A good place to buy your adult beverages. Pretty good selection of wines and distilled spirits, decent beer selection if you drink macro brews. If you like good micro brews, this place is not going to please you.

Good selections. Employees are usually friendly. Prices are about ten-percent higher here, since they are the only game in town for liquor.The parking lot is a mess. I've had two hip operations. I don't yet use a disabled space, but I'm not too confident on uneven terrain. Much of the lot is a major pothole minefield for us mobility-impaired folks.And then...The other day I bought some beer and liquor. I thought I'd get a can of Mountain Dew to sip on the way home. No, I wasn't going to mix a drink with it. I just needed the caffeine.The individual that owns this place is charging 2.25 for a twelve ounce can of soda. Hey, charge a buck. Charge 1.25. I don't mind paying a bit for convenience. But when you are charging more than twice what a convenience store would charge, you are sending a pretty clear message: I'm A Real Jerk Who Has No Appreciation For My Customers.I come here because I enjoy the drive more than taking the Interstate the opposite direction. But when I go to Ace Liquor near Jacksonville, the prices are lower and the owner is usually greeting customers in person and asking how their visit was.And if you are thirsty and want a Coke, it's about half price.I'll be spending my money there.

This place has a very impressive selection with very reasonable prices- especially considering it's right on the edge of dry counties. The wine selection is well organized and they have a wonderful variety of local and regional wines.They have a good selection of liquors as well- including some bourbons and whiskey options I'd never seen before.A good 3rd of the store is beer options and they have cold cases for beer, wine, and coolers.

NOT RECOMMENDED THIEVES! Grabbed two 6ers @ 6.99$ posted! was charged 7.99$ and dude pretended that he had no idea how to refund! Was force to buy something I no longer wanted! Due to the false advertisement and theft in the eyes of the law! Bad business all around!

I worked in the town for 4 months and also rented from the company. The staff are very friendly and helpful. And for a local beverage supply in a small town, they have a very impressive beer, liquor, and wine selection (well over 200 wines) that rivals some of the larger chains where I live near Columbia, SC.

We had to wait for about 15 minutes before we could ever get anybody to even pay attention to his it took about that long or so more to get our order the order came out pretty quick but we stood there and waited and waited and there was people walking everywhere they were doing their job very very slow for a fast food restaurant

Great selection, decent prices ( a little more than products at Ace Liquor in Cabot) but both are the same distance from Searcy but ACE is definitely cheaper and has a lot more selection

Huge selection and moderate prices. Not as good as Jacksonville but it was definitely okay. I would definitely shop here again. They have a huge variety of all kinds of different alcohol and drinks. A huge selection of beer. Definitely a good store.

It's the only place for miles. Literally. It's the first outpost of spirits. In a series of consecutive dry counties. As a patron, I am so glad to get there that the "step back", approach to customer service is a moot point. They are courteous, as knowledgeable as the computer and POS allows, yet I don't care! It's a liquor, wine , beer, and spirits oasis. Now I have to drive an hour to get back into the bible bent highways of rural Arkansas. See you next time Porter's. Thanks for staying open and not price gouging... too hard. 😉🖖

Well, photo is sorta misleading about the interior's decor. This is a liquor store on steroids in a warehouse. Love it! Very friendly, decent wine choices (better than most), an amazing array of drink mixes, flavored liquor, even some unexpected top drawer liquor too. A huge walk-in cooler and very friendly and helpful staff.

They have a good selection of spirits, wine, and beer. In fact, the selection is really good.Price is a tad high. They are the only game in town, and they price accordingly.They do try to gouge a little, as well. Instead of stocking standard club soda or tonic at a modest mark-up, they now only offer the boutique versions. Hey, just sell some Canada Dry! I don't care if it costs a buck more than Wal-Mart. But I'm not paying seven dollars to buy a tiny amount of mixer.And..this one is just weird. No one ever greets you. No, "How are you? What's up? " Nothing.They seem only to know how to tell you the total off the register. Then they say, "There ya go."I buy here because it's closest to me. But I've started buying in when I'm on Jacksonville so I can avoid trips to this place.It's really a shame. Used to be a nice place, but they've come to take their customers for granted.
