When traveling in our motorhome, Walmarts have always been our goto place to shop for groceries or any other items that we need. Why? Well, they have always anything we could need, but we have always found their parking lots big rig friendly. BUT, not this one. Large height barriers set at 12' 6" at all of the entrances. Be aware. Certainly wish we hadn't pulled off the Interstate to shop here. UGH!

Actually ZERO stars. Traveling cross country with our fifth wheel - height 12'9". Was going to swing by on way to Crater of the Diamonds and load up on groceries only to be greeted by a 12'6" height bar. You lost my business!

I was in Arkadelphia for the morning and needed to stop in for a few things. This store was clean inside and out, everything I needed was in stock, several employees asked if they could help me, the self checkout worked great. A good Walmart experience!

Never had a problem with any Walmart. Like most Walmarts, this store has shifted to mostly self checkout stalls. I personally enjoy checking out myself, but also can appreciate that others may not, so keep that in mind.

I'm a truck driver. I've been to 1000 Walmarts all over America and I've seen a lot. There were very few stores like this that completely hated trucks. I wanted to buy def and food for the week, but I couldn’t. All entrances and territory are blocked by height and length restrictions for vehicles. Probably the managers of this store have some kind of childhood psychological trauma associated with trucks or their wife cheated on the truck driver. I suggest that the managers of the Walmart corporation evaluate the effectiveness of the manager of this store. I am sure that they do not want to increase trade turnover and simply created a quiet, peaceful place for themselves to earn an easy salary.

The store was really clean and well stocked. Most of the staff was helpful and friendly. The lady with the cupcake table went out of her way to ask people if they wanted a free cupcake but refused to ask me if I wanted one. I think that it's a safe spot to stop during a trip, but you will find a few people demonstrating micro-aggressions toward people of color in that area.

Tired of being followed during shopping always... I have a very small hand purse and no baggy clothes anywhere in my closet!!! Where am I going to put a whole cart full of groceries.... Geez make me feel a little bit like a bad guy

Y'all seriously need to do something about your racist staff and the ignorance in Walmart first of all certain staff don't speak hell they don't even acknowledge u they take off if u need help with finding something even when u say EXCUSE ME hello they give looks like why are u here and some are just ridiculous but there are a few that's nice and that's not a lot do something about the staff racism is alive and they show it it's very clear Fix the staff

Love the grocery pick up people. They are kind, even in the pouring rain. They are considerate of your items that need extra care for the ride home.

Large lot, friendly to RV overnights. Very well stocked, clean, lots of available aisles open and staffed. Very clean, garbage cans in parking lots, wheel chairs had full charge, friendly checkers and short lines.

Perhaps the cleanest, most well-stocked and efficiently organized Walmart store I've ever seen. Prices are lower than the Walmart Supercenter in Asheville NC and a 100 percent better in every respect.

Never good to have to visit Walmart. Prices are good but there's no customer service and you'll have to fight your way past all the staff loading pickup orders, then check yourself out if you want to leave in a reasonable amount of time. I recommend avoiding all Walmart stores when you can.

We were passing through the area, in our Class A motorhome, and needed to stop and replace our sewer hose. Unfortunately, we were greeted with these low hanging bars. We barely got in on the tire center side, not knowing that the rest of the parking lot exits had these. Made it a bit stressful too backdate back out.

I am not happy about this store replacing many of the regular checkout lanes with self-checkout stations, but they didn't ask me. There were four human checkers today, I will always go to one when I can.One good thing I noted during today's visit, was that they haven't rearranged the store in several months.... Although I still have trouble finding what is on my shopping list, I go to the area of the where an item used to be and I normally understand it was moved to a totally unrelated area of the store.Update 11-16-2023:After several months of not visiting this store, I had to visit the store after an item that wasn't otherwise available locally and I see that the human checker vs self-checkout ratio hasn't improved.

I ordered our Christmas Cake from this Walmart Supercenter in Arkadelphia AR. It was beautiful Dave took my order and it was ready on the day I requested. It made our celebration wonderful. I ordered it because we requested butter cream icing. Yum Yum.
