I like this store. Lori, the GM at this store is the best person who loves being available for many families thru each holiday... Also, I want to give props to the DG associates. Even though Lori can and has managed the store alone and continued to do all the duties as an associate and key holder. Its operations are best with her staff present. Everyone is always present-hearted and blissfully minded being at work when many people would prefer to be at home, warming up to celebrate The Birth of Jesus Christ and for many 2nd b-days of the year exchanging gifts. Still, You are there with a great attitude. I say Thank You to all for allowing me to know, while I want snacks from the store I didn't have to get out of my comfy bed to rush to the store. Heck DG is open when Wally World is closed, with MOST NOT ALL associates anyway who seemingly dislike being at work even on payday(Lol)... Thank You, DG in Bald Knob, Ark again and again. I love this store and the people that work here. It's just always crowded with stock in the isles. That's the only problem I have over all a great little store.

The staff is always helpful. For the most part you can get what you expect to find at a decent price. The location is clean and the bathroom is not rude to your senses. Kid friendly and family oriented.

Very nice employees, always willing to help. Manager is extra hard working and runs a tight ship. A little cluttered, but that's due to the very high volume of business! :)

Amazing staff normally very clean has problems being able to keep frozen foods an meets stocked bathroom needs some serious remodeling cause there isn't enough cleaning that can make it look pretty them girls do the best they can

Had 10 people in line one person at the register waited over 10 mins to be next in line and the cashier walked away from the register. I walked out this is ridiculous there were only 3 people in front of me and I waited over 10 mins. People were backed up and wrapped around an isle.

The employees are very friendly and helpful. A large variety of products to choose from. The store was clean. I prefer the store in Bald Knob over the other towns.

They didn't have any cat litter boxes. They didn't hardly have any cat toys. They had more dog toys than anything.

The one in Bald Knob is always slightly messy but they have a very small crew. The one in Velvet Ridge is awesome in every way

Honestly kind of over priced items, even with the convenience part of the store. Personally if you have a vehicle and won't miss their store brand items, I would go to dollar tree or Wal-Mart

Can't get anybody to run the cash register. Also the manager is ALWAYS in her truck. Which is also in a prime parking location. Rather drive to any other store.

Over crammed, small isles and stuff always sitting around and staff is not friendly, manager makes her own sales dates that don't match flyers and then key holder will argue with you about items posted on sale that they claim they run sales 2 days off of flyer's...
