I visited Sonic Drive-In recently and unfortunately half the stalls were out of order. There was no drive thru option either. The food was decent, but the tots were not hot. I also came here 20 minutes before closing, so maybe it would be a better experience during the day.

This was by far the worst Sonic I have ever eaten at. The chicken was so dry and old from sitting in a bin. I thought it was supposed to be fresh? The only thing that was fresh was my soda and there wouldn't have been any other option for that. The tater tots weren't even cooked all the way I had to put them in my air fryer. I will never be back.

My recent visit to sonic was a disappointing affair, marred by a cascade of issues that culminated in a regrettable experience. The troubles began with sluggish service, as it took an exorbitant amount of time for the waitstaff to attend to our table. This initial frustration only intensified when our orders arrived, and to our dismay, they were completely incorrect. It seemed as though the kitchen had disregarded our preferences entirely.To compound matters, the quality of the food was subpar, lacking the flavors and freshness one would expect from a dining establishment. The lackluster presentation further accentuated the overall disappointment. The ambiance, which could have served as a redeeming factor, was overshadowed by the prevailing sense of dissatisfaction.Attempting to address these concerns with the staff proved to be another challenge, as they appeared indifferent to our grievances. The absence of any genuine effort to rectify the situation left an indelible mark on the overall experience. Sadly, what was meant to be a pleasurable dining outing turned into a regrettable affair, casting a shadow on the restaurant's reputation in my eyes. This experience serves as a poignant reminder of the critical role attentive service and culinary excellence play in fostering customer satisfaction and loyalty.

The tots and fries were so salty I couldn’t even eat them and the corn dogs were cooked way too long!! What is going on?? I’d rather just drive to the one in Pottsville than come to this one again!! Y’all should just go ahead and close!

Great sonic!!!! Food was fresh and very fast!! Staff is very friendly and welcoming. Very well ran. Food was delicious. I love the ultimate meat and cheese burrito!!!!! Highly recommend this location. One of the best!!! Keep it up guys!!!

Arrived at this sonic at about 2:50 pm on 7/13/23. Pulled in a stall and pressed the button, and waited on the person to take our order. They answered, and I told them a number one. They then replied with, " You said a sweet tea?" I then replied back no a number one. I then sat there in silence for a few seconds, and then they replied back, "What was that?"I then said a number one again. Then, it was silence for about 30 seconds. By this time, I figured they had just given up. I was just fixing to leave. Someone else got on the speaker and said, "Sorry about that. What would you like?" I then again said a number one, and yet again, they said,"What was that?" I then replied, practically yelling at the speaker." If yall can't hear me, why can't you come out here?" Apparently, they heard that because they rudely said,"They are not allowed to go outside because if they did that, they would have to do it for everyone." I then just drove off. You know it's kind of odd that you can't come out to take an order when your speaker is not working correctly, but you can come out to deliver food. This is just an excellent example of poor customer service. If they think little of their customers, I could just imagine how well they are preparing food. I will not be back at this location.

Here for the $1.99 shakes and they say No Ice cream sorry. But the car next to us had 4 not 1 not 2 not 3 but 4 shakes delivered to their car about 10 minutes after we tried to order. NICE SONIC

Service was quick. Cheeseburgers were well cooked fresh veggies. Order came out with all that was suppose to be in it nothing missing. Prices on the high side better deals elsewhere if money conscious....

Went Sonic sit for 12 to 15 minutes, no service so I decided to call. The lady on the other end told me that she assumed I was ordering ice cream and the machine was broke. Don't assume and answer the button so the customers can decide if they are willing to wait. Their service sucks, and their management sucks.

Stopped with a group of 8, had trailers on our trucks so we parked and walked to the table section, it was busy but we stood at the screen for over 30 minutes waiting to order our food, finally we searched for another place open to eat and drove into a completely different town and out of our way to eat somewhere else. I understand waiting for our food but waiting that long to order is unacceptable. If I could have scored it zero stars I would’ve.

In the last year all but a handful of times the staff has been rude. Last week my wife waited 30 minutes to place an order and went to multiple stales just to make sure that they were operational. Atkins would be better off if this would sell to someone that would run it correctly.

Just got Blasts. They're mediums are huge! I think they need to change their pay system. I stuck my card in the card reader and it didn't acknowledge it or display anything so I thought I had inserted it wrong. I took it out to turn it around and just as I was gonna put it back in it flashes on the screen that it was paid. I liked how fast it was, however, it never allows you to give the young girl a tip. We only had $1.00 cash with us so we gave her that but she's missing out on lots of money. That's sad. Get with the times Sonic!!! Hopefully, she's getting a decent hourly wage.

I really don't like Sonic food, but this Sonic had exceptional service. My wife had called in some food and forgot to get it on her way to work. I swung by an hour later to get it for her. Because it was old by then they had thrown it away, but they made a new fresh order with no questions. And the new order was done super fast.

As far as food goes it was good, much better then it used to be. Too highly priced but I'm pretty sure that's par the course anymore. The issue was we were the only other car on the lot, the order screen had one order on it and the girl up front waited until she had clocked it off and went to the back for something before she ever took our order. Half the ppl I grew up with have worked there, it's a small town, and Sonic used to be fast and great food 20 years ago. But if there's one thing I do know if you have one order on screen at 8pm then you take the other order while getting the order you're working on ready to go out. That's why you have a headset on. If we hadn't been in a hurry I wouldn't be a griping. If you want fast, Atkins AR Sonic ain't it, chief.

Only giving you 2 for the speediness of which y'all got my massive order out, I understand y'all get busy but, my super sonic bacon double cheeseburger, had no bacon. We were missing an order of cheese sticks, literally all of our fries were cold. And my country fried steak sandwich was ancient. That was the saddest order I have ever gotten from y'all. It was pitiful. Only giving y'all 1 chance after that. Next time y'all will lose customers.

Best Sonic in Pope or Yell county. Food is good. Service fast. There was one time I couldn't order anything because they were having "computer issues", but every other time I stopped I haven't had any problem getting everything I have ordered, but I have had friends not recieve somethings on the menu that they requested because they were "out". The carhops are friendly.

Had a Sonic burger with fries and medium Coke. Food arrived exactly as ordered. The carhop was friendly and courteous when delivering my order. The burger was good but the fries had a funny taste and was warm not freshly made. I had no time to ask for fresh fries because I had to get back to work. All in all it was good. If not for the fries there would have been 5 stars.

Usually just get the hot fudge Sunday, but the burger are awesome. Staff was a little off today, but that's fine, we all have those days. Service is always quick and the food is good.
