Mountain View's location doesn't have a Google store account, so I'm having to review here. But I had the rudest customer service interaction I've genuinely ever experienced at Mt. View today. Judgemental & passive aggressive which is very unexpected from a charity shopTo the employee: I was planning on giving a few dollars to the donation jar, but I needed my correct change (the coins specificallt) for a purchase for my newly adopted rescue dog. Maybe don't be so quick to assume

Just wanted to say how accommodating the store manager was helping me load a huge dresser in the rain last week. She not only helped me load it, she wrapped the dresser in plastic and was very nice about the entire process. Thank You so much.

Very neat, tidy, well-organized. Love browsing this thrift for needful things! Friendly staff. Everything seems reasonably priced, as well. On my last visit, I found a pair of Sanuk sandals that appeared brand new & never worn. Also found a pair of Eddie Bauer hiking pants with 50 UPF protection, still with tags on, never worn! I always find a treasure that I can't leave without.

The staff is always friendly and helpful but not pushy. The clothing items are laundered on site (or were last time I visited). Great deals going on all the time and a wide variety of things to browse for all ages :)

I love this Thrift store, I live at Lunsford, Arkansas and my parents live in Horseshoe Bend. Everytime I come up and they are open, I have to stop, I can always find nice tops or home decor.

Love this place. Well organized with some amazing deals. They carry clothing, books, home decor ect. The ladies running it are very sweet people and go above and beyond for their customers

Very rude, we had a baby cat and a puppy, and because of the hot weather we took them inside of the store and were treated like we were disease. The woman in charge came up to me and said that they did not allow animals. I am dissatisfied with the actions of the store as it was HOT outside and they expected me to leave my pets inside the vehicle?! They were behaved and did not cause any ruckus at all. How disappointing, I will never come again. I understand if they had food, but they only had clothes and some antiques. Allergies can come regardless if there is animals or not. How disappointing it is to see a supposed Christian store behave so rudely to simple pets. They need to understand and make exceptions for terribly HOT weather.

Very clean & organized store. It's really easy to find what you are looking for, even the book are in categories. The price is a little bit higher, but I would say only $1 more than goodwill on average, I would not say it's overpriced by any means. The clothing I bought smelled freshly laundered with actual detergent, unlike other thrift shops.I mostly visit thrift shops to find Vintage clothing and items, I didn't find very many Vintage pieces here. Most of the clothing was modern boutique clothing or other popular brands. I saw a lot of J. Crew, Umgee, Ralph Lauren ect. All the pieces looked curated. I would say that if you have a preppy, simply southern style this place would be an absolute dream for you.The claims that this store is overpriced are just wrong. The put in a lot of extra work into their items, layout & organization. The price is absolutely worth it.

I was looking for something for a family member and they asked what I needed and said hold on we just got some in, they went and got the clothing and helped me out of a hard spot. Great place and amazing people, truly worth ur time to stop and take a look at stuff.
