One star rating bc there's no 1/2. We purchased a $500 shop fan. We waited 45 minutes for someone to wheel it out to our truck but the 1 person who could bring it out was too busy. Requested a refund and went to the DeQueen TS.

The people were super friendly and helpful but almost everything was expensive. Some of it almost double what we found it at other places. But their sales table as soon as you walk in had some pretty good deals.

The customer service was outstanding even being understaffed. I bought a trailer and the manager made my purchase completely stress free. I was extremely impressed that my purchase was so quick. All my questions were answered. I highly recommend this location. Big thumbs up to John!

No propane refill avail here. When I told the clerk they needed to update their info she stated"there's nothing I can do?" O suggested she let the owner's know an update needs to be made so others aren't deceived by this. Go to VERY NICE True Value down the road a few blocks! Ameri Gas doesn't have propane refill either!

Otr drivers.. Customer only unloads at appointment time around 5:00-5:15 am. Back up to the ramp on the left side of the building. Best to straight line back. Slide tandems to the rear. Wait for customer to break seal and chock the tires. Took over a hour to unload half of the trailer.
