We are so happy and excited to have an Aldi's here in Batesville . The store is set up very nice with the aisles roomy enough for 2 carts. The produce is fresh and the prices are great. We definitely will make this our grocery store. The employees were all very kind and helpful. Remember that you need to bring a quarter for your cart and your own bags. If you forget they have nice paper bags available for 12 cents and freezer bags for less than a dollar.

My family loves Aldi, and their brand of foods are amazing. I can go here and buy two or three times the amount of food compared to most stores. My kids have always preferred their brand and are so excited to have them more often since we don't have to drive so far out of the way anymore for our family favorites. The staff is super sweet and always willing to help. We LOVE LOVE LOVE this location so much!FIRST TIME ALDI SHOPPERS :Remember to bring a quarter for the cart.Remember to bring reusable shopping bags. If you need you can buy some or use boxes they have placed around the store in large containers.Since they don't have to pay for shopping bags or hire someone to get the carts, we get lower prices.

I have a 5lb therapy alert dog due to my heart, which I was carrying into aldis. Right inside the door, A male employee said we could not bring it in. My daughter told me to go outside with the dog and she would do shopping. I went to grab my purse and the employee started yelling about having an animal in the store. My daughter told him that it is registered alert dog, and he said he had a service dog and they are never registered. She told him that alert dogs are registered when they pass their training. He started yelling and shaking. My daughter told him we were not arguing and we taking the dog out. He continued yelling about him not arguing either. As we left the store 2 other customers left and said they will not be returning and that his aggressive shaking made them feel unsafe. We will not be returning either due to his aggression. I have contacted the police department and was told they have already had several complaints of aggression from this employee. Since I was unable to get his name, the employee was tall, thin, and had a nose piercing.

I’m so excited we have an Aldi! It’s got a super friendly staff, but the best is jasmine. She’s so sweet. Always well stocked, has a lot of options, and the workers are great. There is a lot of room in the aisles and a great selection of products especially produce and freezer items. Bags cost 12 cents, but I usually bring my own boxes. Easier to carry when I get to my house and eco friendly to reuse them. Much cheaper than Walmart and Kroger. Definitely a good asset to our area/ much needed.

They had a large selection of food items that were affordably priced. All of the meat looked really fresh! It was nice to see an Aldi store in Batesville now. Lots of great options from meats, cheeses, breads, produce, desserts, frozen food, decor, and more. The store is large with plenty of space to maneuver unlike some grocery stores in the area where aisles are too tightly compacted.

Love the fact that we have one in Batesville. It could be tidier, definitely needs that. Produce selection is good, although associates should cull more often, there are many produce items that should be removed. Selection store wide is decent . NEEDS more German products as yearly staples ( it is a Germam Store after all) Associates are always polite and bathrooms are clean

I always enjoy shopping at Aldis. Good quality store brand items. Occasional name brand items. Good selection in produce, meats and dairy. Bread and bakery goods are also awesome! Seasonal aisles are good to browse and find uncommon items not offered at other stores - or offered but Aldis has better price.

I am an older white male. I fought for my country. The freedoms I fought for are abused by people with no morals in our world today. I was raised in an America where the customer was always right. The customer was King. Some pink haired gauge eared tattooed pierced stock-boy at Aldi was completely disrespectful of me tonight in the store. He should be fired immediately. How this generation thinks they are so entitled is incredible to me. He would not even have been given an interview when I was his age. He threatened to call the police on me because I asked him to leave me alone while I was checking out by myself with no cashier. My big sin? I put down two bags of chips on the wrong side of the store. I guess he had to put up two additional bags of chips across the other side of the store that were more expensive than the ones I wanted to buy instead. Is that not what he is paid to do? Why should he mouth off at me and give me a hard time about it chasing me up to the cash register and threatening me assaulting me verbally in the store? The manager tried to calm him down, but did not really back me up. She was very young, it appears the store is not hiring the appropriate personnel to provide for the community in a way that is expected of a respectable store 🏬 n Batesville Arkansas. All it takes for evil to prevail is for good people to not stand up and speak and stand for what is right. Please be aware for yourselves while shopping at Aldi and support common American conservative values instead of mistreatment by over-entitled threatening employees at this store. If the police should be called out for anyone, it should be called on this store for its verbally abusive and verbally assaulting hourly employees. It’s management and employees should be held accountable for the mistreatment and verbal abuse of the public.

Always clean and friendly employees. Don't care for their fresh fruits. Just don't seem to stay fresh very long, especially the berries. And most of their frozen foods are for 2 people. Even when it's listed as 4 servings. But they are handy if you just need something then. And dont want the hassel of going to a bigger chain store.

I have been soooo excited about having an ALDI joining our Batesville community! Although I have never shopped with ALDI before, simply due to lack of opportunity, I have heard amazing things about the quality & price of their products. This store is laid out nicely. Ample space for consumers with shopping carts to move around each other. I was really stoked about having access to more plant-based options, and while I did find a few items from their Earth Grown brand, it did not quite live up to my anticipation... I was really hoping to find everything I wanted, plant-based, in order to be able to avoid our WM altogether. I will return to ALDI, when I have more time to really deep-dive browse the shelves. I can say that I think this market is a perfect quick-trip for a few necessities. It doesn't yet fit my needs for a whole grocery trip. The produce was beautiful & affordable. I don't eat meat, but the meat market appeared nicely arranged & of fresh quality. Their almond milk is less costly than any local competitor. I also found maple syrup for $5.99!... also cheaper than any other local competitor. There were several varieties of plant-based, dairy-free frozen sweet treats. Also found a soy burger & Italian non-meatballs for cheaper than any local competitor-- I will update on taste & quality, after I have had an opportunity to try them. The store was super tidy & clean. & our cashier was super-friendly, and that means sooo much to me. Will recommend to others & plan to revisit myself.

Hi. I love shopping at Aldi's the people are friendly and nice most of the prices are decent some a little high love the selection of cheeses your hot dogs are better than any other around unless you get the all beef hot dogs. God bless

We are so thrilled to have an Aldi's in the area! Their produce is fresh, they have a great selection on cheese and such and their meat prices are the best. The employees are happy and helpful and the store setup is great. Unlike Walmart, where 2 carts barely fit down an aisle, Aldi's is spacious and so nice. We definitely will be a frequent shopper and this is our new place to grab groceries 👍
