This is for the *Manager*. I'm so sorry but I was very disappointed in my visit to your store today. Don't get me wrong, the place is wonderful, but I wasn't there today for my regular reason. My husband and I took our dog for the first time to try out your pet wash. We were very disappointed in the way this area was taken care of. As you can see in the video, all the things that didn't work or not properly taken care of. I hate giving your store a 1 star, but for the first ever trying such a thing, my husband and I were very disappointed. My husband did bring up the issue with the cashier, but I wasn't sure she would relay the message to you. Even after my husband told the cashier about all the problems, we still had to pay full price. The staff is always friendly and helpful! Love the home decorations and dog care needs selections. They are a great community business. Love the support they give to Cherokee village animal control facility too!

The staff was friendly and very helpful and even though they were out of some items due to holiday shopping, they were able to tell me when the items I wanted would be available again

Have really good prices and great selections. The store is well stocked and clean. The workers are very pleasant and helpful . My only complaint lol and not really a complaint , more of an issue , is that they charge taxes on cat and dog feed and also charge taxes on T posts for agriculture and farming .Other than the tax issue, everything is great .

It's a great store good. Location I think it's fairly new. They need to keep track of their inventory they advertise they have a certain thing and when you get to the store they don't that is kind of frustrating for me as I live 30 miles from the store. They're displays show they have a product but when they look into their inventory. It's not fair they need to get control of this. This was my experience with ash flat tractor supply no offense is the problem
