Took my 11 year old rescue there for his first grooming and he did great! Even gave me advice for his ears that vets say he only needs antibiotics for(but none work). Definitely bringing my other animals here for grooming!

The guy sounded very nice on the phone. We made appointments for our furbabies, but when we got there we couldn't believe how disgusting the place looked even from the outside. Didn't even get the dogs out of the car. I walked up and opened the door and immediately knew I was not taking my furbaby in that place. It was so nasty and smelled awful. How do they even allow people to run a business in the condition that place was in?

Whatever you do please do not leave your fur baby here! We took our toy poodle there and waited over 2 hours for him to call. We sit in our vehicle just down the road from there and all of a sudden we saw him go speeding by. Tried to call him and the phone wouldn't work so we went there and he had a sign on the door saying he would be back. WTH??? He said his phone was out of minutes? He then charged us 60.00 before he would even go to the back and get her. I thought we was going to have to call the police to get her back! Please do not go there is all I can say!!!

This is not a Veterinarian's office, so don't bring in your situation sick animals here. What they do here is give various vaccinations for your cats and dogs. You can get single vaccines or just one. They offer different bundles of vaccines with a small discount, otherwise it's $20.00 per vaccine. I will continue to get my pets (1 dog, 3 cats at last count) at my Vets office so they get the once over before getting their injection. I have not been inside but will make it a point to do so and update my review.

Narrow isles throughout the store, filled with products so dusty I doubt it's ever been wiped off. Overpriced animals, some living in filthy cages. What is this smell of rot?Update- I definitely have the right location, you might want to look at your other reviews with very similar claims as well as the state of your location at the time of this review. From what I can tell it's gotten no better.

Dead fish that jumped out of open top tanks all around, lizard missing toes , told me Puffer fish was nice fish , they killed numerous fish in my community tank before I flushed them.I have not been back.

I would give negatives stars if possible. There were dead animals in cages, the store is filthy, the animals have EXTREMELY improper set ups and obviously a lack of basic care. This is either someone who is severely mentally ill running this shop or just plain greedy. They have obviously not read about ANY of the animals they’re offering for sale and would rather let them die than bother trying to learn anything. It’s a disgusting establishment and they need to be investigated thoroughly. They should change their name to Little Shop of Horrors!!!

THIS MAN IS ABUSING ANIMALS DO NOT TAJE YOUR DOG TO HIM!!! It took 5 hours to get my dog clipped. I went to pick him up he was hitting my dog because he wouldn't be still because HE WAS NOT DONE with him!!! I demanded my dog back he kept chopping his hair and wouldn't let me get my dog, I finally went back there and took him confronted him about hitting my dog he wouldn't talk to me!! I HAVE called police and am pressing charges!!!

I haven't been there in awhile, but that's most because they're NEVER open. Ridiculous hours and no voicemail.My grandma bought fish there and said they're fine.

This place is HORRENDOUS. Inside, outside....horrible. I would not suggest anyone buy animals from them or take their anywhere near this place. HUGE RED FLAGS. EWWW.
