When no other store - including Shaver’s, Home Depot, Lowe’s or even Walmart - did not have a fixture we needed we headed to Jack’s. Not only did Jack’s have the part. They had several options for the part. The price was really good and they’re always very friendly. Next time we need a part, we’ll be heading straight to Jack’s.

Has a bit of everything you need for any job and prices are great. Staff here are very friendly and polite. First time here was a very pleasant experience and will be going here more. Highly recommend to at least go look. They say if they don't have what you need that they would be more than willing to order it.

My favorite hardware store in the quad city area. With their good customer service they should open a chain of Hardware Stores. The staff is always very helpful and friendly everone is treated like family.

Geat home town hardware store! Electrical and plumbing is just what you need. Bring extra spending money as they have items that you will be glad to find. Service was excellent and would not have guessed we were there just a few minutes to closing.

Good selection and many items that other places nearby do not have. Like wood burnig stove products and propane/natural gas fittings, water pipe and PVC fittings, brass fittings, cabinet hinges and knobs, various gas power equipment and parts. Great all around hardware store with most all construction trade tools and accessories. I recommend this shop

This is our Go-To place for hardware of any type. They've got just about everything we need (if they don't, we end up ordering online or driving to Jonesboro) for any type of repair or project around the house and garden. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable and take us right to whatever we need.

Unlike big stores Wal Mart, Lowe's, Home Depot where u can't ever get anyone to wait on u. They go a little extreme in the other direction can't just look at stuff their all over u. Clean store nice folks had some of what I needed

They carry a little bit of everything. Chances are they will have what you're looking for. If not, they will order it for you. The staff can answer pretty much any hardware/building related question you may have. Some of the friendliest people you will ever meet.

What I don't like about this place is, I spend too much time enjoying all they have to offer. They are unique and sell items not seen in the usual hardware store. I get lost in this store, I go in for one item then I have to get a cart.
