I love the staff and everything about this place, but every day, it’s always something with their card machines. Either having to wait 10 minutes bc it’s frozen up or even more recently, freezing up at the pump and putting holds on 3 of my cards before it finally took. Now I’m sitting here waiting to be credited $150 from the other two that froze at the pump. This has been a problem for at least 3 years and only recently started to get gas here again beuxase my bank offers cash back rewards here. I see why now.

16 gas pumps up to 10% ethanol. Would like to see Tap and Pay at the pump. Bathrooms weren’t amazing clean BUT they had what a lot of other gas stations don’t: a way to get out of the bathroom without touching everything after washing hands. Paper towels were stocked so that faucet could be turned off and door opened. I really appreciate Casey’s putting thought into the bathroom. Thanks for keeping things sanitary, Casey’s. 👍🏼

As a truck driver, when business' make things easier for us, as far as ordering, variety, and parking, I gotta give a big thank you!!! Casey's is one of those great stores where I can order my dinner, some grocery items and by the time I'm pulling into their parking lot or side street next to store, my order is bagged, tagged and ready to rock!!! Love it!!!

Stopped in for fuel while driving through the area and it went great. My husband used the facilities and had no complaint. The pumps were well lit at night and worked perfectly and gave a receipt! We love the price of fuel at Casey's and have never had a problem with the fuel quality. We will stop in again when driving through the area!

I liked the place when it first opened. I really liked how they had air on tap for your vehicle if needed. No charge…BUT NOW THEY CHARGE FOR AIR! Ruined my trust in this place.

I decided to stop here because I have great Casey's back home. I stopped here to take care of some bathroom business and had to clean of dried on diarrhea and they had no toilet seat covers so I had to cover the seat with 5 pounds of tp. If it was still fresh and easy to clean off I would understand they didn't have time to check the bathrooms and clean but this was seriously dried on and I had to scrub with paper towels and soap. Completely disgraceful.

No matter how well stocked a store is, the average person wants to be appreciated when they spend their money. I left Casey's with fresh donuts and coffee and the pleasure of making new acquaintances. Great store on all levels!

My son left my wallet at Casey’s yesterday. We realized it the next day and called. The manager had taken care of it overnight. Everything was there, including cash. I am so thankful! It is so refreshing when people do the right thing. Thank you Casey’s!! We will be stopping by again.

Nasty bathroom worst urine soaked and stained bathroom I've ever used at any caseys in the United States it smelled so bad I had to hold my breath until washing my hands in the sink area. Awful 😞

I love the pizza and subs but feel ripped off when buying gas and find out it's 20 cents a gallon cheaper in next towns 13 miles away east or west on I-40 . price gouging on gas is a frequent occurrence at this location . Casey's points don't mean much at this difference of price ,so guess I will buy gas elsewhere from now on.

We travel the whole state of Arkansas and normally love Casey's.......but this one in Atkins is the nastiest place and bathrooms are the worst ever. The first time we stopped there I just thought it was strange but the 4 times after that, still the worst. Done with that one. Not going back.

I buy fuel at Casey’s probably 48 weeks out of the year. Love the brand but this particular location absolutely failed my expectations. The men’s bathroom was in terrible disarray, trash and urine everywhere I’m extremely disappointed

Got off interstate went to restroom, as I was washing my hands a lady leaves the stall and walks out. Goes behind the counter where the resturant is. Didn't even wash her hands before leaving the restroom. Decided very quickly I wasn't even that hungry. Nasty!!!!! Then mean mugs me as I'm walking around the convenient store. She knew she was nasty!

Pizza is so greasy. And okay we called to make a pick up and I ordered a sub right. She never once asked if I wanted it toasted and just told us the time it would be ready and then just hung up? That is horrible costomer service the lady walks with a wobble and she is a huge smartass to alot of her costomers I noticed. Will not be ordering food from here ever again.

Never any paper in fuel pumps for receipts,, always something not working ,, either price sign or card readers or always fuel pumps,not all of them working,,not very clean out side either,

Stopped for gas and coffee in early am, old coffee, and was almost completely out charged full price for cup refill, guy at register was more worried about socializing with girl working in the kitchen outside smoking than taking care of customers. Only reason it gets 2 stars is because it was open 24/7 and we needed gas.

I was in this morning around 5:30 am. I purchased unsweetened iced tea. There were 4 employees in the store. One register was open the other register had a hand written sign stating CLOSED. There were a employees standing behind the counter doing absolutely nothing while the other two employees were actually working. When I drank my tea it was spoiled.I called to speak with the manager and was told they would return my call. I guess I'm not important enough to them to want to know why I called because no one has gotten back with me.This is a review of the Atkins location.

They do NOT honor the monthly specials that are sent out under the atkins locations address. They also regularly Also do Not Honor the coupons listed on those mailers. Today is July 1st 2018 I received a mailer with the atkins address listed and they do not honor this mailer. The son not We'll the ultimate pepperoni pizza nor do the honor this coupon dates valid July 1st 2018 through July 31st 2018. I am an atkins resident

The lady behind the food counter was really rude and walked around like she hated her job. Ordered a cheese burger combo waited 15 mins and recvieved just a burger then asked about the wedges and she said it will take another six minutes if I make them now. The two ladies behind the counter were really rude. Stated I needed to have food in hand when purchasing.

I am an Atkins resident and love Casey's . This location ran out of the advertised steak pizza last month and now june no steak and ran out of large boxes. This store needs better management.

Casey'sis a good place to go get pizza and other varieties of food the people are in a glass and always greet you when you walk in the door I would tell anybody to go there if you hadn't been there go get you a Coke and lots of pizza try it out you'll like it

Had a craving for some Casey's pizza and pulled off on this exit. Nice store, clean like you would expect from Casey's and pizza was Hot and Fresh out of the oven.

The ice dispenser was completely out of ice, so after reporting it, a male cashier litterally went outside, came back in with 2 bags of ice, broke up the ice bags on the FLOOR, pulled up a chair from the dining area and put the entire bag inside the ice dispenser right in front of me and other customers today. I walked out because it was disqusting! I will avoid caseys at all cost! Caseys staff.....look at your video surveillance....it was approximately 1:40 pm on June 30th. 2018!!!!! 😡
