Had an accident in Pine Bluff, just a fender bender in a bull rack but truck had to be towed, they refused to let us offload at the barn while another truck hooked up to our trailer and reloaded. Very unprofessional and rude. Like we weren't Under Enough stress. Way to show you care about the animals.
