It's a drive-in where you can park your car, roll down the window, place your order, and have it brought to you while sitting in your own car. So the atmosphere is of your own making. The car hops don't wear roller skates, but it is a bit of a throwback to days gone by. (Think Happy Days), but there is no inside dining, so there is no table service. The food is not something I would recommend, but it fills the void, and it is ok for fast food. As with everything else, it has gotten expensive. I'm sorry to say their menu is nothing to write home about, but when you need a chili dog and some fries, it us a viable stop. Try the iced "aides" as they are tasty and cold on a hot day. I may not go often, but I will be back.

Been here a few times. It's just blah. Never know what you'll get- undercooked old tots, small blast = a different size each time = overloaded with candies or barely a speinkle on top. A burger that's so salty and bitter you don't want it, or sometimes it's ok. Never great, but sometimes ok. I feel if it was managed well you would know what to expect everytime. 2 stars because employees are always pleasant.

Excellent customer service. We were passing through on our way to a wedding and had a large family order. A couple of things were missing on our order so we let them know. The manager came out to confirm the order and we realized it was our mistake we made when placing the mobile order. Even though it was our error she insisted on giving us those items at no charge. Of course we tipped a little extra to make up for it but the customer service there was exceptional. I am through there on business quite often and will make a point to visit when I can.

Failure in the kitchen today. They forgot to bag part of my order, didn't put any syrup or icing in the bag for the French toast and cinnasnacks, and then the ice coffee didn't have hardly any cold brew concentrate but it did have this giant ball of ice from the bottom of the ice machine in it.... This whole experience was very frustrating. The car hop was sweet and helped as much as she could. I told her not to share the tip I gave her with the rest of the kitchen staff.

I ordered a BBQ Pork Cheeseburger at the Sonic on Beebe - Capps n got all the way home to have just a BBQ sandwich. There was no cheese burger on it at all. Then last night I tried the Sonic in Bald Knob to order the BBQ Pork Cheeseburger. Then this time I got a cheeseburger with no pork on it. So y'all really screwed everyone up by adding BBQ to your menu. By that's ok I promise you I will not be ordering that again. It's too complicated for young people w small minds.

The food was ok, I've had better food at different locations. They were busy & I was hopeful it was because it was so good, but it was because the extended ordering booths were not in operation, only the main building was taking orders. They were also out of a couple of things that I had ordered on the app, so I had to substitute when I got there. The service & the car hop were very friendly & apologetic & willing to help fix the issue. I'd still recommend just wish my food would've been better, but it was still good.Parking: They had one side of the parking closed and was only taking orders from the main building, the extended parking booths were not in operation.Kid-friendliness: Kids menu

Great people , food always good.Nastiest shake on the planet though , I just got a large shake and it's so disgusting ruined my mood . If I order a shake I expect it to be cold at least .what a waist of money , things got to be over $6 this days .

The food tast great, never anything weird in the food but rarely get the orders right. I have ate here one or two years apart but the service is the same. Keep the orders simple.Parking: They have parking all around the parking lot.

Always disappointed in this location, and sadly it is the closest to my home. Every single time I come here my order is messed up whether it be they forgot something or didn’t make my order correctly.Today I made an online order and once again, not correct. I ordered the online special, grilled cheese double burger +add bacon with small fries and a water +add cranberry and lemon. My burger came overflowing with onions and no bacon, my fries were cold (tasted like they were hours old) and my WATER tasted so sour like they dumped the whole cranberry flavor in. I told the carhop about my order and asked it be remade, the only thing she brings out is a container of bacon so hard and crunchy I thought I was going to break a tooth. Can sonic hire managers that care? Disappointed and ashamed that I ordered.

Service was fast. Maybe too fast. Fries weren't really warm and each of the two we ordered was only half full. Asked the hop to bring more out. She only brought one small to make up for the missing medium. The single burger wasn't even warm. Double was just barely warm enough. Card reader would not work. Was told hop could run it. She couldn't. But did try to just walk off with my card without saying anything. Otherwise, shakes were great.

When in the Bald Knob area I always try to visit this Sonic. Great food and service. Just wish their drink prices were more competitive.

I have a love hate relationship with this place. Sometimes the burgers are fresh and hot. Sometimes I can tell they've been overcooked. Sometimes my fries are full, other times they're only half full. All of the time they get the order right, but on a big order I was shorted a milkshake. It's not so bad I won't go here, always just random understandable mistakes.

Worst sonic I’ve been to. Why have a supersonic burrito on the menu if it’s never made right? I push the button and tell the carhop my burrito is made wrong and she brings me another burrito but smaller and STILL NOT WHAT I ORDERED. Every time I come here I order the same thing, please get this RIGHT.

Went toge one in Ash Flat. This particular day, the service was bad. We used the drive thru, we saw our kid's root beer floats just sitting in the counter for 10 MINUTES while the cook was till preparing our burgers. When I told the young lady my ice cream on floats had melted, all she said was sorry & went back in.
