Employees are great, their going way beyond trying to get everything in order for their company and customers. I think it should be 10 star instead of 5. Hope the managers see this and give them a well done. I mean I need help with something and they helped me and got back to what they were assigned of doing. Great job employees please keep up the good work....

This location was very clean, lots of fall decor and trendy home decor. I was able to find what I needed very quickly even though this was my first time at this location. The cashier was very helpful to shoppers and was able to not only check out everyone quickly and efficiently, but also assist anyone needing help finding what they were looking for.

This store needs help. There's always freight all over the place. It looks like a bad garage sale most of the time. It needs to be closed, cleaned and reset. I'm sure the employees are overwhelmed with the store. The male store manager was rude and had employees working off the clock. I hope the new store manager is doing better than that.

This dollar store never has anything like AA batteries, pullups, some drinks or dog food (our brand) even though there's a section for all. Not to mention no bags each Sunday when I come to get 28 types of bread for family cookouts. And the workers.... NEVER, EVER friendly & half of the time you can't find them when you need assistance. The store is filthy, boxes have been behind register area for over 2 months now-- in the way if you need anything on that side wall. And the outside has trash and clothes sprung out all over the front of the store for the last 5 days. Keep hoping to come in and it be completely changed but hasn't happened yet. I hate that we're going to have to start driving into Ft Smith (I know it's not far, that's not the point) just to be satisfied. Ridiculous!!

Store manager is always working so hard to keep the store in order and organized, as for most of the other workers they all are lazy and start a lot of drama and will talk so bad about people to their faces. Definitely not how an assistant store manager should act at all.

Its ok, but there are a couple of issues there that needs to be fixed like they very seldom have stock. Every time we go in to get cat food or a few groceries the stock is very limited. The staff is friendly but can be offensive to some easily offended people. But overall a good place to shop.

Small town store, super friendly staff. When I walked in I was met at the door welcoming me in to shop and asked if I needed anything just to let them know. After showing me to the product I was looking to picked out my items and headed to the register where there was only one customer In front of me, but a different associate saw me and opened a register just for me. The customer service was out of this world, I strongly recommend shopping at this local store.

It's a very small store and always has a line to checkout and no self checkout option. I don't necessarily think dollar general is at fault with anything other than building a small store.

This store is always out of simple things, like diarrhea medicine. I'll stop by there every day for a week and it will still not have any. I quit going there because of the lack on stock. I now drove out of my way by a few miles to the Dollar General off of 71. They have EVERYTHING that the other store refuses to restock

Understaffed. One young girl trying to run the entire store by herself and checkout customers. I know the corporate executives are trying to lower labor costs but they are losing more money than they save.

This location always has the friendliest employees. They greet every customer with a smile and are always willing to help with any problem. The store always looks neat and tidy.

Horribly run store. Management doesn't respond to issues. All the good employees were run off. System rarely works right for dg coupons and management could care less, no offer of any kind of resolution. Store always cluttered too. Oh and GM for this area coukd care less too. Dont waste your time. Take the ad to walmart and price match. Or go to Family Dollar, new one just built in Fort Smith.

. The older woman are rude and cranky, And they are there most of the time. store is way to pack with stuff, is hard to move around. Parking lot is hard to get in and out of.

Dollar General is a more general idea of what you could live on. Dollar Tree is good for snacks and/or a short pitstop.
