Horrible staff & doctors!!!!! My friend took her tiny dog in that was attacked in her own yard by a vicious dog… she rushed her baby into this clinic only to be turned away because she didn’t have an appointment!!!! They would rather a baby die or be in agony over not having an appointment !!!! BEWARE!!!

Very professional and good with my pup. We got her shots and a grooming all in one. Kayla did well of the grooming side and Piper hasn't complained one bit about getting her shot lol. Recommend highly. Thanks ladies.

Amazing Vet, the group in the office are so friendly and very helpful with all the questions I have with my multiple dogs! We had a huge change in environment from dry AZ to here and my dogs were getting sniffles and needing check ups as well, everyone was so welcoming and got my fur babies feeling so much better and also have everything available for preventive care with ticks and all different parasites. They don't push or hide extra stuff just to pad the bill like a lot of places, they stick to what is needed and what they did and that's it!

My husband has used them for many years and still to this day. Very good service and bedside manner from all the staff. Then i called back for booster vaccines and to have a new pup looked at and the vet tech that answered was impatient and no help. Wouldnt give me a quote and consistantly complained about being short staffed. When trying to explain i work odd hours and it seems unrealistic to only have exams from 1 to 4 on only tuesdays she cominced to belly ache even more that her vets quit and it isnt her fault with a definite attitude. I drive almost an hr to go here and you want me to just drop my pup off and leave him and have to come back but i never see a vet but pay a bill . Very unprofessional behavior. Whoever the tech that answered my call should be spoken to about the way she speaks to others or dont work in public.

Call ashdown veterinary clinic to help my cat of 12 years of age she is dying. They refuse to see her for at least a week if they could not get her in for treatment. If my pet dies I will make it public that they killed her by refusing to see or treat her.
