Now this Dollar store #765 has came a long ways since Jennifer and Alex started. Them two works hard to provide awesome customer service and clean store. Their always on top of making sure their employees are giving 💯 percent great customer service. They treat you like family, and always go above and beyond to help their employees and customers. Corapate needs to always give Jennifer and Alex the tools they need to keep the store up and going in a professional matter. Give them hour's for the employees, so Jennifer and Alex and constraint on managing duties. Cause they still do a great job, working with what corapate gives them to work with. Keep you head up employees and management, you're great job is regonized by you're loyal customers. God bless you all

Milk is sour every time I buy it I bought my kids there bagged pop corn tonight it was stale as all get out our all three bags were it’s the nacho cheese popcorn in case I want to get rid of that very disappointing cuz I let my kids down due to carelessness of money hungry employees

The lady who checked me out two days in a row was super good! She was both friendly and efficient. I got what I needed and was out fairly quick, both days their was only one person checking out customers. Downside, isles are super crowded and customers are practically on top of each other.

Store is very unorganized. Things scattered all over the place. Can't get to some of the isle because it's blocked by stock. Store is very filthy. Manager needs to be ashame of her self. She need to shut the store down and get it cleaned up. My family is gonna start going to the one on the East side. It's clean and organized.

Ok I’m going to be real with you in this. I’ve been with Dollar General for a year now and I’ve seen people in and out of this store for multiple reasons. We have been trying to get the store picked up and we have got it cleaned multiple times just for it too fall apart. Those saying that it’s understaffed that’s actually at this point in time not the truth. We are currently over staffed and they want us to hire three more people. But district doesn’t want us to go over the hours they give us. We can work until we’re blue in the face but there’s no communication in this store. When they fired Tia it took them almost four months to bring in a new manager and when they did he called out so many times that we were over worked and to the point we could barely focus. The one on the Ac not working that is not true. As of right now the one on West Side works but we don’t control the ac. Corporate does. I’m sorry to everyone that has had a bad experience in this store and I hope that the staff and I can help you in the future. Also if you have a problem with any of us please don’t be afraid to tell us because we will never find out if you don’t.

I only give this three stars for its convenience so that I don't have to go to Walmart. But half the time the air doesn't work and it is extremely hot in there. Some of the cashiers are not friendly, the newest ones are, I just hope they stay that way. It doesn't seem like this store can keep good help or isn't allowed to hire ENOUGH help. Some things are not priced correctly and it is often a big mess. I feel sorry for the people that work there.

Worst dollar General i have ever been to. The shevels are never stocked. The merchandise is just sitting on the carts waiting to be stocked. So unless you want to stock the shevels yourself or dig through the carts to find what you need don't go here.

Most filthy business in Batesville, inside & outside! However there has been new management here for about 3 weeks & (Hopefully) things will improve!!!!! I live next door and go across town to Pat's store which is ALWAYS clean & organized & the very Most awesome employees always willing to go out of there way to help.

Terrible service and very unprofessional staff. Store is very cluttered and items are scattered/stacked everywhere throughout the store. Very hard to maneuver in the store, much less shop. Cleanliness/tidiness is very lacking. The only plus to this store is the location. I love dollar general, but unfortunately I will go out of my way to avoid this store in the future.

Bought earbuds they didn't work. Bought 2 phones. They are nice but expensive by comparison to the ones at Walmart. The lady's behind the counter was rude and seemed put out to help me get the phones out that I chose. However the ladies who had the keys were kind and went to a great deal of time to help me get the ones my girls picked out when the first 2 keys they had didn't work. My overall experience was a mixed up good and bad.

This store don't even deserve 1 star. It is horrible and always has been. Well...one time they had a good manager and it wasn't so bad, but it stays cluttered, filthy, hot and you wait in line forever. Good thing we have others around town. Just hate it that this one is the closest for me. I go across town to the others

I love the prices and being that it is so close to home I shop here a lot. When it comes to customer service the employees lack the ability to help customers find what they are looking for, they almost always have to be found somewhere around the store for a customer to check out, and they are never friendly with their customers.

I went both on the 27th of January & the 28th of January, yesterday the 27th was not good for me, of course, I'm in a place that I'm not familiar with yet my drive time alone was almost 45 minutes, tonight at the most 5 minutes, BIG DIFFERENCE, THIS time I used Google, to get there & back, Yesterday, I only used it coming back, Today I used Google, there & back, that's a big Deal For Me (to use Google) for directions even though it made it so much simpler. I just don't like counting on G.P.S., they are not always correct.😁

Im on the fence about this store. Prices are great and employees are as well but the amount of stock in the isle is annoying. I was going to give 3 stars but the employees are trying to get it straight. It has been improving.

Can never get to the things i need because the aisles are blocked with pallets of stuff.Maybe they should hire someone specificity to come in and put things away instead of making the cashiers try to do it in between customers then maybe people could get to what they need

This place is horrible! The aisles were so crowded with unpacked merchandise I couldn't get through them...much less get a shopping cart through. I went across town to Family Dollar instead. I can't post this without giving a star..but it's not worth even the one. It really was that terrible today.
