Would not recommend anyone using tgis paramacy. They are always closing earlier than their listed time. It takes forever to get any prescription filled. And their pharmacist is barely there.Went in at 6:10 to pick up my sick child's prescription to be turned away because they claimed they closed early- lights were still on and the lady was standing there talking to someone else. Switching pharmacies after this, as this is not the first time this has happened to us.

In the past, I have always liked this pharmacy. But today, I took a prescription in from my veterinarian (we were told to go to our local pharmacy, for a dog with heart disease). The pharmacist didn't check to see if they had the medication, just refused to fill the prescription. I'm 100% done with them.

Store management, Michael is wonderful! However, it leaves much to be desired from the employees. Specifically, Seth. Much need for customer service, staff development, cultural diversity and overall professionalism.

Every trip takes at least 30 minutes at the pharmacy regardless. Lost my prescription last time. Took forever to find. Always excuses and no apologies ever. Moving on to Heartland

The pharmacy staff in this place is amazing! I showed up 20 minutes before they closed to get some important prescriptions for my son (just called in) and they had to redo the entire order due to an insurance issue. They were patient the entire time and never once showed me anything but kindness. They didn’t even give me the option of waiting until the next day because they knew he needed the meds that night.I watched them for 20 minutes as they worked, short handed, and flowed together effortlessly while never complaining. They never let their work environment become tense or hostile towards one another or their customers. The store manager was even back there working with them! Just him, the pharmacist, and the pharmacy technician taking care of an extremely busy pharmacy, and taking the time out of an already busy evening to make sure my son was taken care of.This was the first time to use this pharmacy and I will not go anywhere else! Thank you, Dakota, Carissa, and Matt for being so amazing and helping a very tired family get some much needed rest! You guys are the best! 💜Heather

The pharmacy is trash; you will wait for so long every single time. They treat you like you don’t know what you’re talking about.. and always try to overcharge you. Will remain on the phone while helping other costumers.. terrible staff.

Where to begin. I've used this pharmacy for a long time but the service isn't what is used to be, go in for myself and the family prescriptions multiple times they havnt filled or even checked the answering machine to know they needed to fill. Today had a root canal early in the morning hot springs drop off the prescription at 11 was told come back in an hour. Get back everyone is gone for lunch until 2, so that's more than the hour already wait until they return just to be told it will be 3 before its ready after waiting 30 minutes for them to return. Unreliable service, currently I would recommend using anyone else in town for prescription needs.

Walmart has a fire, needed to refill Gabapentin for a herniation in my cervical, causes tremendous pain all down the left arm and hand shoulder neck etc etc. Need the nerve medication and have used this pharmacy before, refuse to refill because they can't contact walmart thought walmart is closed due to a fire. The store policies are garbage. Not here help people one bit. Don't recommend for various other reasons as well.

Worst Walgreens ever! Customer service is in the toilet, and t I make 2 trips to get BP meds, and wait in line for hours! Spoke with a manager and was told it would be another 5 to 10 minutes drive around, in which put me in the back of line for another wait, prescription is on auto refill!

Horrible customer service. I was trying to pick up a prescription and the person rudely said they had to go to lunch at 2, but it was 1:30. She shut the window in my face and would not help me. It only takes an average of 5 seconds to get my prescription on average, and there was no one behind me, but she still would not help me. Very bad customer service

Called 2x to speak with the pharmacy. First time was hung up. Thought it was a mistake and called back immediately. 2nd time I was put on hold for 10 min and then hung up on again without ever speaking to someone.

The store itself is great but the pharmacy department suck more than my wife's kirby vacuum. always have to wait. drop off a script be told be ready in 15 mins. 45 mins later still waiting, drop off a script one day tell them will be back 1st thing in the morning for it and go back 10 am and be told will be about 30 mins. seriously cant understand why they have just not replace everyone in that department. wal mart pharmacy is the one to use in arkadelphia, arkansas

Long wait times very horrible especially when you are sick and not feeling the best sitting in the car for 25 minutes with cara packed out to the street in exhaust fumes. Awesome jobs Walgreens hire some more people!

Terrible ! I quit taking my prescriptions here bc of the time delays, but particularly bc of the pouty staff working the window ( one in particular ) , the asian, college age kid. ( do not know name ) . If he doesn't like public service then he needs to find a new job ... I don't want to be snapped at ,eyes rolled, and slinging papers around at me bc I have questions . I now take my scripts to brookshires . Where there is friendly ,fast service and no college kids rolling eyes at me bc of seemingly bad days on the regular .

For the love of all that is good. Remove your worthless automated call system and let people answer the phone. 20 minutes and still never got to speak to anyone. This is ridiculous and I’ll never shop at your stores ever again anywhere.

This has to be one of the worst pharmacies ever. The techs and the pharmacists always seem to be in a bad mood. It takes them forever to fill a prescription. Even with very few people in the store, I've had to leave and come back the next day to pick up my prescriptions. I've been shorted 3 times on my prescriptions. When I confronted them about this, they seemed mad that I should even question them. I'll take my money somewhere else. I'm wondering why the state board of pharmacy doesn't do a better job of regulating these large chain pharmacies.
