use a register and dosent listen when someone says something he really should have never got the job and should be fired

You never have to guess how much you are spending. Many items are far below the cost found elsewhere. Example: facial tissue at $1.00 while the exact same box is no less than $1.60 elsewhere.

I love the dollar tree I love working four them they are fair and they always try help you out win you need hours to support your famely my boss Kathy she always treats everyone the same no madder what I wish other company's was like this I will always try my best and work hard were I don't let no one done here

There was an entire shelf of molded crescent rolls. The staff are always nice but someone should pay closer attention to the food items.
