The deli food was fresh, hot, tasty! I love that they still have someone assist you with bringing out and placing the groceries in your car. Great sale prices if you have a Brookshire's card.

Stopped here while traveling to change my baby. Staff was very friendly. Bathroom was clean and easy to access. I picked up a few groceries after looking around the store. It was clean and had a very good selection of groceries. I would definitely frequent this store if I lived in the area!

Most of the employees are friendly and helpful. The small blonde girl with the glasses is a gem. She always has a great attitude even though she's clearly overwhelmed and overworked some days. The night shift manager is pretty rude most of the time. She acts like it is a huge inconvenience to check someone with beer.

It's fine for a grocery store. It is the only grocery store in the immidiate area so it tends to be a little more pricey than more populated areas.

Can not get medicine filled when called in at pharmacy on same day. Very dangerous situation! Also they don't care. Grocery and produce prices are double other places. Make sure you check the dates because they don't. Milk won't even last til date on carton . Just go somewhere else!

Always get my cakes for our birthday parties. This time I didn't order it 3 days early so they couldn't get mine done this year. They help carry your groceries to the car. It's just not as cheap as Walmart.I do have a complaint about someone who answered my phone call. She was not professional at all. I hope I never have to get her service in anyway ever again.Other than that. I wished I could shop here and not Walmart but things seems to be just a little on the high side for me

Close to the house so it's very convenient. You should definitely get the reward card so the prices are better. With enough points on the reward card, you get cents off their gasoline. They usually have cheaper gas compared to other places in town so that is a very good feature of the card. The lines are pretty short every time I've been in. The customer service is good and the afternoon manager is funny and her approachable.

It was kinda a hassle I went in to use the coin star machine after using it I went to cash my ticket I and was told that the office was closed s I'm after a very long and octword 20 mins or so this lady appeared and tells me I would have to wait till the next day well after a brief talk she said that they close a 7:00pm but at the sametime aka me ho much I told her and she said she wasn't suppose to but would this time so Thank You very much to the night shift manager

This company of groceries store's are amazing. The reward there customers everyday with loyalty card members have wonderful sales. Like buy one get the second one for a penny even on top quality meat and more. They are always very clean stores. The staff is supper sweet and helpful.

Clean, friendly atmosphere. Found everything I looked for. The food in the hotbox was amazing. I went for fried chicken livers. They didn't have the amount that I wanted on hand,however, it didn't take long for them to be prepared and during the 5 minute wait, they had free coffee and a very nice waiting area for me. I couldn't have asked for better.

Gotta love this store and the people who work there... especially the new store manager.... Logan Mounts.... youngest G.m. in Brookshire history...super nice friendly yet firm when he has t be and has a great attitude toward life.... big things for that young man. Maybe even mayor or .... better President...he keeps me coming back there... that and the local made smoked Worcestershire sauce

I love to get my meats from here. They also offer you a free membership card. You get points for amounts purchased that you can use on different items weekly for money off. We can go there and using point system get $60 worth of gro for around $30-35 depending on what you buy. The only reason I don't give it a 5 star is since my husband got his card we have stopped getting our weekly advertisement.

The entire staff was helpful and viligant about being able to serve numerous customers that didn't ask for help but they could tell it was needed. On top of all that,a young man bagged up the groceries and loaded the. I to my car as well. Excellent service

I love that they have the older style shopping carts. Got pickles, cheese, water, and olives. Not those disgusting black olives my brother Jeremy likes, the green ones with pimento. Those are best olives JEREMY!!!

Their deals are usually still alittle higher then walmarts regular prices. They do have great pre cut veggies and fruits. Very clean and friendly easy to shop atmosphere. Feels slightly outdated in its colors and looks but good whole natural clean food options and great prices is what I care about most and they carry a small mix I don't see in my home town hours away so I shop here often for my lunches and snacks.

I had never been to a brookenshires before, they don't have one of my normal part of town, I really liked the feel of the space. Kind of mom and pop sort of feel, much cleaner kept then some of the other local grocery stores I have in my area

As always, stellar customer service. I am handicapped and need an electric buggy. So a young man saw me SLOWLY walking in and went in to get me one. 🙂 Made my day. All had smiles, asking if I needed help. It is worth it to me to drive the hour to shop there.

Brookshires is my grocer. Prices are competitive. The meat is fresh and the butcher is very helpful. Produce is fresh and prices are good. Employees are helpful. They still carry groceries out your groceries. Great place to shop.
